Absolutely lovely customer service. My partner and I were greeted promptly and warmly by Jackie, I believe that was their name. They offered us a tour of the store after finding out it was our first time in years, and even though we came in for just an interior cleaner, we ended up leaving with 5 products that they recommended and were very much needed. We were helped out quickly and all questions were answered extremely thoroughly. Well definitely be back soon

I had just had a big eye opener my first time using The Chemical Guys HydroSlick coating. Stopped in to get some swirl remover and the associate talked me into a few other items. I normally avoid being up-sold like the plague, but he was 100% right! Good service, and the advice comes from knowledge.Will definitely go back for my detailing needs.

Guy told me my interior was vinyl, turns out it’s the touring version leather. Hope my leather isn’t destroyed. Now I have a ton of cleaner for stuff I can’t use it on. Friends warned me to only get the scents, took a chance asking about cleaner and got misled. On the other hand I really like my scent.I was recommended the Natural Interior/exterior Shine protectant dressing.

Came in the other day as a first time customer and Dennis hooked me up with everything I needed and made sure he explained everything so I could clearly understand. 100% recommend this shop

Always helpful customer service. They are willing to go through what each product is used for and what goes well with what paint condition you have. Dennis is super friendly and always is there for our military and veterans. I completely support these guys.

This is my new go to store. I came in knowing nothing and came out learning so much. A guy named Dennis came out to take a look at my 2020 Audi s6 because of some imperfections and recommended the right product for it. He then asked me if he can demo a product on my car and I was shocked at the results I honestly didn’t think that piano black can shine as much as it did. Dennis, thank you so much for making me feel like family and backing up your product. This is my go to store for everything from now on.

This place helped me out so much in what products I was looking for. They even came out with me to my car to help diagnose on how I can solve my problem with getting rid of swirls they didn’t try to over sell me on stuff to they gave me exactly what I needed. Also they were extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely buy from them again!

Didnt even get a chance to look around. I was told by the guy at the counter that I needed a mask. I didnt have one BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED ONE ANYMORE!! As of June 15th you dont need a mask in SD. Left the store and wont be going back. Ill go down to Smart Care Care on Broadway or get what I need off AMZN.

Im all about supporting local stores. Asked about veterans discount and usually I just show my DL that has the word VETERAN on it to get the discount. I guess it wasnt good enough for Dennis the retired chief and asked for me to bring my DD-214 as proof. I laughed at his need to tell me his rank and request. So, I just paid for the items but had a changed of heart and returned the items. I didnt like the way he treated me as a customer and as a veteran. Ill go spend my money at autozone where they do honor the VETERAN discount.

Came in with a really mess up carbon fiber hood and deitail Garage help me out I trusted them with reviving my hood and honestly so thankful there awsome will come buy to buy more chemicals from them

Hubby and I took the polishing class. The instructors were very knowledgeable and we had a great time. The products we have tried work great and you dont need much.

Great products but even greater employees. Super friendly, eager to help, and they answered my most basic questions without making me feel like a no-nothing. I’ve fell in love with the products when I bought a kit online. But I’m much happier buying in person. I went in for one product to fulfill a dpecific need and the employee re-directed me to another, more effective and less expensive alternative. All he wanted was for me to get the right product. I very much appreciated his honesty and expertise. And I bought more products!

Good customer service and the only place I buy product

I want to give 5 stars because I love this store but the main thing holding me back is the fact the employees dont use the products the way that is taught from the chemical guys website. Simple solution is to have the staff review the videos and sync your knowledge To the chemical guys website.

The service is incredible! Dennis took the time to look at my car and determine what processes I need to do in detailing my car. He was also able to answer any questions I had and suggest what products I needed.

How are the prices cheaper on Amazon than the actual store? The gentleman that attempted to help said they couldnt price match. So to keep it short youre better off buying it from Amazon. Thanks Amazon

I used this company to detail my wifes car before I sold it. The car was a mess, these guys earned their money for sure. The car turned out amazing. I wanted to leave a review and thank them for their hard work. I could see in the gentlemans eye that he was not exited to tackle this mess, but he did and for that I have referred some friends and appreciate the good will and work.

I absolutely love chemical guys products. Its really my only set of chemicals I. My arsenal along with some Japanese products.I was sent back to the states for training. I took advantage of this visit to go visit one of the shops because they do not ship to FPO/AP address. Unfortunately, I got there with 20 minutes to spare. Got out of training late, and traffic situation. It was really my only open day to go.As soon as I got there a kind older man greeted me I responded back and quickly apologized for coming near closing hours. Should not be a big deal for anyone...Really. So as Im.shopping with such minimal time this same.man is trying to get me to buy a machine I already have. And respectfully declined stating I own one already and just told him that Im trying to get what I can with the little time before they close. I was rushing so bad that I just grabbed what I thought I needed. The gentleman then proceeded to try and sell me a starter kit, and that I should always have a back up. At this point I was annoyed and simply running out of time.So with him asking me so many questions I decided to pull my phone out and and ask him for some possible advice to my badly oxidized hood. I showed him the picture and he told me its not oxidization but its my.primer showing through.Bottom line is as much as I love Chemical Guys products never will I ever shop at that very store again. Im not the brightest person about detailing or retail, but this person was very unprofessional and I feel lacked the knowledge need to help customers. If there is a position for him to fold the towels, I dont think could even do that. The other gentleman who ran the cashier was okay. No complaints and I know he wanted to get off. As we all do.I hate to give 2 stars, but its necessary. That person completely ruined my time there and with the time I spoke to him I couldnt get more items. Sorry guys.I SUGGEST CHEMICAL GUYS SHIP TO FPO/AP address. Im sure youll make a killing especially with all the JDM cars out in Japan. Thats why I came....Need to polish up my Skyline!

Best selection of professional automotive care needs in San Diego hands down. Their products are always top notch quality wise and reasonably priced! The only hard part is picking a favorite scent! Staff is knowledgeable and happy to answer questions!

Professional and thorough, these guys really ARE the detail guys! I brought my 10 year old car in which had all kinds of stains on the upholstery and the carpet, thinking to myself that it would be cleaner when I picked it up. Well, I wasnt expecting the whole interior of my car to look brand new!!I am Impressed and extremely happy with the amazing job they did.

Stopped by with our friends to detail our cars. Ended up getting everything we needed. Next time Ill grab a polishing pad for a rotary tool as well. The melon scent freshener and the plastic renew spray were my top buys.

In the San Diego area, go to Car Glo in Kearny Mesa, top notch detailing supplies. Chemical Guys is just alright in comparison.

A great place to pick up chemical guys products without ordering online. I needed a few things to detail my wifes car over the weekend.

The franchise is definitely good, but I got here with an hour to spare before closing time and was was already closed. Waste of time

Came over to these guys becasue I saw them on a detailing video on Youtube, searched them up and found out there was a shop near me. So I went down to their shop, walked in and its like a paradise for a detailer or just a guy like me who loves to keep their car looking brand new. They have everything you would ever want really. Tire shines, clay bars, interior cleaners, brushes, you name it they have it! Awesome customer service as well! Really cool guys working down here! And very nice prices on items too. Ill be buying my car products here now!

What makes this a scam, there is no service warranty to back up their foam cannons as well as then have the audacity to attempt to market me one more one for 15% off.
