I am a second time customer with Xpress Restoration. This second time started with a pinhole leak in the ceiling above my kitchen and underneath my master. From the inspection, to the clean up, demo, insurance claims, and remodeling the process was very smooth-They do it all! Leo is just amazing to work with and wouldnt want to work with anyone else for such a big project. I am so pleased with all the work they did, I now have a fixed pinhole leak, new luxury vinyl flooring upstairs and a brand new dream kitchen. My wife and I used Xpress Restoration after our dining room flooded unexpectedly. After some recommendations, we called them and they came right out. Within 20 minutes they were here with dehumidifiers, fans etc. They were professional, helpful and knowledgeable about potential water damage and mold behind our wall. The truth is, I was super happy with the service they did in my business, k beautiful salon, when I called them immediately they came, they explained to me what could be done at that time so that the water and smoke did not cause more damage than those that already existed, They immediately drew water, and cleaned the place, and offered me machinery and special gases to combat the smoke as much as possible, and it was super useful, the attention was complete and not only in the service, but in the accessory in general in cases of fire and pollution, they have a lot of knowledge of how insurance is handled and what information we require, they also did a job of scanning the whole place super impressive, I recommend it
