Your phone is too important to go anywhere else. My phone is my most important work tool so when it suddenly stopped working I needed it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Downtown is much closer but you have traffic and parking to deal with. The Chula Vista location was easy to get to, easy parking. I walked in without an appointment, they assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable quote, told me to come back in 2 1/2 hours. The phone is working and in great shape again.

Took my laptop in for repair, it would not charge or turn on. They were very helpful and friendly while explaining the service and my options. They sent it out for repair, as they dont repair in their facility. Quick turn around of 2 days. If needed, I will gladly use their services again.

Shout out to Julian! for being a stand up honest guy. I came in because the charger piety was not working, and Julian cleaned my sons charger port and it worked!! and he didn’t even charge me. I highly recommend them and also their prices are reasonable

When I took my xbox one s in they diagnosed it and when i came back to get it it wasn’t even in the store. I had to wait about 30 min for my xbox to actually get it back because it was at their “second lab.” soon after i discovered that the one drive or disc drive was replaced with a disc drive for the xbox one x when my xbox is for the xbox one s. The way I know this is that the model number for the xbox one x is DG-6M5S-01B and the model number for the xbox one s is DG-6M5S-02B. There is a 1 and 2 difference between the 2 as you can see by the end numbers. When I went there to go back to get my disc drive the guy told me they don’t “replace them”when clearly my disc drive had been replaced because he was the first tech I went to. The manager said he had been working for 50+ years when he was clearly in his 50s. and proceeded to say all xbox models have the same “disc drive” when they clearly don’t, xbox’s have different disc drives, right after the xbox 360 they are different.I was shocked at the very much unprofessionalism that this store had. Do not come here for your console needs especially if you own an xbox or any other console, would not ever recommend the manger is unprofessional and doesn’t know devices well at all. I am beyond satisfied! I thought my daughters Nintendo Switch was a goner, as it was damaged with Mountain Dee, super sticky, just thought the console was done. Repaired LED Screen, told me I had 3 month warranty which completely changed to no warranty after they took my cash payment. Asked for my money back and he said NO the transaction has been completed. Carma...thats all I can say.

BAD I have to edit my review. after this location said my phone was not repairable (they told me they replaced the battery and the display and it was not repairable at their location. ) I was then suggested to send it to the manufacturer for repair. Now the manufacturer says that the camera is bad, the display is now bad and there is internal damage to the phone. When I walked into this place they confirmed there was none of that damage before ubreakIfix open the phone. Now I’m being charged $500 for a refurbished phone because ubreakifix damaged the internals when they opened up my phone. Thank you for RUINING my phone. I hope no one ever has this experience with a repair shop like this. TerribleI would avoid this place if at all possible.Maybe only this location on Broadway, but terrible service. Will not go back.

Called about a cracked screen on a Samsung S21 Galaxy Ultra screen. 3 hours later it was replaced with a screen protector. Having the Asurion insurance was even better. Paid $39

I took my Switch in for them to diagnose why my joycons keep disconnecting. The guy at the counter told me to come back the next day for it. I clarified that I was only leaving it for a diagnosis and he said yeah. The next day I got an email saying my Switch had been repaired and that I needed to pay $150. I told them that I did not give consent for them to repair my device and they offered to replace the new parts which they installed with the old ones, to which I agreed. Twenty minutes later I received a call saying that my right joycon no longer works, even though it was fully functional when I left it at the shop.Two stars because they fixed the right joy con without charging me.

Mohammed was very helpful and professional.My Pixel 2xl was no longer charging unless hours went by. He checked the charging port and the battery.He had a battery for $95.00 which included installation.But he explained my charging cable should not be generic but one designed for a Pixel phone and recommended I try Best Buy or Walmart.Walmart was already open while Best Buy still closed.I found a cable for Pixel phone and now all is fine.I will definitely revisit Mohammed if my Pixel or my wifes Samsung needs help.His store is very clean and organized.

I had uneasiness about how much access they had to any device during the repair process and offered options to put me at ease. Not only are they friendly, but they are committed to providing great service. Besides being sincere, Zaki even was so kind to make an exception for me since I was having a bad day and my car broke down and he waited 15 mins. past closing and waited for me since he knew I was out of a phone for almost a couple of days before I found that their shop, which was opened during Covid-19.
