Not very good cleaning. Turned car in @ 4:20pm. They close at 5:00pm on Saturdays. Im assuming they rush on the cars that come in after 4, which probably isnt a good habit/business practice. I paid for the platinum option - had high hopes, really hoping to find my new car wash place here. Left dead insects in the grill area, didnt clean the headlights, had to wipe off water from window myself, left dirt around the skirt/lower part of bumper, cursing in English/Spanish out loud n proud.

Went here and paid $150 (got a $10 discount) to get my f150’s dashboard cleaned, floors vacuumed, seats shampooed, and exterior washed. After I arrived here I noticed this car wash didn’t have the best reviews but I and was not disappointed at all. I forgot to take pictures before my truck was washed but there was a lot of hair on the backseat floor because of my dogs.

Hands down, no matter how many times I come, they just cant clean a vehicle. If I could rebrand this place, it would be with a sly fox logo bc they have no shame in ripping people off. I have come at least ten times only because they give me free passes for their last fail and it takes 3 different times to get one complete clean!Someone PLEASE comment with another place in Eastlake so I dont have to get stuck here again!

Wish i could give them a good review but I asked for a simple car wash and was told no but if I let them wax my car then they could wash my car.... I understand trying to up sell things but to turn me away because I dont want them to wax my car.. you guys lost my business for sure.

This is the WORST place east of the 805. Do not ever get your car washed there. I went there, paid $94 for an oil change and upgraded car wash. I had to go back after waiting for 2 hrs because they did such a bad job. They then forgot to put back the floor mats and I had to drive back to to retrieve it the next day. This is last time Ill even use this place. Dont waste your money.

This place is easy to get to, they do a decent job at washing the cars out here. I like the people they are nice and friendly. Service is good has is usually pricey, but for a fast fill and a carwash is worth it.

Its a solid car wash. Better than the automated drive thru car washes, but not nearly as good as a full detail.I like the Silver, Gold, and Platinum car washes.Over all they do a good job. Sometimes they are very thorough and other times not so much. I guess i would say that they ard rather inconsistent at times.That being said i still think its a pretty good value for the price. You get a vacuum, wash, hand wipe, window cleaning, and tire dressing for a decent price. They are also pretty quick. Theres a little place to sit and chill while your car is washed.* For single washes they will give you a military discount.*** Buy the 10 wash prepaid card. Its the best value. Normally a Silver wash is $24 per wash. If you buy the card with 10 washes the total price is $185, breaking it down to $18.50 per wash. And they will give you a free platinum package for your first wash. Which makes it an even better value.

My wife pulled up when it was basically empty. No cars in sight being washed or dried. Two guys doing nothing, asked her immediately if she wanted the car detailed. My wife asked how much and they told her a price over $100. My wife decided not to and to just get a regular wash. They told her it would be an hour & a half. Didnt make sense, since there were no cars being washed or dried at the time. Were they closing, trying to come up on a detail job or just being unprofessional? My wife ended up backing out and went to the one in Bonita. Very uncomfortable!

Took my truck in for a detail and couldnt be happier. The gentleman who wrote my service up was nice and had great customer service. I was in and out quicker than I thought. Great job on the detailing team. I will definitely be going back and recommending this place.

Missed a handful of spots! Payed for windows inside and out to be cleaned, completely missed back window. Residue left on my other window. Sloppy work. Got my carpets shampooed, and asked for vanilla spray, well my car smells like dirty carpet now, not vanilla spray... Only plus was the service was fast... not worth my $30... i will go somewhere else next time!

I have been going here for 4 years and with the new management I have to say it went to garbage. They use to be customer oriented and welcomed returning customers like family. Now when you go their whole focus is to sell you the hand wash because they get a commission. They will purposely not clean your rims if you get anything other than a hand wash. Today was the last straw when they said we are not responsible for rim damage if you get a machine car wash and asked me to sign stating that just to get me to buy a $45 hand wash. Avoid at all causes. There is another car wash down the street by Southwestern college with better prices and service. CAR WASH EXPRESS AND LUBE.

KATRINA the gas station cashier is extremely rude and had the nerve to argue with myself and other customers about the 2 lines that were forming. Seriously, its east lake. Were not in the ghetto. For the prices they charge for vehicle service I would expect better customer service.

By far one of the worst places I have taken my car for a car wash. On 6/6/2017 I took my car to get waxed. My car is now at a body shop due to my door being caught in someones tire as they left tried to drive off. All my doors were open as the woman tried to drive off from the bay and now my driver door and passenger door are damaged and bent. I had to get my car TOWED!!!!!!!!! The manager on site was rude and nasty and didnt even come look at my car or nothing! Then he tried to talk in Spanish to the guy who reported it to him and little did he know I spoke Spanish. Very rude and he never came out to see if i needed anything.... NOTHING..... NONE of them did!!!!!!!!!!! I spent $60 for a wax on my car that is now sitting at a body shop awaiting fixing.....

Really good place to get your car washed the only thing is make sure you go really early or be the last one there cuz if you go when theres a big crowd you know what happens thats not such a great job driving the car but all in all really good place love it and I think you would too I recommend it

My dog pissed in my back seat and the smell was horrific. By the time they were done, the inside and outside of my car was pristine. And the inside... Not only was the smell gone, I felt like I was on the air freshener commercial blindfolded. I smelled no remnants of the urine and it was like I was in a fresh field of flowers. AMAZING JOB!

Paid $40 for a hand wash. Didn’t realize they don’t use water! Didn’t get bugs off didn’t clean wheel wells! Worst car wash I’ve ever received!

They forgot to clean half of my car. The Windows and doors on one side had water spots. Part of the bumper was not cleaned. This place used to have reasonable prices and did a decent job. Not anymore!

Ive only been here twice, and the first time I didnt like the way they washed my car. However I took as, oh it must of been a bad day for them. So I gave them a second chance, and unfortunately its just a very bad car wash. They didnt clean it right, didnt dry it right just very bad service all around. To top it off its very pricey, lousy service and they took forever to dry my car. Never again will I go to this car wash!!!

Did an overall okay job. Exterior wash was great. Interior vacuuming/cleaning couldve been a bit better. Still happy my car is cleaner though. Thanks!

First time there saw a great price on gas... but no no you have to get a car wash price changes by 30 cents with out a car wash.I think it’s very deceiving and bad business practices.It a no name gas and it was higher then the National brand across the street. I support small business but to raise the price of your gas by 30 cents without a car wash is not fair

It’s Thursday morning, very few people and cars are here yet I’m for 40 minutes now waiting for my Honda Civic to be cleaned. I only ordered a Silver wash so nothing fancy. I watched the guy wiping down my car do so with one hand bc he was talking on his cell phone with the other. There were three others hanging out by the building under the shade and laughing about whatever was on someone’s phone, but certainly didn’t bother to help get the few cars out as fast as possible. Won’t be coming back here again.

Worst car wash in the history of man. The last time I went there I was up-sold to a wash that included carpet shampooing and a few extra services. They washed and dried the car, but I watched as they didnt perform the extra services. When I asked the manager, his response was, Oh, we dont actually do that stuff UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY ASK US TO. So why was I paying extra??Its the closest car wash to my house. Never again.

One of the worst car wash there is Im here now took 45 minutes to start my car I paid a hand wash custom for my slingshot $45 they rushed through and missed so many areas that were obviously dirty. I suggest dont go.

Good experience collecting gas, but very crowded. I am not sure if it is a slow service, or a lack of oversight. The service station is just that, a service station.

Car wash service is terrible! My vehicle was not clean after washing and it had soap residues everywhere. The staff does a sloppy and poor job for washing. I will not come back.

If its a gas station and it is in Eastlake you are probably paying too much and you are waiting in a line...a long one.This one is even a bit more annoying to get in and out of due to the high level of traffic going into and out of Target. There never seems to be more than one person working inside either so dont plan on getting more than gas.
