I received both dental and orthodontic treatment here and my experience was nothing short of amazing! Right when I walked into the office of Perfect Smiles California; I was greeted by the office manager Bianca who I felt gave such a great first impression on how the staff in this office goes above and beyond serving their patients. To add to that, staff members exemplified top quality patient care when inquiring information regarding my medical/dental history. From my experience interaction with staff members can be a bit awkward since some receptionists dont even give eye contact and just hand me a clipboard to fill out the information on my own. Dr. Garate did such an AMAZING job on my teeth! I was elbowed in the mouth years ago and had to get a root canal done on one of my front teeth. The color of the tooth was opaque in comparison to the rest and it really stood out. My front teeth were also chipped and shaved down due to that so I was always insecure about my smile. Dr. Garate recommended that I should get crowns and from there on the whole process was pretty quick. He made sure that we got them exactly how I wanted them every step of the way. They look so natural and match the rest of my teeth so well! They also feel great too! I couldn’t have asked for anything better honestly. Thank you to Dr. Garate and the team for making the whole process so easy!

Great customer service. I got clear retainers and deployed for 13 months. I had issues and even though I was restationed in Georgia, they were willing to send me out some replacement trays all the way to my new address. You cant beat that. These guys rock!

Called on a Thursday evening about a emergency and received a call from them Friday morning at 8:15 told me to be at their office at 9:00am cause it was a early day...what???, this after I was told they accepted my plan and wanted to charge me 400.00 extra for a cleaning??? So my plan pays 400 dollars and they want an extra fee 400 dollars more..legalized loan sharking...I work 1 hour from them...stay away from them...they charge their patients for their commercials...not reputable or have integrity...

During the past several years my experience has been pleasant. Dr. Grate and his staff have their best interest for their patients. Im pleased with past dental work and recently the staff identified a problem tooth and a implant was recommended to stop the additional bone loss. I was hesitant at first because a previous implant done by a referral was very discomforting and painfull for several days. Im pleased with the progress of my current implant. The procedure and techniques used during the process are unlike I encountered. It was less evasive and Not much discomfort! The staff needs to be given a-lot of credit! They are friendly and support you with scheduling, your supplies and most are their words of encouragement I believe this helps with the well being to heal and I love their big smile.
