Exceptional service and highly recommended. Our experience has been great from the first phone call, the scheduling and the first cleaning. Our cleaner was on time and did a magnificent job. Our home looks and feels cleaner than ever. We have a larger house and it took 5 hours for the first cleaning. We paid $200 at $40 per hour, worth every penny. Our cleaner worked continuously and made sure everything was perfect. Our second cleaning was 4 hrs, still perfect. And they have stayed in touch via email to ensure all is perfect. Today was my fourth time using Comforts Cleaning. I’ve had two deep clean and two standard cleans. Each time I’ve had different providers and all have done an excellent job. Everyone who has come to our home has also been very friendly and professional. So far we’ve met Clarissa, Carlos, Daniella, and Maria and I’d recommend any of them! They are very respectful and responsive. They have quality cleaners and if something is not done well, then they make note and address it the next time. They never act like I am bothering them when I mention a concern or area that needs to be cleaned better and that is a huge improvement over most every other cleaning service we have used.They are easy to get ahold of, they answer messages quickly, they speak English so that I am able to communicate clearly with them and they take pride in their service.I highly recommend them.

The office staff communicates well. Payment is easy using Venmo. We love Margarita! She is friendly and thorough. I never saw my stove so clean after just her first clean!

Last week was my first time ever using a cleaning service and it went fantastic. I was able to get an appointment with these guys the very next day. Unfortunately, I cant recall what the cleaners name was, but she did a fantastic job on my 3 bed 2 bathroom home. Will be booking a recurring service for sure.
