Not very good. Expensive and poor customer service.Never even met Rick Brown, and I took the trouble to go to his office for just that reason once. Staff intercepted me and said they could answer all my questions themselves. Well, OK.More than once Ive had matters that needed followed up on that didnt. Like nobody called me with news, to where I had to call to find out what was happening. Turned out they had news, but just dropped the ball communicating with me. I mean - its a lot of stuff like that.And its expensive. I mean - its State Farm. Youre paying for the service. Progressive at least returned calls.

Incredibly friendly staff. Theyve always paid claims quickly and I even got a note saying they were sorry we had storm damage to our home. As for price, Ive had my in-laws switch to State Farm and save a bunch over where they were currently insured. Cant say enough about how well Ive been treated with them over the last 30 years.
