Truly wonderful company. Honest, responsible, timely, professional and courteous. They installed a new heat pump which has cooled our home much better than did our old AC. Very fair priced, and the guys knew exactly what they were doing. It’s very important for the installation to be done correctly and this team was top notch. Highly recommended and will use again!

They did a fantastic job of installing our new a/c and heating system. They had to totally remove the old system, install the new system and it only took them 2 days. It was a big job (at lest to me it was) and they did it with style and professionalism. Couldnt be more happy.

Thanks Reupert. our AC went out in 90 plus degree weather, you went out of your way, and had a new unit up and running the next day . I lived by them in Cheviot from 1957 to 1970 and never forgot their reputation since I was a kid, they are the best period.

Needed a new AC unit and Reupert gave us the best price. The install team was amazing. We had to have wiring and duct work done in addition to the new unit being installed and they got it done in about 16 hours over two days. I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with Reupert from start to finish.

My mothers AC went out she is 85 years old they sent out a service tech. It was 83 degrees in her place and the unit could not be fixed. We ordered a new unit but with the high temperatures in the area it was going to be a few weeks. My mother who is a hard head didnt want the leave her place. Even though it turned out to only require pressing (tiny, obscure) reset buttons on each of the two apartment furnaces with which we were having problems, the phone receptionist (front desk) was excellent, and ask pertinent and revealing questions.The technician was very congenial, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. I consider it an $85 well spent.

Such an awesome group of people at this company! My air went out on hottest day of year. Called several companies who werent able to make it out. Reupert responded right away & came out same day (on a Saturday) to fix it temporarily then followed up Monday to fix it after getting the needed part. It broke down again this month for a different reason and they came out again same day & fixed it at no charge. I was so grateful to them both times. Theyre very trustworthy. They have forewarned me to plan on new ac unit within next year or two to let know to plan for the cost of that. I appreciate them so much! When my old furnace started screeching loudly one morning, that dreadful moment came when a homeowner knows their HVAC is going down! I googled for a repair service company. A lot of companies popped up with their paid ads, but my gut told me to call Reupert. My gut was right. My call was answered by a friendly woman who set up a service call for the next day. The service men (Paul and Michael) told me a bearing was dying, and it would be only a matter of time that the furnace would die. The office immediately sent me some replacement proposals to look at. No more than eight hours later, the house was quiet (and cold). I called Reupert and within a couple hours, a salesman came to my house. All I can say is: Great service, great financing; and the professional and courteous installers made a big, scary decision easy. I highly recommend Reupert!

Great family business. Joe and his team have always taken excellent care of us. Most recently we had to have a new HVAC system installed. Price was fair, and the work was well done. Job site was left in great shape and the system is working very well.

I knew it had been since before I bought this house that the furnace had been cleaned. I also heard an odd noise over the weekend. Tim came out this afternoon for a cleaning, and is coming back to replace a motor. He was friendly, happy to help me understand things, and informative about the need for the motor to be replaced.

When your furnace goes out on a Saturday night and the technician on call drives an hour to come check it out 👌🏼 Seriously happy with the service we got. The part wasn’t available right away but we had our furnace fixed and cranking heat a full 24 hours ahead of their original quote. Very happy (and warm) today!

This is great service company. They have always serviced my furnace and air condition with professionalism. Yesterday I called them concerned about my water heater and it has some rust on the bottom. They could of tried to sell me a new one, but they didnt do that. After asking questions including the age of it, they told me it could be some surface rust from moisture on the outside of the tank. The tank will start to leak water if it were rusting out and I should wait before replacing it. Thanks for being a honest business.2 years later and I just had Reupert install a new air conditioner and furnace for 40% less than their competitors quote. Great company you can TRUST!!!

These guys were awesome. They did a whole new furnace for my parents house that is about 45 years old. They are very professional. About a week ago there we woke up and had no heat. They were there to fix it with in 30 mins. It was a small problem that had a 2 min fix. They were happy to help. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

Our heat went out and they came that morning and got it working long enough for us to have them put in a new system. Our old system was over 20 years old and was never as efficient as the new one. I love the technicians, theyre always on time and knowledgable. Which is why I use them, but if it was solely based on the office staff Id take my business elsewhere.They had me apply for financing, which I received but then couldnt use because it was a rental property. So I now have a 8k account that I cant use. Then they send receipts and mail to the rental properties instead of ther company. Smh
