Its always efficient and fast. The oil changing guys are always v attentive and prepared. Sometimes it is too busy but barely .

Per the manual, my car requires SAE 5-30 oil. Today, the person working at the Castrol Premium Lube Express on Bonita Road in Chula Vista tried to convince me that SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) stands for synthetic.Wow.Since all automotive oil in this country is marked SAE, I wonder how many unsuspecting motorists are fooled into paying close to $100 for an oil change that would normally run around $40 without a coupon.Needless to say, I didnt let them change my oil, and I wont be going back.

They charged me 50.00 for 5 washes and after October 1 they were no longer valid, they were offered on September 15, very bad service, I better go back to the National City and they are not busy
