Was told a fee, once we arrived at the location they increased the fee. They would not even provide the supervisors name for an official complain. They gentleman driving the tow truck called him back to inform him we werent pleased and the supervisor said, she pays what it told you or tow her car to the yard and hung up the call. Most rude and unprofessional person, I dont know how name obviously, the driver was kind and respectful and he tried to help.

I repeated multiple times that i needed a tow truck that fits into a parking garage. Therefore not a flat bed. And they sent a flat bed...I was also placed over a mile away from my home in a random neighborhood when i specifically said I’m on the freeway exit ramp no more than half a mile away from home. The tow truck driver was very helpful though. I tipped him $20

Dawn was very courteous and professional. Battery on my car suddenly shorted and won’t turn over. It’s a good thing I’m not too far from home so that my frozen Jamaican spicy beef patties I just bought won’t go bad or spoil. 😉Thank you Dawn for your speedy service!

Great experience off the bat, Jayson was very helpful in getting a driver to my location. If it comes down to it hopefully not :/ I’ll use this service again. 5/5

The customer service was excellent, but the response time was much longer than estimated and they did not drop off at the correct location. Very friendly and nice though and very reasonably priced.

Horrible experience!Communication by phone was horrible! Not clear directions of how to pay and what to do after. Waited 4 hours for the towing truck to arrive when I was 1 mile away from my house. DO NOT recommend this company. I am a very patient person but 4 hours is not ok at all! Asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and never got transferred! I called 5 times and they would take forever to answer the phone and transfer me to someone! Do not get any services with this company ! If i could give zero stars, I would !

Called for a tow.. They said it would take about 30 min.. They never showed... I kept calling and nothing 2 1/2 hours it took to get someone..i ended up calling for a different tow company...
