Jorge G. Is a rude man. If I could give zero stars I would. He thinks can be rude to customers because this store is a franchise. It’s always empty and now I know why. It must be a front for something else because with his attitude they can’t be selling phones. Stay away from this store!!!! You’re better off going to a corporate store than to someone who knows nothing about customer service.

Excellent customer service from the store manager Augusto! He was extremely kind while speaking to on the phone. When I came in to upgrade, I was able to get the phone I wanted & he found a great deal that helped us save on our plan plus a few extra perks! Definitely had a great experience at this AT&T & left a satisfied customer!

Took my Aunt and asked about a lower plan for her and even if shes been a loyal customer for 10 yrs. They said that the 68 dollar plan she was on was the cheapest. 😲

After going to two different stores, the one on Palomar and the one the one in the mall, which thankfully did refer me to the store at 591 H Street. I was met by Joey the general store manager who is an awesome salesperson, tech person, teacher and so very professional! Not only did he replace my screen saver. And he did have the same problem the other two stores., no iPhone 11 Pro savers! But he did have knowledge the other two stores didn’t and that is the iPhone 12 Pro is the same size! And he let me know that because I had AARP I could save money, like my activation charge was waived and I received other discounts! He also let me know that you didn’t have to be 55 anymore to receive AARP! Wow! I had no idea! He helped me with my autopay renewal. I’d tried so many times myself I was locked out! But the greatest surprise was when I he told me I could get an iPhone 13 for free! HBO/MAX for free, I would be given $1000.00 for my iPhone 11pro trade-in!!! All I had to pay were the taxes! INCREDIBLE!!!! I left there feeling like I’d been schooled! 😊 So again, not only did I get what I went in for,I received much, much more! Thank you Joey for being so incredibly professional person and making my year! ATT needs many people like you on staff! And our you should be the one training ATT staff to become just like you!! Best customer service ever! I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family! Thanks again Joey!!!

I stopped at this location off H st. To see how I could get free roaming to Mexico and to get unlimited data (since I have a pretty old plan) I was right away helped by the manager Augusto. He got that done for me right away and also got me a cheaper bill per month.From there I ended up looking into how much it would be to get me and my wife new phones and Augusto talked to me about how easy and non expensive it is to just turn in my old phone and get a new iPhone 12. Felt very at ease comfortable and no pushed into it. Definitely recommend going to this store. Will be back for anything else we need. Thanks again Augusto

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They stayed an hour & a half to complete our transaction. Kevin is new and he helped us with support of the whole staff. Augusto, the manager, is a great guy who helped with our transaction all the while entertaining us singing Disney songs. They gave me a veterans discount. The great service was extremely rare!

When walking to the store I was really skeptical as I was trying to get a new phone, but Augusto greeted us and took care of everything. I’m very thankful with the att 591 H st chula vista store because I had an issue with my SIM card and they not only helped me but got my phone activated in less than 5 minutes, which the team in the att store (IN THE MALL) could never do in weeks. I was helped by a person named AUGUSTO and he had my phone running in no time, so I’m thankful for his efficiency to solve my issues and his understanding of my situation. A VERY GOOD SERVICE!!!

Everything was so easy to change all of my information from T mobile to AT&T they helped and answered all of our questions.

Do Not come to this store as a a walk in, they refused me service and questions just because i came in by foot one day, my car had broke down near by and i was having issues restoring my service, i walked in sweaty to the store and the person who works there was very rude and treated me like some homeless person, its just better to go to the corp store right accross the street that what they tell you anyways since they are always lazy to work and attend customers.

The Manager at the 591 H Street location in Chula Vista was rude and demeaning. We were switching services for 3 lines and the experience could not have been worse. My phone is still not working properly, hopefully another location will show the customer is valued and treat them with respect. Stay away from this location.

My first visit was ok I went pick up a new phone and then the second visit I went cuz I wanted to change my plan but I didnt receive any help, I tell the person 3 times I wanted to changed my plan and he insisted on doing it online and since then I havent been able to change it because the at&t app does not work properly, I will go again next week to try again to change it and by then Ill know to rate 5 or 1 star. I will leave 3 starts for now

They explained my bill AND also helped me get my phone cracked screen fixed in less than 24 hours by going thru there online phoneclaim.com service .

DO NOT SHOP HERE! this is not a real at&t store. The store employees pull scams and lie to you about the deals and won’t support you. Micheal Carlos and the manager Augustus will lie about what you will pay. Never been told such bs, was promised a free iPhone with my trade in, gave me 29 days to return the phone after I have cleared all my content go back and they lowered my phones value. Instead of agree iPhone mini I now have to pay $500. The manager does not care only about the sale telling me to go buy a S9 and you could get it for free. Defeats the purpose of free. The blame micheal who helped me first was new and did not know. The manager has avoiding my calls and I waited 40 mins to speak to him at the store while the other two employees hide in the back room. Go to a real at@t store across the street at the mall not one of these franchise locations. Disrespectful group of people here rushing you through the paper work so they can make a buck.
