Weve been State Farm customers for years. We particularly like this office because of the proficient, attentive and speedy service provided by Eileen. From filing a claim to answering the simplest of questions, she has been consistently kind and informative.

The Fred Hetter State Farm Agency is awesome. Every member of the team there is helpful. Most recently I asked them to review my mileage. I am driving a lot less these days. Within a week they called me back and let my know that my car insurance rate as being reduced by 36%. That is a lot for me. Friendly, helpful, and responsive. I am very satisfied.

When I first called Fred Hetter at State Farm, I was very impressed with how responsive they were. Noemi was so friendly and helpful. I was looking at different options for my insurance needs. They were very informative about the different types of coverage and had many for me to consider.I am highly satisfied with my choice and my rates thus far. I have already recommended them a few times because I had such a good experience. Noemi was even able to help my mom and aunt who only speak Spanish. That is a huge help because in the past I always had to translate for them. They offer an exceptional service, in English and Spanish.

After having my daughter I realized it was time to look into a life insurance policy for myself. I wasnt really sure what I wanted or what I needed, but after a visit with a local State Farm agent, Fred Hetter helped me find a policy that was right for me and my family. I was extremely happy with the service I received from the minute I walked into the door. His staff was friendly and very welcoming. All my questions were answered and I left with a full understanding of State Farm products which made it easy to choose a policy that fit my needs.

These guys are great! They are very knowledgeable of their products and cognizant of our needs. They only offered to us the coverage that we needed; no more no less. They seem to be interested in making sure we understood exactly what our needs were and customized our coverage based on what we wanted. As a result, we have all our properties (home and 3 cars) insured through them.They are also very accommodating. For a new purchase, Eileen worked through lunch and waited for my call to make sure that we had coverage on a new purchase before driving off the lot. She even emailed me proof of insurance since I couldnt print a hardcopy. Earlier this year I received a call from Noemi to better explain a notification I received in the mail regarding our home coverage.I feel like they go out of their way to make the experience positive for their customers.
