Dr. Massarats endodontic practice came recommended to me by a leading dentist in the area. The firm has extremely professional management and staff. Dr. Shen and her assistant were 100% focused and detail oriented which put me at ease. They use the proper amount of analgesic medication. They check in with you to make sure you are OK after the procedure and provide all necessary prescriptions. They are upfront about all costs and have very reasonable prices. I highly recommend their services.

This guy overcharged me, he is not following the rules and he said my procedure was going to be ok. After a second check-up, he sent me to another dentist, saying that he couldnt fix what he did. Dont go to Tom Massarat office, after you try to converse, they just hung up the phone on you.

He did my root canal and it was much better than expected. He was consistent in making my comfort his priority. I felt like a person, not another patient.
