Their phone message while you are on hold say they dont park on your driveway and they were shoe covers. Lies! This guy came twice to my home and neither time did he wear shoe covers nor was he wearing a face mask! And the whole driveway thing that is exactly where he parked.Now for their service is mediocre my oven still not working. Unfortunately I was not home when they came to fix it so they never gave any paperwork to my husband and just told him that it was fixed. I have called 4 times since they serviced my oven to let them know that it still does not work! Left voicemail and 3 messages with their answering services personnel and no call back! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great experience with Ryan! He came recommended from a neighbor and we were very happy. Scheduling was easy, I received a confirmation including a photo of our technician which is wonderful for knowing who to expect at your door. I received a call and text before arrival and the service was done quickly, throughly and explained all details. Will definitely use again.

I have two issues and Ryan was able to take care of one immediately. The other issue needs a new part which will be addressed next week. We have used Mr. Appliance before which is why we called them again. Ryan is personable and friendly and explains what is wrong with your appliance so you can understand the problem. It is nice to have the same tech every time you need service. It makes the service more personable to know they have been to your house before.

They were great about getting out to us quickly. They let me know who would be here and called to let me know when to expect the repairman. When he got here, he knew exactly what to do and got to work fixing things. The price was very reasonable and he gave us tips on how to avoid our issue in the future!

Chuck Hartman is seasoned and honest and practical about needed repair. He provided best practice guidelines for care of my dryer. He did not encourage unnecessary spending. It was well worth the cost of the visit when my dryer was not really broken but needed better ventilation

Mr. Rusty came earlier than I expected. He was professional, courteous, and attentive to the importance of me needing my dryer repaired. I took him straight to the dryer. And within 20 minutes he found the problem and completed the repair. It was a a win for me utilizing Mr. Appliance of Cincinnati. I surely saved a lot of monies and time in doing so.

The technician Ian was knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. They sent a message with the techs name and picture before had which was nice. The only negative is that it is a $99 service charge just for them to come to your house. It was a bit expensive for the work performed. Overall it was a good experience.

The customer service of this place is amazing! I have not even had them come out to look at my problem yet, but their staff is so quick and responsive that I felt compelled to review them on that alone. I have a complicated problem with a very old, but loved, fridge. I spoke to two different customer service reps (I think Amy and Wendy?) and both were polite and responsive. They took my questions to the technicians and called me back with in minutes with answers. When I had follow up questions, it was the same quick service.

This is a very professional company. The repair employees are knowledgeable, personable and very respectful of your property. I appreciated the correspondence prior to them coming out and letting me know who would be servicing our appliance. Picture was a great touch. I would definitely recommend

After contacting a competitor first, who made more than 4 appts and couldn’t seem to make it on time ever. My sister recommended Mr. Appliance. She wasn’t wrong, came when they said they would... honest and direct. Not to mention they fixed my washer! Jim is a no frills kinda repair man, it is what it is. It was a refreshing take compared to so many who want to sell and up sell and swindle. I have already referred them to a colleague and will do the same to anyone that asks.

My repairman, Ian, was phenomenal! He was right on time & in and out. He gave me a nice, thorough explanation on the issue with my washer, but assured me it was fixable. He was extremely helpful in weighing out the options I had for the repair on my washer & made sure everything was back in place when he left! Very, very displeased with doing business with this company. Had googled appliance repair, and this was the first company that popped up. I called and set up an appointment for someone to come out and repair my washer. The technician name was Chuck. When he came out only thing he did was lean over the washer and input what my conclusion was as a diagnosis. Charged 120$ cash for that, and said to return the next week after the part he ordered arrived. That day, there was no update, no communication at all. So I called in hopes I will get my washer repaired, I spoke with a representative, and she wasnt professional just very condescending and making up excuses. She offered to refund me, which I never asked for, in thought she simply just was being nasty. So I accepted the offer, for poor business practice and only got 13$ and some odd change on a written check. I than called because of a misunderstanding regarding that, and she continued to be nasty once again as if she was satisfied in my unsatisfactory. So please do not do business with them, talk about patience I was very. The cost for the diagnosis was no problem but do know its not worth losing customers that cost more. No one wants to experience this and pay for it as well.

Rusty came out to evaluate our garbage disposal and washing machine. He reported no findings of our washing machine needing repair and I think just a fluke accident to why it leaked originally - it has worked great every other time! But he did replace our garbage disposal after finding it not working, old, noisy and rusty. Rusty was kind and knowledgeable about the products. Definitely would recommend. Easy to get an appointment with Mr. Appliance.

Mr. Appliance sent Ian to my home to diagnose and fix my dryer. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was great about explaining things. I felt very comfortable with him in my house and with his work. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Phone operators were courteous and efficient at bringing someone out next day to review my faulty Whirlpool washer. Jim was courteous during the entire appointment and thoughtful to the household. He wore his mask the entire time with young children in the home, even when working on a large appliance. They are a reasonable/fair company to work with, and took the time to answer all my questions.

The part we needed was unfortunately back ordered, but they worked to follow up with me and provide updates, and were receptive to adding a vendor I found online that had the part in stock. They followed COVID protocol when at our house. Would recommend!

Repairman was over 30 minutes late. He was supposed to arrive between 10-12. Got a text at 11:35 saying he was on his way, then a all from the office at 12:05 saying he was about 10 minutes away. Showed up after 12:30. After almost 2 hours the problem he was finally able to diagnose the issue and said it would be $400 to fix. We’ll just go ahead and buy a new one, or get the $75 part and fix it ourselves.Just found out, the vent was not reattached and the dryer wasn’t leveled when he put everything back together.

The local franchise was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. They showed up as scheduled and were able to diagnose and repair the issue. The fix worked the fist time. It wasnt cheap, but I felt like I got a good value for the price.

Rust was great. While the ice maker totally frozen, he made sure he got it fixed. I’m not sure I would have had that much patience: My washer was also making a noise, Rusty leveled it and ran a quick cycle and the noise disappeared. The work area stayed clean and he wore his mask the entire time of the visit. I will totally use Mr. Appliance again if the need should arise. Great job Rusty.

Very upset with my service. I was given a window of 1-3 and took off work. No one came until 330. I was having my fridge repaired. The repair man took off the freezer door and dropped it on the ground, chipping paint off the door and getting white paint on our hardwood floors. Then the repair man repeatedly yelled at the fridge and freezer in front of my kids out of frustration. Kept saying he was going to give up. Would lose screws, snap off parts and break them, broke the back styrofoam insulation and said it would be “fine”. After he left I found multiple broke pieces of plastic in my fridge. NEVER use them

Repairman Jim arrived within the 2 hour window, and quickly determined that the heating element In my dryer was not working. He had the part on his truck, and replaced the element and also vacuumed the inside of my dryer. He made sure the new element was working properly. He also answered all my questions. He followed the COVID-19 protections by wearing a mask the entire time. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently even though he was working in a very small laundry room! I was pleased, and will use Mr. Appliance again

Would not recommend; overpriced. Replaced the heating element in our dryer. The price for the part was much higher than multiple other places quoted. We paid over $380 and they were at our house for less than an hour.

They truly worked to get our oven fixed in a short amount of time, proactively contacting me to shorten the repair time.

Gas oven was heating up incredibly slowly and temps were running cold relative to set point. They came out a couple days later, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part. Part came in and they fixed it a couple days after that. Very efficient, online scheduling is easy, and they fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish we had a great experience. The phone staff was kind and had great customer service. They got someone out quickly to repair our driver. They emailed me and text me a photo of the technician I should expect. When the tech was 15 mins away they called to say they would be there soon. The technician was kind and knowledgeable. (Rusty!) He wore shoe covers which I greatly appreciated! He was able to fix the dryer during the appointment and it is working great. I felt the price was very fair. Will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family.

Technician was prompt and courtesy however apparently not knowledgeable at all. Washer was not draining. Technician came and did the exact same thing my boyfriend did and drained and tried to reset it and concluded it was the motor on the pump which was going to be 600 or so to fix apparently (obviously i can buy a new washer for that). He collected teh 100 dollars and left in 15 minutes or so. I then bought a washer and had someone come take this one who immediately hooked it up and it worked concluding that the issue was NOT the washer and was something with my drain. This repair man has now cost me purchasing a new washer. What a complete joke.

Upon diagnosing my washer he informed me that during our move( 3 days before,) the washer had been dropped ( by the moving company) and he would not recommend repairing it. We had our refrigerator die so I called Mr Appliance. I received a quick response with an appointment for the next day. I received several follow up confirmations plus a picture of the repair professional along with his truck license tag. When he arrived I received a quick idea of the issues involved along with several options. After a thorough discussion we opted to buy a new refrigerator. We are very pleased with this service, their thoroughness and honesty. They are highly recommended.

Mr. Appliance fixed a problem in our GE Profile refrigerator we did not know we had. Great job!! The problem we called them about with the ice maker is still not resolved. We purchased a new ice maker module, which I did not think was needed. The technician said it will take up to 24 hours to cycle and work. It is still not working 72 hours later. The problem is the water valve to the ice maker. We suggested that to the technician, he gave us the Im the expert look and did not look at or replace the valve. Now, 9 days later, Mr. Appliance is coming back to fix the ice maker again.

The gentlemen who came to our house to fix our washer were very professional, and were completely outfitted with protective gear for our safety and theirs. They were very thorough and very patient in answering all of our questions. Overall they did a fantastic job at a reasonable rate, and I would highly recommend this company!

Within a month, our 10 year old washing machine and dishwasher stopped working. The technicians always arrived on time, found the problem and ordered the parts needed. Both appliances are working with extended life. Since getting new appliances is not easy now, this is a lifesaver. If we need appliance repair, well use Mr. Appliance again.

At one of my rental properties I had a maintenance request put in for a fridge not staying cool and went to check it out myself first. I was hoping it would just be a quick fix, but upon looking into it, I realized that it was out of my wheelhouse. I called Mr. Appliance of Cincinnati as I had used them in the past and were awesome, and was not let down this time. They were able to schedule me in two business days which was great, and when my technician Rusty got there he was so personable and knowledgeable that I was relieved to have had his help. Turned out that the fan motor in my fridge was faulty and needed replaced, which I may have been able to do in a 3-4 hour period (since I would be watching YouTube videos to attempt it), but Rusty was able to make it look so easy and was done in roughly an hour! As well, he was explaining what he did along the way, which was a cool learning experience (no pun intended).All in all, the cost of repairing the fridge as opposed to simply throwing it away and buying a new one saved me roughly 50%, which is a pretty sweet deal. The fridge and freezer are back to doing there thing! Thanks Rusty!P.S. Amanda was great with her communication as well. She called me to let me know when Rusty was one job away from mine, as well as when he was on the way to my job. Definitely helped me manage my time better and prep for Rustys arrival.

Very pricey. Serviceman was great. Gave us a work around while waiting for the party the next day. However, quoted $207 on a part that I could find online for $120 tops. And yes, that is an OEM part. Then around $170 to install the part which was pretty easily accessible from the top of the fresh side all in all $380 to install a part available for less than $100, but with the automatic $99 charge, its too hard to throw that money away.
