So I called and told them deep clean. I told them apart from cleaning the entire house I need under furniture, fridge, oven, micro, stove, seasoning cabinet etc..everything you would expect from a deep clean. They got here late and then asked me what I want done?Deep clean is self explanatory and I called and told them on the phone.One lady was supposed to stay and clean solo but When I told them certain things like fridge and stove under furniture she said well we will need the two of us. ok thats fine.Then she said we dont move heavy furniture !?umm ok I told them what I wanted when I called.They eventually did under furniture because its easy to slide. I had to tell her to clean certain areas again because they were still dirty. It seemed like literally just passed over areas and wiped down real quick. They also brought no mop.I told them I had one,she said its ok and cleaned my floors with a rag and her foot. My fridge is still dirty after she cleaned it and my cabinet was not done like I told her.She was about to leave and I asked did you clean the oven she said no. I told them it was OK if it take longer earlier they still did not clean the proper way for a deep clean. Things in my kids room that they missed I had to tell where and she still wanted me to show her.I said there where all the trash and cut up paper is on the floor. (obviously). They were in a rush I can tell. It was Mostly the lady that had to stay with the other girl was the one doing the half job. I mean I guess to do things right I have to do it myself. I was tired of having to stand behind to make sure they clean right. I dont like doing that and nit picking so I didnt say anything else I gave them the money so they can go do whatever was so important. This review is mostly for the older lady that came and had to stay with the girl. All the areas she cleaned where not clean.Sorry Ill take my business elsewhere.If I do hire them again I might just ask for bernice herself she was good. The other lady was nice and all but Im hiring to clean and I just was not satisfied with it.

Theresa and her crew have been part of our life for 8 years. We have had weekly cleanings and at times we have asked her to switch days and times and she has always been accommodating. The women who work with Theresa are very good natured, and they do an excellent job keeping the house looking great. I am sorry we have to leave them behind when we move.

Teresa did not answer my texts or calls. She told me she was calling me yesterday to schedule the 2nd cleaning and did not. The day they came she had a really uncomfortable argument with one of the ladies working for her at my living room. The cleaning was ok, but they did not change linens, cleaned windows, cleaned sliding door and asked a lot of questions about what to clean cause a lot of things are not included in estimate.

Teresa and Strictly Maids cleaned my condo today. We moved out and are converting it to a rental. We needed a very deep clean so our first tenants felt right at home. I was worried because I have very high expectations. My real estate agent introduced me to Teresa and Strictly Maids. I was very impressed!!
