Updated:Everyone is rude. The what I think is the owner speaks/looks at you like you are bothering her with any type of question.Yen wasn’t in and they did not seem very bothered to help me out. I asked if they had any pictures of past work, the one girl just looked at the owner and there was a long pause of silence because she got up and walked towards me to just repeat that Yen will be in at 2pm which wasn’t helping since I had plans at 2pm. The whole vibe was not good at all. I ended up going to a nail shop called “Lovely Nails” a few minutes away where I got 5 star service and nails.If you come, I recommend only if Yen is there otherwise everyone else is rude. Which is why I changed my rating.3 star for customer service5 stars for Yen alone.(Original review)Yen did my names and OMG she is the BEST 100% go to her. Tammy was wonderful. I was already having a bad day before I walked in and after getting my French manicure my whole day turned around. She was very friendly, caring and professional. This salon also pays attention to details, the salon is very sterile. I really enjoyed my visit. I will definitely come back. I’d honestly give Tammy more than five stars if I could 😁.

This review is for this nail salon and for my technician, who always does a great job! This translates into a safer environment for me and my friend. And they did an Amazing job and a Fill with regular polish. My nails have never lasted that long. So happy with my service!

Im in heaven …. and I love this nail salon. The massage and everything here was on point plus. They have informative about nails job! and I like that they take the time to remove the polish carefully. Everything was immaculate, the decor was lovely as well. I will definitely be back to see her on a regular basis. But no disappointed.

I would like to say that they are really good and amazing at doing nails. They have lasted a whole week and not all nail salons last a week. They work fast but efficient with there work. Definitely would recommend. They ask how they are doing so far and also ask if there is something wrong with anything. Again would recommend definitely.

First time at the nail salon and definitely the last! HORRIBLE service by Andy Tran. He was careless and rude when doing my fill in a full set. Would get angry when I asked him to correct his many mistakes when doing my nails. He was extremely rough and hurt me when filing down my nails. I would never recommend for anyone to come here unless youre looking for awful service and a horrible set of nails. The place is definitely not well ran by the management if they are allowing people like him to work on paying customers nails.

Loved this place! I went in with 2 other people, and they had the three of our nails and a pedicure done in less than 40min. Yen did my full set, she was friendly, fast and did the design I asked for perfectly! Would definitely recommend this place 😁

Came in as a walk-in and they were able to accommodate me then and there. Everyone is so sweet and smiley. The salon is very clean and sanitize! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean salon.

I travel a lot so I sometimes end up visiting nail shops in other cities. Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional! I am extremely happy with how my hands feel and nail design. Over all the experience was very good and I will be back.

Visited with my daughter. Our cuticles were not pushed back, nail shape was uneven & different lengths, gel polish wasnt wiped from under the tip of the nail so it cured making the tips thick. Mine lasted 2 weeks before they started to pop off. My nails looked like I needed a fill after a week because I had to push my cuticles back due to them growing under the acrylics.

I never made it passed the door. The woman in the front desk was extremely rude. After inquiring about acrylic nail polish and a pedicure for myself and my daughter she asked if I only wanted this done on ONE toe, the proceeded to say she didn’t have “time for that”. I quickly left. Terrible customer service, and there is no AC to top it off. So it’s very hot when you walk in.

I came to get my nails done with my little sister for my birthday and they were horrible it was definitely the first and last time going there. The lady who was doing our nails cut my sisters finger and just left it like that and her nail looked bad. When it was mine turn I wanted rainbow colored nails and the lady told me that it was going to turn out bad because it wont look good on me so, me caring about her opinion I changed it to black and silver. Well the black was a dark purple and it looked bad. I had a dance the next day at school and the black did not go with the dress. It was just a complete mess. Im definitely not going back there.

Had pedi and mani at same time and it was ok; felt rushed more than relaxed. They did a good job and even repaired the smudge that happened while there.

I finally found a place with great customer services and they took me as a walk in 💕💕💕 catered to my daughter, entertained her with a movie and they were super sweet !!! PLUS my nails look amazing!!!!!! Thank you ladies !!!!

These women know how to massage ! Been living in japan for 3 years where the pedicures are not that great. This is the best pedi/mani I’ve had since being back stateside!

Im disappointed to say the least. The woman who did my pedicure mocked my toes for being curled down, saying oh just look at them a few times. It was embarrassing. The pedicure was rushed and lack luster. Not a place Ill ever return.

Two nails were messed up in my full set all they offered to do was file it thats not the problem he laid the tip at a slant I will not be coming back not worth the money. Horrible if you do this everyday how hard is it to do your job maybe he needs a career change. After asking for my money back cause my little crystals fell off after five minutes of them being on they refused to refund my money I would give 0 stars they need to change their attitude I hope they get shut down rude as poeple

Kim is the truly the best! I have been going here since 2001 and wouldnt go anywhere else, they always stay current with trends and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing, and i get so many compliments on my nails I recommend this place to anyone who loves fun creative and beautiful nails!

Today is my second wedding anniversary and my husband wanted to treat me to getting a pedi and mani. They were able to accommodate me right away even though I was a walk-in. I decided to get acrylic nails done and Jennie was fantastic. She took her time and made sure they looked perfect. I decided to step out of my norm (short and clear) and get my nails longer and with color and I dont regret my decision. I even had Jennie working on my nails at the same time another tech worked on my pedi. Really made the process a lot quicker so we can leave and spend the rest of our day celebrating. Will be going back 😀

Great Services, facility is clean, tub for pedicure has a plastic that covers the tub and plastic is changed for every customer. Best pedi/massage ever!
