Rays is the best shop Ive ever been to. Point blank. No upselling, no overly complicated explanations, just straightforward and high quality work and friendly, professional service. Jose carefully listened to my concerns and explained the next steps so I was aware and could ask questions. These guys are extremely busy but both times I needed my car checked, Jose was able to do it. The prices are crazy reasonable especially considering the great service. I wont take my car anywhere else.

Ive been coming to Rays for ten years. I know hes not always there. This new guy would take care of customers that would get there after me and all I needed was an oil change. So I just left after that. Well see if I go back

Brought in for A/C diagnostics (air not blowing cold anymore) and smog inspection. Made appointment in advance online and they were ready for me when I showed up. I was expecting to have to shovel out big $$$ for a new compressor, but they identified that my A/C just needed a recharge and only charged me a nominal price for it. Smog inspection went well too with no surprises. Very grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and fair prices.

I had my 2006 mustang checked here for I believe was a suspension issue, they road test it with me, diagnosed in the shop then gave me the price for parts and labor. I checked the prices on line and it’s practically the same he was charging me. A few hours after the annoying sound among other complaints that I gave them was solved. I’m a happy camper.

This place gets one star only because it wont let me rate zero. This place will do unauthorized work on your vehicle and then say surprise you owe me $300.00 when it was supposed to be $70.00. Then on another vehicle it was supposed to be $80.00, that turned into $250.00. Both of these unauthorized upsells were performed without notifying the customers. If by chance this happens to you at the place call the police. They will make them take the unauthorized components off, and you get your car back. Stay away from this place.

Great quality work for just the right price!

I had my 2003 Ford Explorer a Rebuilt Transmission at Ray’s and was given a 1 year or 10,000 miles. After 12,000 miles, the transmission broke down and as per another mechanic he is sure that the previously installed transmission was not a rebuilt one but an old transmission.
