Horrible, they don’t do what you ask for!! I wouldn’t even give them one star. I went in for a trim, I told the lady that I was growing my hair out and that I didn’t want to cut too much and she didn’t do what I asked for, she left my hair REALLY thin at the end. And later this week me and my boyfriend took his brother to the same place and asked for a medium skin fade and another lady lifted it above his ears, the fade wasn’t even straight. Very bad customer service.
