I got a gel fill in/polish yesterday, before I even got home the polish peeled off and was cracking! The workers did not have masks on and kept rubbing their nose and touching my hands! I will never go back here, I hate to even give it a 1 star!!!

The staff are such nice people. They do an excellent job. Brought my wheelchair bound sister to get pedicure and manicure. The technician had a rough time as my sisters foot twists. She never acted impatient and was so kind. She gave her a very good pedicure and manicure. They are the best at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone.

The employees are very friendly and courteous, the wait time is usually decent. The only downside is the fact that certain employees are better than others. Depending on who does your nails, you may be happy with the results, or you may leave feeling disappointed. They do my daughters nails also, ages 12 and 9 (polish changes). All of the employees are great with my kids.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I beg you to take a look at all of these horrible reviews. Not only are they WAY overpriced, the nails are HORRIBLE. I decided to get my nails done on the spur of the moment, because my regular nail salon didnt have any availability. Worst mistake ever. I even tried to explain to the nail stylist what was wrong, and she proceeded to ignore everything I said. I was just disgusted. Pictures below. What I WANTED on the BOTTOM What I got, on the TOP. I never leave reviews but I want to warn others. My friend and I were desperate for a pedicure and gel manicure and everywhere was full but this place (I can now see why) so we went.The place was very unsanitary. All of the tools looked like they had not been cleaned at all. He used the same tools on me and my friends toes and even wiped my friends dead skin back on her foot to clean the tool off. Also, I soaked my gel nails in a bowl of nail polish remover. Afterwards, he PUT THE REMOVER BACK IN THE BOTTLE. So gross. Hoping I don’t see an infection pop up in the next few days.The service was nonexistent. I got my toes cut and some polish (poorly) slapped on and was sent on my way.No matter how desperate you are, don’t go here. You can do it better by yourself at home.

Very rude, the lady who did my nails did good designs but was very disrespectful and rude. I was asking her about a design and she told me “shut up you don’t know anything about nails I will do what I want”. I was very upset. Also the butterfly decal was popping out of my gel. I do not recommend going here. It’s a waste of time and money!!

They did an amazing job on my nail. Only down fall is when I went to get a fill in. I signed the sign in paper stood around for 20 minutes and no one even bothered to greet me or even say hey it might be a while I left

Kept rubbing their nose and couldn’t keep a mask on left with gunk all over my hands. Definitely wasn’t clean.

I went here once and never again. I’ve only had my nails for 5 days, and the paint is already chipping like crazy. My nails started chipping at the salon, and they weren’t fully painted. I got the design I wanted but not the colors. The top coat also did not protect the polish.

Amanda is my favorite nail tech here, she takes her time and does your nails as you wish for them to be. She doesnt rush and take short cuts to get you out of her seat quicker. 🙂

My nails were supposed to be coffin style and they came out looking like talons the edge were not even they curved inward and are very ugly. He literally made me bleed. The paint job was great but that is about the only thing good about them.

WOW... I have never in my entire life received such horrible customer service! Two days into my vacation my gel nails completely peeled off. I called them when I got back and explained the situation and told them I have a picture that is time stamped to prove that the timing was legit. They told me if I came in that they would fix them for $20 when I’ve already paid $75 for something that is suppose to last closer to two weeks. After I explained that I live an hour away and was only there shopping for vacation they said they would fix them for free. I said I wasn’t interested in them fixing them because of the bad experience. The owner then took the phone and yelled in the phone “I will only fix, I will not give you money!” And then hung up on me. I processed to call them back and ask if they hung up on me and she said yes I already told you what I will do and that’s it. I will NEVER go back here! If I am in the area again I will be stopping to only explain in person how terrible this situation is and how uncalled for hanging up on someone twice is!

I just got dip and I am very disappointed. I left with dried clear stuff all over my fingers after telling the nail tech it was there. There are bubbles and dents all in my polish.

Hard to explain with words what i wanted, but totally did not get what i asked for. Also asked for coffin and they are so crooked i don’t even know what to do or if any one can fix them without just ripping them off. I am new in town and thought this place would be good but not at all. She airbrushed what should have been acrylic. My nails are so uneven and lumpy it’s horrible. If you are looking for a sign not to come here.... THIS IS IT.

Blake is awful to paying customers. He needs to work on his temper and professionalism. Save your money and go somewhere else. Seriously, save yourself from a bad experience!

Honestly wish I could do zero stars. The lady didn’t touch my cuticles, made ALL of my nails uneven, used STICKERS instead of painting like I requested, and they started chipping before I even left the salon.Also didn’t use any nail conditioner or base coat so my nails have chunks out of them because of where they snapped off. So. Ya. Don’t waste your money or time.

I called 5 days in advance and made an appointment for 11AM. I am writing this review at 11:45AM and have not yet been called back. 3 people have been taken in front of me. ONLY reason I have not left is because this is the only time this week I have this week to get them done before an event this weekend. Not happy.

I always have a wonderful experience here. Sometimes the wait is long but usually you can ask how long and shop while you wait. Everyone is really nice this is the only place I will even consider letting touch my eyebrows. My nails always look wonderful and the polish holds up very well.

ZERO! I usually never give bad reviews for businesses, it is just not in my nature to do so. But this time it was TOO MUCH!1) Very rude, careless and unprofessional workers. There is one older woman who worked on my nails was extremely hateful and constantly pulled my hand of anger because i kept it in not comfortable position for her.2) ignoring customers requests! I dont remember how many times i had to explain them what exactly i want. But every time i ask them politely to correct something they give me a dirty look (especially that old woman).3) Moreover, all the tools they used are very dirty and dusty! After my first time there i got very bad nail infection and redness. I thought i might give them second chance but after being so rude with customers i realised that it is going to be my last time. The owner of Nail trix has to leave this place and give it to a better nail salons! I never have to wait and they do an excellent job. The regular pedicure comes with a hot stone massage, warm lotion and hot towels. My pedicures have been lasting 3+ weeks.

I used to love going there to get my nails done but this time I feel like I have yet to get the nails that I wanted for the price I pay. Of course Blake is Amazing but he even disappointed me and I had to go home and reshape the nails because they werent ever how I wanted them and they are always so busy and I dont like to complain but I also want what I pay for. I always tell them I love the nails and I shouldnt have. The last time I went it took me an hour to fix my own nails. I let someone other than Blake do them that day and I had been there for 2 hours and had to go but they looked like toe nails on my fingers. Im not going back. Ugh!

I only give it two stars BECAUSE not all of the employees do a good job with nails. I love the price and I loved my experience with one of the dark haired girls there. My gel manicure lasted until I needed to get them redone, she was nice and professional. However, I went back and a blonde woman did my nails and they were extremely weak and my nails have been breaking one by one. I was so excited my nails had FINALLY grown long enough for manicures and when she did my gel, it wasn’t very thorough and when she took off my previous gel, I assume she made my nails too thin making them as flimsy as they are right now. All in all, I’m super disappointed and will be going back to my original nail place to ensure I get quality from any of the employees that work there. If you do go for the price, I recommend not letting the blonde girl do your nails or at least paying attention to make sure it’s done thoroughly.

Terrible experience. I went there twice and both experiences were terrible. First time, I asked for the french gel nail with color. But he did it with just white color. And he told me I did not let him know in the beginning. But I told him that I want colored french, and he gave me color swatches to pick. And then he immediately took them away from me since other customer should look. He did not give me back the color swatches to pick and he just colored nails with white color. I had to stay there for two hours to pill off all gel nails and he did not apologize me or anything.Second time, a lady did my nail. She watched TV while she was doing my nail. I did the deep french as I did the last time. The french gel nail is $30, and I paid $30 last time for the same deep french gel nail. While she was doing my nail, she kept telling me I have to pay more than $30 next time. she said that I have to pay like $40 ~ $45 next time. I asked why... And she said... no reason just I have to pay more. She was really rude. She also cut my finger. It is sore and looks like deep paper cut. I told her she cut my finger. She did not apologize me or anything and just told me to pay $30.I will never go the nail store again. I am supposed to feel refresh and feel better after the nail done. But whenever I go, I messed up my feeling from their terrible service. I went the store because it is cheap but not even cheap price worth for this terrible service.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. The only reason I went here in the first place was because the regular lady I go to was booked for the day but I really needed a pedicure. I had been here with co-workers before and wasnt very fond of it but I decided to give them another try.Overall, the end result was okay. But it wasnt quite what I wanted.Upon walking in, I went to sign in. The girl did not say a single word to me. I was taken back quickly and one of the guys started doing my pedicure. He did not really say anything to me and seemed to be annoyed the entire time. Normally when I go get my pedicure done at my usual spot the lady is super nice to me and does a thorough job and is constantly making conversation with me. This gentlemen on the other hand seemed to be annoyed with the fact that I was in there getting my nails done. I had originally told the girl that I wanted to get a design done. I guess it didnt get to him and he was finishing up with my nails. I asked him if I could request a specific design. He and the other gentlemen started laughing and joking between the two of them and I had to wait for the other guy to finish so that he could do my design. When he was finished with his customer he came up to me and asked what I wanted. I told him and he seemed annoyed about the fact that I wanted something extra. He told me to get up and go to the other station and proceeded to very rudely tell me it was going to be $4 extra per nail. I said okay. While he was doing the design he continued to joke around and laugh with the other guy. This made me feel very uncomfortable and as though they were talking about me. He did not even let me say whether I liked the design when he was done and immediately told me to go get my toes dried.This had to be the most unpleasant and comfortable visit to a nail salon I have ever had. The employees are extremely rude and make it seem as though they dont want your business. Well hint taken. I will never be back.Do yourself a favor and dont even consider going here. If you want true customer service, good prices, and great results go to Kims Nail Salon in Blacksburg across from Buffalo Wild Wings. SHE IS AMAZING!

Can you give this place 0 stars?????????? They refused service on me and let me explain WHY. I walked in with my family, told them what we needed ( shellac and one pedicure) I was told to go sit down in the front and pick our colors out. After several minutes of looking around, my suspicions got the best of me. There were a few people lingering around in the back and I walked by the nail chairs to check our the cleanliness of them. She asked me what I was doing and why I wasnt sitting down (not a child here lady, just walked by) and asked if they had a sanitation log. Several more minutes go by and out storms from the back a SQUAD of people and a very rude guy with a silver MO-hawk and informs me I need to leave immediately because I was making everyone in the building uncomfortable. Uhhhhh, what? It was their right ect ect ect. Got SOOO fxing rude for WHAT! He told me I was crazy because no one in there knew what a log was.. Uhhhhhhh, so you dont know when the last time you cleaned the chairs were? I without any hesitation said NO PROBLEM. Hes still rambling about how he didnt need my $$$$$. Okay, cray.. Never told you anything about money. They did us a HUGE FAVOR. We went to another salon near by and had exceptional customer service. Hope it helps you when trying to choose a nail salon based on reviews!!!!!!!!!

Only giving a one star because I cant give zero. Had my nails done here and one broke two days later. When I went to get it fixed there where people waiting for two hours and sat other people as soon as they walked in. After telling them ive been waiting i had to wait for another hour to get just one nail done.Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

I went here with my sister to get our nails done. I had a french manicure in gel polish and she got regular gel polish. We were taken back immediately but the man doing our nails was not very careful with what he was doing at all. Even though the store was virtually empty it seemed like he was rushing. The white polish for my french manicure did not cover across my whole nail in length or in width on several nails. You should not see the white of your natural nail when you get a french manicure! Even my sister, who got regular gel polish, did not have it covering her whole nail! To make matters worse he got the gel polish all over our skin as well. The polish did not stick well either. My sisters polish had completely worn off in 4 days. My polish is coming loose from the nail and is half gone in one week! Gel polish is supposed to be long lasting! It should not be coming loose and falling off in pieces all on its own! Now my nails look horrible!!! I will not be going back!! The work was horrible and a huge waste of money. Do not go here!!

No Stars, was the worst nail job ever. My gel manicure did not last even 1 day. Within 8 hours it started to chip. Other places I have gone always last 2 weeks. Pedicure only lasted 4 days and usually my Pedis last 1 month. I was so upset. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

I only give one star because you cant give negative one. My daughter had acrylics put on two weeks ago for the first time. The attitudes from all the employees there were awful, but since we didnt know where else to go, we went back today for a fill in. HORRIBLE!! Not just the attitude, but the work itself was just bad. They didnt file the nails down and now her nails have huge humps on them. The acrylic doesnt come to the edges, and the french tips are crooked and she has jagged edges underneath. I had her go back and tell them to fix it, and when she did the man asked her if shed had her nails done before. She said once, and he said..oh, thats why you dont know...WTH? Just because shes never had them doesnt mean shes never seen them! I may return there one more time...just to give them a piece of my mind!

So I went to this nail salon last minute bc im a new college student to the area. First off the people are really rude and unwelcoming and they don’t show effort to make the customer comfortable. The person doing my nails scraped the skin around my nail with the drill multiple times and kept jerking my fingers around. Then when i went to wash my hands, he switched the polish i picked with a gel polish when I didn’t want gel in the first place. all of my nails are different shapes, the acrylic is bumpy, and the nail polish doesnt cover my entire nail. For $40, i expect QUALITY not a bumpy uneven mess. I usually dont care to leave interviews but this place is the worst!

I have given this place chance after chance! Unfortunately, when my salon is not open, this is the only other place to choose from.Being that I will be leaving out of town in the morning, I had no other choice.These people dont even LISTEN!I have long natural nails (so its as simple as it gets, no fake nails no nothing).I simply asked that my nails be painted with gel polish and have two designs (one on each ring finger)......My once long and beautiful nails are now short and stubby! The nail polish doesnt even cover my whole nails (looks like I have press ons on). ALL my nails were filed to a slant, square tip (I specifically asked to keep my natural oval shape). Then the nail tech tried to design all my nails (I nicely said no, just the two ring fingers)...... And last but definitely not least, the designs.... The designs I paid for.... Those designs are literally...a gold strip (sticker mind you) across my nail...........................I cannot and will not return to this place. They have gotten me for my money too many times. I never mind paying the price but I expect what I pay for!

My experience there in person was okay. The man rushed doing my shellac manicure. He didnt do a bad job per-say, but did not leave the nails under the UV light for long enough. My nails didnt even last one week. My first nail polish peeled off just a few days after which is not supposed to happen for gel manicures! They were all gone by a week. I didnt even bother to contact them because all the reviews said customer service was terrible.

Blake is the BEST nail tech in the NRV. Nobody in this area can top his work. Good prices as well.

Every time I visit Christiansburg I make every effort to go to Nail Trix to get my nails done. Have always had great experience there, Blake and Lee have always been so good to me.

Seeing the overwhelming amount of one star ratings does not surprise me. I took my grandma here for her 70th birthday because she wanted to get “fancied up” for dinner. we went to get our nails done. The guy who walked up to the desk was terrible. Not once did he actually look up from his phone. He said “sign in”, which we’d already had done and we already had our polish picked out. He told us the seats to sit in and we sat. He took his time getting over to us. After sitting down he took at least 5 minutes to get off of his phone to work with my grandma. It got to the point my grandma said “anytime would be great” which is surprising to me because she never talks sarcastic or rude like. He looked over and took her hand. Remind you, I was also getting my nails done and my guy was sitting in a pedicure chair on his phone. He didn’t come over until after my grandma’s manicure had got started. He stayed off of his phone the entire time. He didn’t really say anything to me but the customer service skills were incredibly more developed that the other guy. My grandma had to sit there while the guy would check his phone or scroll, etc. When I say he was on his phone I mean he couldn’t ever look at her. Even when painting her nails he’d get about two done and scroll on his phone or something. At the end when he was putting lotion on her hands and her last coat on he missed her nail because he was simply not paying attention. I called after this incident today and asked to speak to the manager. To my surprise he was actually the manager. I told him the problem and he was rude. He proceeded to tell me that he has done that for many years and he thinks his work is beyond acceptional. The work wasn’t the problem. It was the customer service. He then started to tell me that he thinks it’s fine since the business has been running for several years. He also told me he’s never gotten complaints like that, which is false according to everyone else who rated this one star. He then argued with me for over 5 minutes about how he does so well and saw no issue with his customer service and that his 100 instagram followers say otherwise. Downright rude and disrespectful. Absolutely, disgusting. I will not be going back and I’d advise you to do the same.

Love this place my nails looked great and very easy when i went in as i just had surgery on my hip. Great family run place.

I came to get my nails and toenails done but the workers were mean and disrespectful to me. As my toenails we’re drying, they rushed me to leave. There were only two other customers there. The worker insisted for me to leave and said my toenails were dry but they were still wet & ended up smeared. The buffer & nail file were dirty & not replaced between customers. Horrible customer service and horrible job! This place is very unsanitized, it’s disgusting!

I usually go to nail salons back home but since Im in college I wanted to get a gel fill-in for the time being. My nail tech was Blake and he was basically rude to me the entire time. I understand people have bad days, but he didnt even greet me. I wanted to see if this salon offered chrome nails and he told me I had to go on his Instagram page. I didnt have phone service at the time to even go on his Instagram, so I had to settle for a regular gel polish. I can tell that this salon was busy and short staffed, but the service I received made me wish I went elsewhere... Im upset that I went to this business and my gel fill in is below average in shape and quality. Blake made my nails way too thick. Less than two weeks later, my one of acrylics broke and my nail bled. I would have went back to get them fixed but they were rude the first time so I never wanted to go back.

My fiance took our daughter to this place for a kiddy pedicure and they denied her because she is the size of a adult. She is 11 yrs old and 5ft 4 inches and 150 pounds. First they embarrassed and she is a tall 11 yr old. No problem though social media is a killer for some businesses and weve put the word out to friendsand all over facebook. So to the person with zero personal skills you should be fired or not work with people. Wont be getting our business again.

I went there to get acrylics and 2 days later they fell off so they aren’t that good at doing nails and the lady that I got for my nails was rude. One of the lady’s was vaping in the store behind a curtain thing and also they don’t paint the whole nail

About 1 month ago I stopped in at lunch time for a pedicure. All was going well until I asked if the gentleman would mind focusing on my sbig toe calluses a little more. The gentleman wasnt paying any mind to my foot specifics at all. As Im asking again to concentrate on specific area in the scrub, the younger gentlman told me to shut up! I was so appalled I didnt know what to do. I left without tipping. Unbelievable. Rude. Poor quality. Dont waste your time or money.

Stood in line at register and the man finished with customer at registet amd total ignored me. Didnt even acknowledge me turned around walked away...but while i was waiting another man giving pedicure look directly at me and didnt acknowledge either...finally first man at register after few mins standing there said can i help you...asked how long for refill said 15 mins and i said thank you and walked out...need some customer service skills in that place badly!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars believe me I would. I had an absolutely horrible experience, so terrible I decided to write this as soon as I got to my car before driving to another salon. I went into Nail Trix salon at the New River Valley Mall and was neither greeted nor asked what service I wanted done. The technician who was sitting at the first station (he has medium length black hair and wears it in a ponytail, he also wears glasses) looked at me as I awkwardly stood at the front of the salon with my keys and wallet in my hand but chose to continue working on his current client. I decided that he was probably in a bad mood, so I just spoke to him. After getting a pedicure someone sat me at the second station for a manicure. Because I had a previous powder set on my nails, I had to soak my fingers before getting a fresh full set. That was fine, another client was taken as I waited. After that client was taken cared of the technician (younger than the one with the ponytail, his hair is dyed silver gray) caught an attitude with me when I asked him if he could take my soaked finger nails out of the foil because 40 minutes had gone by. He said No. He didnt even bother to look at me as he spoke, and continued with, The other girl will do that. At this point I am confused as to what the attitude was for. Then, that same very tech walks to the sign in book up front of the salon and proceeds to take another client! That was when I decided it was in my best interest to leave. I paid him for the pedicure I received because while I was treated poorly, the girl who did my toes still deserved to get paid, I also gave a couple of dollars as a tip. I placed the cash in his hands (despite his attitude) and what does he do? Puts my change on the counter and walk back to his station. No Thanks, no Sorry for the wait, no Have a good day.I dont care how skilled and amazingly talented you are at your craft. A person who is good at what they do doesnt need to carry such a bad attitude towards the ones who request their services. I felt singled out by these people who dont even know me, and considering I planned on spending money there, I didnt deserve to feel that way. I came into the salon extremely excited to get my nails and my toes done and intended on paying and tipping the technician(s) for their time. But instead, I left 2 hours later, only having a basic pedicure and dissolved nails done. This is by far THE WORST experience I have ever had from a nail salon.If you DO NOT have atleast an hour of your time to spare and have ZERO patience for rude people, I advise you to go somewhere else!!! The women at Valley View Mall are really nice. I also recommend Bramelton Nail and Spa Center next to the Kroger in Roanoke and Matrix Nails behind the Planet Fitness in Roanoke.

Just wish this nail salon was at least alittle friendly. Worse customer service in the New River Valley. They stay busy because of location. They do nails ok, but horrible customer service.

The worst experience I have ever received. VERY Rude, no respect for the customer at all. He acted as if I was a bother to him. Jerked my hands, AND after soaking my fingers to remove the gel polish, they sucked it back up into the bottle. How disgusting. I have never liked the place, but got a gift certificate so didnt want it to go to waste. Believe me when I say my family knows better than to ever send me there again.

At Nail Trix in the New River Valley Mall Christiansburg Virginia I received service that was beyond rude. It was mean. And the owner seemed to gain pleasure in being so mean that I would identify it as bullying. If you don’t want to encounter this while having a manicure, pedicure or other service, NEVER go to this establishment. I am a mother, business owner and full time employee. I believe in treating others with respect and kindness. Being mean is unacceptable. Bullying is appalling.When I went to pay for my service at the counter, I handed over my card and the individual checking me out looked me in the eyes, raised his eyebrows, then picked up a pair of nail clippers and proceeded to clip his nails while I stood and waited. I suppose this was a control tactic. A way for him to show me that he was in charge, was going to continue the rude behavior, and there was nothing I could do about it. I was going to let the previous rude behavior go (everybody has a bad day, right? And I had experienced rudeness here before.) But after this happened I said to him that I had been there a few times before, and felt I was treated particularly rudely during this visit. My statement was justified. His response was “I don’t care”. Those were the exact words he said to me. That was rude and sort of mean. But then he continued by making multiple comments, meant to make me feel uncomfortable and intimidate, as I was signing my sales slip. So, I decided to write down the name and phone number of the business thinking I would later contact the owner. I asked him who the owner was. He said “ME”. I asked him if I could please have his name. He said “I am not giving it to you and I don’t have to”. As I left the business, an employee nodded to me and the “owner” ran over to him and said “Don’t you give her my name”.Well, I suppose that you are trying to hide your name because, really, you must know treating people the way you did is completely unacceptable. You should be ashamed. I hope that many others read this review and choose not to do business with you.If you care about the way you and others are treated do not do business with Nail Trix in the New River Valley Mall Christiansburg Virginia.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I I had the worst experience ever . I wasn’t greeted at all i didn’t feel welcomed . Blake is extremely rude and not a people’s person if I were you I would consider going someplace else I would highly recommend Nail Bar in Blacksburg Va they did a wonderful job .

One word to sum the whole place and everyone there ... Rude!!!!!!! And I do agree with one of the other reviews that stated that their rudeness borders on bullying! They seem to enjoy it! God help them! AWFUL!

I will make this short and to the point, this is the worst place I have ever been. They had the worst service, customer service, and attitude. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I came here with my sister, sister-in-law, and a friend. Yea, they didnt talk to us much but we talked to them and each other. I asked for a disgine, he thought it was crazy but did it for me any ways i tiped him because he did such a fine job. i will be going back.

Horrible. 60 $ dollars waisted the guy that did my nails burned me several times with the drill and stopped every couple mins on my nails to text. The customer service is awful and my nails didnt last a week. The person doing my nails didnt speak until it was time to pay and ask how much we wanted to tip. Dont go we waited forever watching the employees lay back in the massage chairs and play on theyre phones.

Lee does a great job on EyeBrows and Shellac pedicures. This is a family operated business and it stays pretty busy. That being said, the service is sometimes not great with attitude and protocol. I have come in and had the works on a basic mani/pedi that was amazing and other times I have gotten a terrible mani/pedi that was rushed. The one consistency I have found with this place is Lee. Each time she does my eyebrows they last and look great! She waxes, plucks, shaves, trims, shapes then uses cooling gel.. They look great for weeks! Same with my french shellac pedicure - she is efficient but excellent. You dont always know who you are going to get but if you request her, youll be pleased. I agree with others posts that employees are not much into conversation and hand holding (no pun intended) their customers. They are there to do a job and it does not seem to include small talk unless its with each other.

Went on my 2 hour lunch for a pedi and eyebrow wax. Got ready for this 27.00 pedi and wasnt asked anything about what I wanted. He rushed through my pedi didnt even scrub my feet but about 1 minute 2 at the most. Eyebrow guy rushed through eye brows no plucking no double checking just very disappointed. Would not recommend

DO NOT go here to get ANYTHING done.1. the people are completely rude!2. when i called to complain after i finished saying what i had to say, the manager says are you done? then i said you dont even know who im complaining about he says your talking about my brother okay then if you knew off the back who i was talking about WHY IS HE STILL WORKING THERE ???3. your nails dont last over a few days4. they are over priced for the quality of work they do5. ohhh yeah did i mention the people are rude !Overall they dont even deserve one star, i will never go back. The mall needs to replace them with another nail shop because now they just lost a customer.

This buisness should be banned from any providing any service to anyone. They provided poor quality work and when asked to fix the problem became irate and very disrespectful. One employee in particular went as far as to throw out racial slurs and accuse me of being a racist against asians and thinking they were stupid because I asked for them to fix a paint job looked quite sloppy. It was overall the worst customer service I have EVER encountered, not to mention, personally offensive.

Worst experience ever, do not go here. Blonde woman who did my nails did not say one word to me the entire hour, my nails began to chip after a week.

I gave a one star rating because of the crappy service, horrible manners, fluctuating prices, and overall unwelcoming atmosphere. I have visited nail trix to get fills on my acrylics a few times and the only good thing I have to say is the prices are decent. Besides that, not only are the manners and customer service of the owner appalling but so are those of her employees who seem to think their job is a burden and treat every customers as if they shouldnt be there. To give two examples, the last time (which happened to be today) I was there to get a fill done, the owner cut open the side of my finger with one of the drills used to file acrylics down. Not only did she try to cover it up by cutting off the hanging skin and wiping up the blood, she did not clean the utensil afterwards, and I know my blood got on there. The dirtiness level is astounding for a place that you should feel safe from getting bacterial infections from unclean tools. I never got an apology for the damage she did to my finger either.Example two happened to my friend who was also with me today. She had been there two weeks prior and got the same gel manicure with designs on two fingers. However, today the prices was 7 dollars higher and when she asked the owners daughter why, she was brushed off and ignored. So when she went and asked the older woman, the was directed towards a well concealed sign under one of the stools that described her designs as elaborate and therefore more expensive even though she never asked for anything special and they were the same she got last time. The rude and abrasive attitudes of these employees is completely unacceptable and frankly unprofessional.I dont think it is too much to ask to be treated with some amount of respect considering it is their livelihood and based on the satisfaction of their customers. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was an awkward and uncomfortable 25 minutes and I will never be returning.

Worst service Ive ever had my nails were done by a younger guy with dyed silver hair . He didnt speak to me at all he littety threw the color wheel at me and said pick a color . He he was rough with my hands and kept stopping while doing my nails to text . The only time he spoke was when it was time to pay and get a tip . Over priced and rude.
