I was a mailbox rental customer for 3 months. Though I felt their customer service was good, I left because of fees charged if you dont pick up parcels/packages within a certain time frame. Because of my personal schedule, that wont work for me.
I placed a print order online that was confirmed, paid for, and had a pickup time of 3:00 pm. When I went to pick it up at 3:00, they had told me “we haven’t even looked at our orders today...”. I asked when they could have it printed for me today and the worker told me “if you go home and email it to us, I’ll reply and have it ready for you by 2:00 pm tomorrow.” I emailed them and never got a response, then when I called the store to confirm they got my email they left my boyfriend and I on hold for 30 minutes, then left us on hold after they left the store for the night! Scared I’m going to get scammed out of my $ and have to go empty handed to my job interview on Monday.
Busy place during times so try to hit it right but great service.
Awesome customer service by Erick and the other dude at the store awhile ago. Very accommodating and made shipping my package easy and quick. Will definitely come back to this location again for future shipping needs.

Left me on hold until they closed was on hold for half an hour and they just left the store with me on hold. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
I had to ship a mac book air to Los Angeles the other day and came by to this UPS store early in the morning on 2/14/2018. The laptop was in its original box but asked the person in charge for another box to not only protect the laptop further but to hide its contents. I told him I wanted the laptop to be delivered 2 days later (By Friday 2/16) and wanted to declare the value of the laptop at $1300 since it was only about 1 month old. To my surprise the total came to around $80 dollars + because of the box and the high value of the item I was shipping. There was one problem: The box he was quoting me was big enough to fit probably 10+ of the only laptop I was shipping. I told him I needed a smaller box but he told me it was the only box he had and that I was welcome to select any other box out of a list he had. He didnt seem to want to help me. The box size was part of the reason for the high cost of shipping and he didnt want to give me any other choice. So I thanked him and headed to one of their competitors that I wont name. They offered me a box size that was perfect for what I wanted to ship (A little bit bigger than the original mac book air box I had), they helped me put it in the box, offered me next day delivery (by 2/15/2018) and included a 1300 declared value for a total of exactly $28.26. That is a much better price than the UPS store wanted to charge me. Hopefully management of this UPS store reads this review and improves their service and prices.

Just two other customers in the place. I needed to print off documents from my flash drive. no problem says the cute little clerk. She walks me over tom the copier and we print out the items I needed, we headed back to the counter and I paid. Simple, fast and very courteous. Thank you UPS...Jay

Went to print my daughter‘s birthday invitations not only did they help print they also helped cut them and whole punch them they gave me exactly what I needed in a timely manner thank you so much

Worst customer service ever! Mind you this is only in regards to phone issue, not the actual store encounter. The beginning of September I picked up a package, this week I received a notice saying I still had a package. Knowing I didnt order anything I called to verify that there was in fact a package. Eric answered the phone and asked to put me on hold a few minutes asked how he could help. I told him and he said well, its in the system so you must have not got it (because data errors never happen). I asked if he could please check so I dont drive there and nothing is there. He said he could but would have to check packages after the customers in store could I hold. I said yes. I waited on hold for a good while and then got a hang up. I called back and got Eric again and told him I had been on hold and was hung up on;his response was yes, I know. I still had a lot of customers. When I asked to speak to a supervisor his reply was he doesnt work weekends. Is there a person I can contact in regards to your lack of concern for customer service? He replied, no, but you can try on Monday. Really, UPS this is how you treat people who are renting boxes??! You charge them upfront and then decide service doesnt need to given. Horrible
The UPS Store just made my day. I have a big meeting tomorrow and needed some reports printed up just right and bound into a great looking portfolio. Unfortunately, my first stop was a major office store and that was disaster. Finally, I cancelled with the office store and went over to The UPS Store. The Store Manager (Alex?) and another employee Jackie bent over backwards to get the print job right and the final result is perfect. A big thank you and you just earned a repeat customer!

I had shipped a stage light fixture packed at this UPS store on 591 Telegraph Canyon Rd, Chula Vista, CA 91910. I paid $151.92 for custom packing (have receipts). Declared value was $1500.00 and arrived with internal and physical damage to my receiver. Fixture reads errors and no longer runs like it used to. Motherboards are faulty and makes loud grinding noises and gets stuck on startup. The fixture is also discontinued and I can no longer purchase the parts I need to make it fully functional. The shipping service was UPS 3 Day Select and total shipping cost was $1712.86 including shipping charge corrections. The first photo of the box was before it left Chula Vista and the total cost of the fixture with shipping and packing was $3212.86. Poorly packed, the box used was way too thin that it arrived destroyed and so did the fixture. I was even told by an employee that if I had paid to pack it through UPS, it would be fully covered if anything happened. This was the case, they told me that I had to go through UPS general claims and when I made the claim report, they immediately denied me for insufficient packaging. For future shipments, I will now be using standard freight and US postal service. Less chances of goods breaking during transit and at least they won’t deny your claim right away like UPS did to me. Stay away and save yourself the headaches from UPS and use OTHER, more reputable shipping companies!!

Very efficient and friendly. Quick in and out returning something to Amazon. Email the return information and they print a label. I try to park on Crest Drive to avoid any congestion in the parking lot.
Sometimes there’s a line but they are good about letting you drop off pre-labeled packages. Can never park there though - spaces are limited...
I always receive 5 star service there however they often dont have sufficient parking spots especially handicapped stalls.During most of November and December I had to either wait in the car for 15 minutes while a parking spot cleared up or had to walk about 300 yards, well beyond the McDonalds at the other end of the plaza. That is too far just to pick up mail, but the staff is top notch.Only once during November or December did I have an opportunity to park in a handicapped stall. If I cancel my box it will be solely for lack of adequate parking and not due to the service.
This UPS is 100% way better than the one Olympic Parkway. I get in & get out ALOT faster. Very helpful staff. Great customer service!Altho, I see people eating in front of the counter that doesnt seem professional.The area/location of this UPS sucks finding a parking BUT I still go here :)

Been having my P.O box here for 2 years and I have not had no issue with service at all! So helpful the staff and overall quick. The only downside would be parking, esepcially when picking up boxes or mail that is heavy, I would have to park across the parking lot on infront of Mission Bank. But apart from that, 5 stars!
