Went because I needed a place to get my nails done and I was so pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and the prices are great. Definitely making it my regular for pedicures. Plus they have a bunch of additional services they offer from facials to waxes.

Made an appointment for the day of and got in with no problems at all. Received a deluxe pedicure from Paula and couldn’t be more pleased. She was kind and professional. If I’m ever able to get the day off and in need of a spa day then I book with her. I never mind working around her schedule because she’s that good! I stand all day at work and require pedicures at least once a month. Most nail places are a hit or miss for quality service. iNails is a go to spot!! I do look forward to trying some additional services next time.

I used to go to this place and it was great but not lately. Last time I made an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes. Walk ins were coming in and had same wait time. I just got a new set and had it filled once. I went today and they said you need to get a full set. I said I don’t usually have to get a full set so soon. They said the nails lifted and they didn’t want me to get an infection which I appreciate them telling me. I said I don’t want to get a full set every other time and they just keep saying it wasn’t something they did but only keep repeating about not getting infection. They had no understanding of what I was explaining. I would have got a new set if they could confirm I wouldn’t have to pay for a new set every other time. They have gone way downhill.

My favorite girl is Paula! She always makes me feel special! She is AMAZING! I am definitely coming back next week for a pedicure.

Do NOT go there.. this is the second time I’ve gotten a nail infection from them. They clearly do not clean their tools. I can’t believe I really gave them a second chance. Now I have to suffer and get my toe nail removed. Do not recommend.

I didn’t have an appointment but I was sat down super quick, the dipping power and pedicure were alright but what was astonishing is that the lady dropped the dip powder on the floor (it was brand new) and once she was done with my nails she scooped it off the floor and put it back into the jar and right back on the shelf. That is absolutely disgusting, not coming back to this place.

Walked in and helped me right away, foot massage was not very relaxing or what I expected, the manicure was “ok” the polish wasn’t allowed to dry and layered two coats and the clear top coat, they were done within 10-15 min,still my feet were being worked on for “45”min deluxe spa, and came home and still my nails weren’t dry so they got ruined, There was a charge for everything you chose which made the experience annoying, I thought it was expensive for a 45min deluxe spa that I paid “extra for”regular polish.Just FYI.

They are always busy and they do try to take walk- ins, I make my appointments with Amy, she is a PERFECTIONIST and I always leave admiring her work.I highly recommend her.

I really enjoy getting my nails done at Inails and Spa Salón. Kathy is wonderful!!! I like getting my nails and pedí done by her 👍🏼and I like how she gives me suggestions. My only issues is if I schedule an appointment I want to be seen at that time (yes I understand there are times that because someone shows up late but they’re still technically consider on time if they are within a certain amount of minutes after their schedule time)you’re going to take care of them and it will cause your schedule to be push back a little bit for your next appointment but when it’s half an hour after my scheduled time and also when you walk in and they tell you oh you’re early yeah I’m 10 minutes early because I want to look at the colors and decide what color I’m going to want I am not there to rush you if I know my appointment is at a certain time! I love this place and will continue to go but please work on your scheduling process.

Great place for a pedicure and acrylic nails, just make sure you call early in the morning because is always busy. Paula is really good with the pedicures and Tina on acrylics. I like this place because the prices are affordable and the equipment and pedicure chairs are always clean and sanitized.

This place is the best nail salon I’ve been to so far since living in California. They don’t rush. They do a thorough job. They can get you an appointment quick. I’ve gone twice. Whoever I had the first time did a bit of a better job, but I didn’t catch her name. When you make appointments they always ask if you have a preference.

The have set up the salon outside. All the personal wear masks and use protective plastic Shields.The staff were really nice & polite. They greeted me right away & had me sign me in. Paula was my stylist. She was very friendly & sweet. I had very uneven & 4 broken nails. She cut them all to a similar even length & shape. Helped me pick the color, & though I was very indicisive & changed my mind multiple times, she was very patient & friendly. I love having long nails & was not happy cutting them, but it was time to cut them since theydalready started breaking. She was funny & made me feel comfortable. I left feeling happy 😃

I love getting pedicures by Paula. She does such a good job, takes her time (doesn’t rush) and she is super sweet.

Not somewhere I would go again. My pedicure was horrible. The lady who was doing my pedicure clipped away basically what seemed like all my toenails. The bottom of my feet pretty much got no attention. I wanted a brighter nail polish then what she had next to her. She was upset she had to get up and get the one I wanted. Terrible customer service and not worth the price in my opinion. My friend had the same experience even with someone else doing her pedicure. Save your money!!!

I walked in at 6:30 told them what I needed then 2 people came in for the appointment late mind u and then she says they don’t have time do to a manicure come tomorrow I always go there but not again

Horrible experience as soon as I walked in someone from across yelled at me I replied I need fill she yelled pick color and then pointed to a chair and said to sit down as she started to take off my polish she said you need new set I said ok but dont cut my nails since my nails are long and I just get acrylic she then said never mind just fill because I guess she was to lazy to do all that work then I told her how long will it take she said too long. I then told her my 4 year old wanted her nails painted she made a face and never said anything 2 other people walked In and they sat them down i then told her remember my daughter wants her nails painted she said or we are too busy dont got time. At that point I wanted to just pay and leave I told my daughter I would take her somewhere else since they refuse to do it so my 4 yrs old was upset. Kept my calm and stayed until she was done by the way a fill took her 1.5 hrs because she kept messing up. Got home at 7pm by 830 I had a broken nail. Never again if I could give it a 0 I would but my only option was a 1

First time here and had a very pleasant experience. Paula did my services and was great! She is super nice. Definitely, will be coming back and will be referring this place along with referring Paula. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because they do need a wider variety of colors for polish. They have a lot of nice dark colors to choose from, but not a whole lot of light spring/summer colors.

Was visiting Chula Vista, CA. and I wanted a pedicure done right away since I did not have time to wait for an appointment. Called iNails and Spa and they were so courteous and accommodating, that they scheduled me right away within minutes of me calling in, Despite of how busy they were. My pedicurist Paula, was very professional by providing such stellar and friendly service. Overall, iNails and Spa is a place I utterly recommend to anyone passing by or visiting that area.P.S. Dont forget to ask for Paula. She is awesome.

I had a good first experience.Quick service.Great selection of colors. Clean and professional. I came early as a walk in. My tech was very attentive and gentle with my nails which are thin and sensitive.Was a little pricey but worth it in my opinion, I was not disappointed. Ill be back.

Ok the thing is this place is very clean nothing really wrong I got my nails a Tiffany blue and they were pretty nice only thing is they overcharged us we called the lady told us the nails we wanted would be 25 per person ended up being 42 so they overcharged !very nice long lasting nails just don’t understand the over pricing.

Terrible service, took my little sister after going once before myself and being attended fine but this time, no one even batted an eyelash our way and when they did after waiting a big while they tried to overprice a very simple set most likely assuming I didn’t know anything about nails, don’t waste your time coming here

Less than a week and my gel is already chipped and I have some nails without gel. Worse manicure ever, nice servixe thiugh. They also gave me an infection in my feet because the pedicure was so rough. Great servixe nice people but they need to be careful.

My pedicure was effortless. The Salon is quiet, clean and runs well. Spa pedicure 30 minutes exactly. They have tons of polish brands and colors.

They do an ok job they just want to get you out quick. They need more than one pink powder, more colors! They need glitter powders, lets get creative people...

I went one week ago on Friday and the gel polish already chipped and starting to chip off another nail. The very 1st time I went last year same thing happened and I thought I would try again, but still disappointed. I do have to say that this time I did have the best manicure and pedicure....I also took a friend of my mine for her 1st time she got the dipped powder polish they didnt tell her that it was more to clean her cuticles and they cut her on 6 of her fingers done by a different person that did mine....I witnessed poor customer service by whom I am assuming is the manager/owner. A customer went to ask the lady that was helping me if she had time, which she didnt because it was almost closing, she said she could see her the next day at 10am. When the customer went to to schedule appointment with the manager she told her she was not available the lady working with me seemed confused and didnt understand why she would say that and the customer left and said she wouldnt come back. The rest of my time it felt awkward and manager made it obvious she was upset and bothered, not sure why, but the only person that should have been was the lady that lost a client.

Ive been coming to this location since it opened and Amy has always taken such good care of me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I know that working on my hands can be complicated but never once has she made me feel like I was a burden and she has always made accommodations for me. Best nail spa ever!!! ASK FOR AMY!!!!

I went in for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax but I’ll never go there again. The tech left my eyebrows uneven and thin, the tech apologized but then asked if I wanted to add tip after I cried in the waxing room... not ok.

Paula did my pedicure and was AMAZING will be back to see her again. Her foot massage is AWESOME.!!!

The manager is rude and the service is NOT a nice experience. My daughter asked for her to fix 2 broken nails, she seemed very botherd and the entire time she was holding my daughters hands so tightly she left them red and pushed her hands around as she fixed the broken nails. All while talking in her language totally making you feel uncomfortable. Never going back again!!!

I love my special time at iNails. It’s become a monthly ritual for my future daughter in law, son and me to get our pedis. Lili takes excellent care of my toes & feet always making sure I’m happy with her services. The spa is fairly new and very clean. I’d definitely recommend the services offered at iNails.

Please bring Stephen back. I love the girls and the quality of work Stephen did .. Kim and Amy are also amazing people. Unfortunately the manager is not as nice, actually she was very visual up set when I asked for Stephan and went to Kim for help. She was unfriendly and unprofessional she took Kim to the back and yelled at her. I dont know if I will return nor recommend .. it was very stressful just watching it all unfold in front of me and other clients.. so sad

I found inails by accident about a year ago. I was tired of driving almost an hour for decent nails, and especially tired of gel nails that cracked and peeled or chips in just a couple days. Inails has been a saving grace! I especially love Kim and Sky, although I watch the other nail artists and would be glad to work with any of them.They always greet you warmly, take their time and make sure every detail is perfect, and they take an interest in you and your comfort. Also- wine with every service! You just cant beat the quality, service and selection. Ill be loyal as long as theyre here!

Not bad. I was quoted a price of $61 for a gel mani/pedi. However, EVERYTHING was extra $$. I ended up paying $91!

I had the deluxe pedicure $41 it wasnt 55 min like advertised.. certainly wasnt a 15 min massage on your legs as advertised... I asked if the callus remover would be feet wrapped in plastic ...he replied yes it was not... it was 45 min with a manicure after he finished pedicure... meaning the callus remover & masks were not used as they should be... I was looking for a new amazing place 😐 toes look good but heel callus not gone like my old place .. I wont return.... 😣
