Marks Auto Body was a pleasant experience. My car came out great, service was exceptional. Just mind the hill when you come up, it might not seem like an entrance but thats how you get up to the office and garage. Would use their service again (but lets hope I never have to).

This is my second time using this place of business due to insurance. My husband picked the car up after the repairs were done. When I looked at it I asked him why was this Mark on the bumper was it replaced or was it painted? He said paint it I said this Mark shouldnt be there then. I should have taken it back right then and there but I didnt so thats my fault. After a week we took it back and show them and they said they would give me a call which they did. They said the mark was there afterwards after looking at pictures they said no Mark was there, which is correct no Mark was there when I bought it in. You can look at it and tell paint is over the mark not cut in or on top. Since theres no way of proving this Im just going to deal with it but I hope that they honor their warranty in case it does start to peel thats what we were worried about.

Car repaired fast and looks and drives great. They worked directly with State Farm and the it was all hassle free. People who called were friendly and helpful.

I came in with a busted door, they replaced it and even redid the paint until it looked brand new in less than a week and for far less than I was expecting. Super kind and professional, and they kept me totally updated the whole time. Great business, and I would definitely recommend them.

They got my mirror in and painted days after I called them. Not only was the staff kind and honest, they are also super affordable. They go above and beyond here. I will be recommending them to everyone I can! They have a forever customer with me.

I have a newer chevy equinox. Champagne colored. So it shows EVERYTHING.It got keyed two weeks ago by a younger kid. Not really knowing what to do. This is my first experience with having to get my car painted. Kyle exceeded all my expectations and took care of everything for me. He made the process so easy. I told him I am a mother of three, I really need my car back as soon as possible. He did his best to get my car back within a week time frame. He did an amazing job!! Went in for a major scratch on brand new 2019 truck and very fair in price time and detail oriented. I couldn’t even remember which side the scratch was on. In and out and Was a beautiful finish !!!!!

He kept me up to date at all times, and even went to bat for me when the insurance adjuster was questioning something regarding my vehicle. No one wants to get rear ended on the highway, but if it happens to you go to Mark. I was hit during rush hour in a Wednesday. I called Mark for an estimate at 7am Thursday. He had me come to his shop right away so he could take photos. I got to work on time, and he emailed me an estimate by noon.This was all happening over the holidays so it was about a week before he could fit me in for repairs. He told me theyre very busy this time of year (understandably). He had my car for three days. When I came to pick it up I was so impressed. Mark and his team clearly went above and beyond, making my entire rear bumper sparkle (not just removing the scratches caused by the accident), and fixed my spoiler which had been broken for some time. I was getting kind of over my car, but after seeing how beautiful it is now Im excited to drive it again!My one FYI would be that he closes early on Fridays. If your work, etc. isnt flexible on when you come and go plan ahead for that. Its worth it!

I have been to Marks Auto Body 3 times and each time my car turns out perfect! Mark is so friendly and nice. He is so easy to work with. One time the bumper of my car came off and made it even better than before I brought it in. I just picked up my car today and it looks better than brand new. My mom has been a few times to fix up her car. I dont ever want to go to another auto body shop!

Although I lived out of state, I paid extra for my car to be towed to Marks based upon the fact everyone rated him a perfect 5. I concur and have first hand experience as to how great these guys are. They made an unpleasant event (a car accident) as easy and pleasant as possible. I had actually called a different center first. They would not take my car until certain paper work was complete. I called Mark and after a few questions he said just bring it here and we can take care of all the work for you. Every detail was taken car of on the car. They even worked with the car rental so that I did not have to have someone drive me to pick up my completed car. A day after receiving my car I noticed how clean the interior looked. I realized they even dusted and polished my dash and console. Fantastic! all around.

I have nothing but great reviews for these folks! Impressed with their work. After the accident, I decided to shop around for collision repair shops. Jennifer noticed damage on my vehicle that no other company noticed. She was quick to send me an estimate and quick to put me in for the repair. Time frame was reasonable. When I arrived for my car I took a quick look at my car and was in aw. My baby was back to its original state. I got to work and decided to do further investigation to my vehicle noticed that there were still some minor scratches. I called Jennifer and she said to bring it in. In less than 25 mins they had taken the scratches out and it is in pristine condition. Sure hope I never have an accident again, but I will definitely go back to them and will recommend them to anyone.

Marks did an excellent job repairing a pretty ugly dent in the side of my door after accidentally hitting my own fence post. My Edge was otherwise in perfect condition, and I was worried about restoring the left side to original condition. Marks not only gave me a fair quote and stayed within budget, but made the SUV look like brand new again! They were friendly and worked to schedule the repairs to coordinate with my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend!

Mark totally earned my trust by being very straight forward and working with me through every step of the process including towing my vehicle to his shop. Cannot say enough good things about Marks Auto Body. I was recently in an accident, my first one, and had no clue about the whole repair process. Everyone at the shop was so friendly and Mark really advocated for making sure my car was fixed to like new condition. He even made sure that everything went smoothly with getting a rental car. Car looks equal if not better than the first day I took it off the lot, HIGHLY recommend coming to Mark if you need any work done!!

Unfortunately this is now the 3rd time I have needed the services of Mark Heflins Auto Body. However, when I am in need of auto body repair, Marks is the only place I consider bringing my vehicles to. Mark and his staff are very responsive, thorough and always professional. Since he is also an claims adjuster, his ability to work with the insurance companies to get the repairs I need to get back on the road makes the claims process a breeze. So sadly...I was hit by some jerk who swerved in to my lane and took off immediately. I went to Marks and the attendant, Kyle I believe, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond during a quote for my insurance company. He was very upfront and friendly. He even tried to do some quick work on my damage to see if he could prevent my need for a repair. All said and done, Im very happy with this place, and assuming nothing crazy happens between now and the quote he is sending me I will definitely go back and recommend them in the future. Much better than the other shop my insurance company sent me to 6 years ago.

Mark advocates for his clients well-being by facilitating the payment process, providing quality parts and workmanship, and making sure the vehicle is returned as quickly as possible. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Mark or more highly recommend this business. My car had significant passenger side damage, and Mark has it looking like new. He really advocated for me with my insurance company and made sure the repairs were done the right way, not the cheap way. Getting work done on your car - especially when its extensive - can be intimidating, but the process with Mark was so smooth and he made me feel very much at ease. Mark was a lifesaver! I was in Cincinnati as a volunteer for the All-Star Game when a tree fell on the front of my car during a bad storm. I needed to return to Cleveland and was really in a pinch. I am very thankful to have found Marks Auto Body! I honestly feel he deserves way more than 5 stars! In less than 24 hours, Mark arranged a tow truck to bring my car to his shop, secured some of the damages to get my car into a safe condition for me to drive home, and he arranged for the return of my rental car! I did return home safely thanks to the kindness and expertise of Mark. I only wish I would have had more time in Cincinnati for Mark to complete all the repairs to my vehicle!

Ive read the reviews here and it sounded like this was the best place to take my car because they were empathetic and really cared about their customers. I went there I was greeted immediately, he looked at my car and told me I was in trouble and that it wasnt worth it for me to get it fixed. He said contact your insurance this because this will cost thousands. Now I understand repairs can be costly but I had just hurt the thing I love and I just wanted advice on what so do and all I was told that this was basically a huge mistake on my part and Im screwed.

Awesome auto body!

My car was hit in a parking lot totaling the right hand side. Mark was super helpful with insurance and I had little to worry about. I can say this one of the most painless situations Ive ever had to deal with. The car came out looking brand new, completely detailed and in spectacular condition.( The paintjob was smooth and perfect) I highly reccomend this body shop and i will be back for any further auto body needs! Fantastic experience!

I picked up my Volkswagen Passat today and I was absolutely satisfied... My car was side swiped and you cant tell my car was hit. The work was perfect. My Toyota Sienna van has been in two major collisions and both times, Marks shop has restored the car to pristine condition. He is meticulous about every detail and treats each car as if it were his own. He called to let me know that he received an incorrect part and that would delay the projected finish time. The day I picked up the car, he called to tell me he wanted a couple more hours to test everything completely, including air conditioning, radio, heating, defrost, all of which were affected by the last collision--with a deer.Mark took car of the paperwork with my insurance company and arranged for car rental. Hes a pleasure to work with.When you need an honest, thorough and reliable body shop operation, Mark Heflin and his crew are the folks to turn to.

Manager/owner was very rude and unfriendly. He kept asking me if I could afford the cost (originally I thought I would have to pay out of pocket). He didnt talk through the damage thoroughly with me, and kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. I asked an innocent question about the front bumper, which caused him to go in a tangent, raising his voice, where he accused me of asking him to do something illegal (I was unaware of the rules around what you have to have on your car). I would have understood if he had kindly explained his concerns, but thats not what happened. Needless to say, I wont be doing business there. Funny enough I ended up getting the coverage from my insurance, so he lost out on a lot of money!

Does great work, cares about the customer and the vehicle. Highly recommend.

Great service and work

I am now a customer for life.I was referred to Mark two years ago by a mechanic down the road from Mark after I wrecked my car very badly. I thought it was totaled from the untrained eye. I took it to Marks (State Farm Approved) and picked it up faster than I expected too, in mint condition. Looked brand new. He does excellent work.Fast forward to present time, and my car starts to act funny. Take it to Tire Discounters for an alignment thinking thats all thats wrong with it, and they tell me my tire rod was messed up (dont know exactly since I know nothing about cars). I call Mark up and tell him that the part he replaced from the wreck was faulty. He remembered my car from the wreck (2 years ago, mind you) and he didnt argue. He told me to bring it in and he would fix it no problem. I did provide a claim number from the wreck. He fixed it up. He told me a couple other issues with my car when he was under it (all described by people at Tire Discounters). His price was HUNDREDS cheaper than Tire Discounters offered.He is a stand up guy who stands by his work. No hassle. He is a friendly guy to talk to and a man of his word. He gladly explained to me what was the issues with my car. He even did some work on the side for free! Nothing major, mostly cosmetic (buffed headlights and did some touch up paint on a few rust spots) but still greatly appreciated.Take your car to him if you want someone who stands by his work with great customer care. I dont trust mechanics, but I feel comfortable with my car in his hands.
