Came in for a simple quote, just shopping around to see my options. It was a little more than expected but I learned a lot about coverages and taxes during my visit. Delia helped me out and took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain everything and anything to me. That’s so refreshing for someone like me that finds it hard to understand things like this. I did my taxes at Jackson Hewitt but she still took time to show me how to look up my refund information and to explain how things get calculated. I would definitely come here next year! I tried to pay her for her time but she declined and told me I can come in and ask anything at anytime and gave me the number as well. I’m not even a customer and she’s extending a helping hand. That’s very kind and very rare now a days. I am eternally grateful and feel very blessed to have encountered such a nice soul.

Been coming here for a couple years now to get my taxes done. Went yesterday and it was such a nice experience! Delia helped me and my sister and she was talking and laughing with us the whole time. I called to get a quote for my car insurance and the prices seemed amazing over the phone I believe Jennifer gave me a quote when I came into the office Tiffany helped me out. These ladies were amazing ! She even helped me cancel my old policy with 21st century. She helped me with my down payment because I don’t have the best record. Then she mentioned they do taxes and I did my taxes and got approved to get $4000 the next day instead of waiting weeks for the irs. I recommend her 2 other people from my job and they also said hey got treated amazing! The girls in this office make you feel welcomed and not like your in a typical office! Muchas gracias !

This business deserves negative stars.Super bad service.They called me saying that they would give me a discount for being the first 30 people and ended up asking me to charge 50dlls more.In this place they do not tell you what they will charge you for the delivery of your declaration, obviously in the end they charge you dearly and if you decide that they do not send it to you anyway they charge you $ 25 dlls. They charge you according to what they give you back, they do not speak to you clearly from the beginning.
