I contacted my car insurance for towing services and they send me ASAP towing to do the service. I received a text that the towing truck would be within 45 to 90 minutes. After 2,5 hours I was still waiting for the towing truck. I ended up canceling the service. Very frustrating. I don’t know how they got their ASAP name. An awful experience.
Good service, good price, i left my keys inside my car and I call other companies and they charge me up to 150, but ASAP was 65 and they come fast . Thank u guys !!!
If your car is impounded by them, it is a real hassle getting it back. Took us 3 long trips, and a lot of money, to get it released. They are not very friendly, dont seem to have consistent hours, and are demanding.
I was helped by Jason in getting my car unlocked for me. He came quickly, very respectful, and professional. I would certainly recommend this place to others. Overall a great experience, Thank you!
Dont have any idea YTF Google thinks I use asap towing or even had got, used or had anything towed for myself or anybody else or hade anything to do with needing a tow now or even in the resent past so my ? Answer is ?????????
The starter on my 2007 Honda Civic went out, I called my insurance company and they subsequently called ASAP towing. Approximately 25 minutes later Sonny showed up. Loaded my car on the tow truck and off we went. He was very professional and friendly. I was treated with respect and courteous service. I would recommend ASAP towing to anyone looking for a tow company. Keep up the great work !!
Theyre completely unprofessional. Had me on hold for more than an hour just so the time to pick my car up would expire.
If I could give the no stars I would. They put a huge dent on the top of my car.
The only way to post is one star, would not release the vehicle, charged 75bucks to get the information out of the glove box, to prove ownership. Good company if u r interested in getting ripped off.
NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY!!!This is the company Travelers Insurance used for Roadside assistance at 4:30 on a cold morning. The only reason it was needed was because Ford screwed up by not providing a lug wrench to fit the lugs on their upgraded factory aluminum rims.I waited more than 30 minutes, watching the guy get closer and closer on the mobile app, coming from South Bay to Miramar. He then calls me, barely able to communicate with me due to the speach barrier (broken English). He asked me to text where I was. I did, several times in several differenent ways. I then had to call ASAP dispatch to explain that all he needed to do was make a u-turn and go back north on the previous road. It took him 15 minutes to get it when he was less than a mile from me.When he arrived he swapped out the tire. I asked him to check the air in the spare to ensure it was good. I was told I had to drive to the nearest gas station to do that. I called ASAP and was told the same thing. In other words, my safety meant nothing to them, only them getting paid. Granted, I should have been better prepared by checking the spare tire pressure occasionally, but it was at 15 pounds and unsafe to drive any distance! Had something happened to me, rest assured ASAP Towing would have been liable after having installed the tire.I followed up to ensure Travelers uses someone else if Im in need of roadside assistance again.-------------------------Your refusal to accept the facts of this review do not change what happened. I made no inflammatory or racially-based statement. The facts remain that the man could not understand what I was saying and took nearly 30 minutes to get turned in the right direction, when I was on an open road less than a mile away. The fact that he left me without sufficient air in my tire further reflects your business practices. If this review is removed I will repost it. It took you exactly a year to reply, as this was originally posted in January 2020.
Bad service.
Zenar rule

I got hit on my motorcycle and was in hospital for 2 days and they still are charging me $500 for a motorcycle.
