Kim was amazing and very efficient. 😊 I was worried about time when I went in and had spare time when I left after a full set and 3 coats of polish. She paid special attention to make sure there were no streaks in my neon. And to top it off she took it like a champ when I did a 180 on my color choice. Price was also very reasonable, will definitely be coming back.

This is my go-to place for nails. I always leave content with how my nails look. Last week I went in not knowing exactly how i wanted my birthday nails, only that I wanted something special. I showed them a few pictures on my phone and they made it happen. I am so happy my sisters recommended this spot, I can finally stop looking for the best nail shop, now that I found C & L nail and Spa. The staff are always polite, patient and welcoming to walk ins. They are rude and look down on you my daughter and I went to have are nails done. We sat down and waited. They ignored us and kept ignoring us for 45 minutes. We left. Very rude

Took my mom & daughter to get pedicures done today and it was probably the best experience I have ever had at a salon. The entire Staff was absolutely amazing and attentive to each of us. The salon was very sanitary & followed all COVID safety protocols’ & I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking nail salon.

Very sweet and friendly staff. I wanted green, but couldnt figure out which shades go together, since I do different color on my ring finger. They helped me pick the colors I wanted, and though I changed my mind a couple of times, my nail stylist and a two others patiently and with smiles helped me. I absolutely love my nails 😍😍😍

I called at 530 to set a 630 appointment for my daughter and I to avoid the stress of waiting. I asked the guy to confirm and we have now been waiting 30 mins and there is no sign of anyone leaving soon. I would have understood if they just didnt take appointments at all but why offer that if youre not going to honor it. Overall waste of a drive.

Set up an appointment for my wife today (mani/pedi) we get there and their is a line of people there. We go to the front and lady tells us to have a seat and wait with everyone else. Explained we had an appointment but did not care and told us to wait with walk ins... what’s the point of calling ahead and making an appointment???

I got here at 12:25 . I am sitting on pedicure chair still and it is now 1:47. My feet are are so cold they have been in water this whole time. People have came and gone and I’m still here. I guess they pick there regulars or favorites. Will not come back not recommend to others . Poor service!

I showed up here to get a fresh set and a pedicure, while getting acrylic set the shaping was horrible, the thickness of the polish was horrible. when i mentioned it kindly to the man with the kid he freaked out and snatched my hand and began to cut all my nails off while yelling at me. do NOT go here

Charlie and Lynn are amazing owners. Ive been going here for years, 2 twice a month. They always do a great job and if theres a mess up, they always fix it without hesitation.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The owners are very knowledgeable. The girls know what theyre doing. Best place to get your nails done. The prices are comparable and they never have a ridiculous wait time. Charlie and Lynn are the best!!

My husband and i came here for the first time, with no appointment, and they were very quick to seat us despite being busy with other customers. The girl who helped me was patient and took her time looking up a specific design i wanted on my toes after my pedicure. I stood up after she was done and accidentally smudged the freshly painted nail with design, and she immediately took out all the nail polishes again to fix it! Ive had this happen before at other places where the person helping me gets mad or whatever but she was very quick to help without getting upset at all and she checked up on me after about 10 mins of setting them under the UV light. Definitely superceded my expectations!

Ive been going to this family establishment for over 15 yrs now! Charlie and Lynn always make sure to greet each and every customer upon arrival. Theyre funny, talkative, they remember their repeat customers and always ask about how everyone is doing, all while doing a great job on your nails! Charlie has been my nail guy for over 15 yrs and he knows just how to do my nails without me telling him anything more than I need a fill/new set. And hes honest about his opinion when I ask to try something new. And hey, they just upgraded to all new manicure tables and spa chairs at the beginning of this year! It looks great AND they use a great sanitary system of lining the foot spa tubs with a new plastic liner with each new customer. Definitely cuts down on cleanup/waiting time between customers, too. I cant imagine going elsewhere. As long as I live in San Diego, Ill definitely continue to be a repeat customer 😊

Charlie and Lynn, along with the whole staff are awesome. they always make you feel welcome and try to make you laugh while you are there. I found their shop when I needed an urgent nail repair 2 years ago and ditched my old place immediately. the prices are reasonable and my nails last for a month before needing a fill. C&L are very experienced with all polish/design styles and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy.- Bri

So I wanted to get a pedicure during my lunch break from work. I have tried this before at other salons and they tell me they can get me in right away, but then I have to wait forever. I called them before I went to make a appointment and let them know I was coming on my lunch and I could not wait the guy said no problem I will have someone waiting for you in 15 min. Thank Gosh when I walked in the door that was exactly what happened and they were very friendly too! Thank You!

It was okay just a bit pricey

Horrible experience, I asked them to remove my acrylic nails only so I could get gelish instead, the lady was in a hurry I guess, she just polish them with extreme force and them pulled them, just pulled them !!! Took part of my nail with it!!! My finger was bleeding. I spoke to the man that was at the register, he said they do that when they have people waiting, he apologized, but I said I didnt want to continue with my gelish because my finger hurt a lot and was still bleeding, I expected to at least not be charged for a bad job, but to my surprise they charged me $10, so of course Im never coming back here!

LYNN SAVED MY DAY! This nail place is fast, affordable, reliable and all of the staff are friendly, welcoming and care about how your feet and hands look when you leave! Lynn is my girl, she got me in right away and did my fill in 20 minutes and they look amazing! Lynn knew I waited at a different shop for an hour and had to rush to work so she did some magic! I didnt even tell her what I like and she styled my nails perfect to shape, perfect thickness. Lynn you are the home girl, thank you for hookin me up! Every time I go this salon, I am never disappointed. They are amazing. They can sometimes be a little packed but I understand why. The service is amazing. I will never go to another salon again.

Horrible place to get your nails done. I went in with my natural long nails and asked specifically all I wanted was the gel over my real nails so they wouldnt break. Lady took initiative and made the gel so think then filed my pinky nail so short. She said could put a fake nail on it to make it the same length as the rest of my nails but by then I was so mad. Not only did she file it down short, she also messed up the the shape of my nails. Now their lopsided and mishapen. I walked out furious. No wonder I never did my nails before.

They do a good job, I just hate waiting a long time.

On Oct 21,2018 I went in early to set up an appointment for the afternoon ( 2pm appointment) when I got to my appointment the nail place was very full, the only customer service I got was pick a color and wait 30 minutes even though I had an appointment; walk in people were getting seen before me. When I finally got someone to pay attention to the amount of waiting I did, it was a horrible job! They did such a quick job just to get customers in and out, my nails are in bad shape ; nail polish already coming off, a cut from the nail tools used on my hands etc horrible job! Plus the place looked disgusting, unsanitary environment and the women who didn’t my nails had some open cuts on her hands ( her hands were disgusting) and she got upset when I asked her to wear gloves ( which she did not ) .

Great place ! Amazing workers ! Love love love ! Always treat me great and my daughter !

Cindy didnt do a nice job on my gel. as i told her that there were bubbles, but seems like it was okey. the next day my gel got peeled off. i came back and took her an hour to do 3 nails. she retouched, let me wait for 15 mins. to attend another customer, she came back and saw that it didnt turn out right, foiled my 3 fingers to take those gel out and then attend another customer.........really. tried to be patient. 20 minutes came.........i got up and told her, would you mind finishing my nails first. attended me for awhile and her co- worker took over so she can go back to her other customer she had started.

Was attended quickly; prices are a little high

Horrible service: manicurist sat down in front of me and checked her phone before even greeting me. Outdated: the massage chair was creaking. Dirty: the floor was filthy and they do t use liners for their spas. Totally disappointed!

I liked going to this place a lot but the last time I went the lady that is the owner did a very ugly nail job and paid the same price 30 dollars

Gave then a 1 to write this review....Horrible job...I had them take the nail dip and nails off, the female owner left me soaking in acetone and never came back my skin got super wrinkled and dry ... after 3 hours I walked out without them ever attending to me ...NEVER GO HERE FOR YOUR NAILS, BAD BUSINESS!
