Jim, James, and Mike are a great team they were gracious and patient. They go above an beyond what is expected. They took the time to understand the car on short notice and attention to detail. They are honest and dont gloss over imperfections or costs. Most of all the detail team had this car looking great. I have been to many other dealerships and the used cars do not look this clean. Other dealerships could learn from these guys!!
Found the car I wanted last night. Spoke with Alan B. And sent in some minor paperwork and filled out their online financing app.. rented a car and drove two hours to pick up my car. I expected to be there half the day.. nope.. walked in at 11:00am and walked out with the keys 11:35am… no joke! I am still in awe of the experience. This no haggle pricing is the bomb! Everyone here is wonderful to work with. My only complaint was that it took 2 hours for a routine inspection on a vehicle that had no problems. I had my other vehicle inspected at a different business that was equally busy and it was completed in less than half an hour. Aside from that Ive always been pleased with the service and personnel.Back again for routine maintenance: in and out in 35 min. These folks are great!!
I was greeted by very friendly gentleman as I arrived at the place. He was very cordial and escorted me to the gentleman that I had an appointment with. Turns out his name was Bud and he would be my product specialist for the rest of my visit. He sat down with us, my wife and myself, and discussed different cars and what our needs were and then he went and got us the perfect car to test drive. We only had to test drive the one car because it had everything that we wanted. He made the rest of the process of purchasing the car as simple as he could and as easy as pie. I would definitely go see Bud again if I needed to purchase another car. I enjoyed our experience at Duncans Hokie Honda and would recommend them to any and all of my friends. I got a great deal, I got a great price and I got a lot of attention from our product specialist Bud.

Duncan’s Hokie Honda really exceeded my expectations when I pulled in their service center at 8:30 AM.My engine light came on, and the car lost power temporarily on the highway. I also was on my way to DC with an appointment at 3pm. Needless to say that I was quite uncertain about making it to DC on time.The service front desk staff listened to my needs and scheduled me in right way. He also gave me the estimated time for the repair. The car was delivered to me right at the time the staff told me the repair would have been completed! They also washed the car. I made it to DC with more than an hour to spare.I’m very grateful for the staff and the mechanics who made the rest of my trip worry-free. It is a job well done!
Today I visited Hokie Honda dealership. I was in the market to lease a vehicle. I arrived and met with Bud Merrill. He ask me what I was looking for and met all my requests. He began by saying it was a No Hassle dealership and that it was. I was treated with respect in so many more ways than I thought I would be. I walked in knowing what I had for funds and having an idea of what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. While it was a journey to find a car I could afford/get approved for Ian T. worked with me and management didnt leave us stranded either. So glad to have worked with them!
Job was completed timely, service personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. This was an oil change and everything was great. Called last week in need of a state inspection for August and was given a date of September 9. When I told them that I needed it in August the answer was sorry. Not good customer service. Service guy today, he said if I left it they could work me in but it would probably be closer to 5 o’clock . that’s the answer I should’ve been given last week, I took it somewhere else to have the state inspection done.
The second time I had my 2020 Honda Accord serviced I was terribly dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Not only was I told to go find my car that was parked out back. It was pouring the rain. The gentleman who told me this also said justs hit the lock button and the horn will sound and that will lead me to my car. After getting soaked in the rain I finally found my car. The horn doesnt blow when I lock my doors the car just beeps once and not loud enough to hear it across a full lot. The next morning I found greasy finger prints on my drivers seat. I will not be going back to Duncan Honda in Christiansburg for further service. The general manager did refund my bill for the service but I didnt bother calling about the stains on my seat.

Duncan is always great! I really like that the staff is always friendly. The wait could be better. I had an 8:00 appointment to get my car inspected. I didn’t get my car back until almost 1:00 pm.

They took us right away, changed the transmission fluid and had us on our way again in less than 30 minutes and we got a car wash too! Brandon was quick with his responses and broke it down between parts and labor. Got a response via text but then more professional with an email and estimate in a pdf format.
Had a part fail on my car. I discovered that that part was under recall, so I had the car towed to Duncans. Though the recall said the procedure typically takes only a couple of hours, it did take longer than expected to get my car, but they were extremely busy and backlogged, so I understand why it took so long. In the end though, the fixed my car, and returned it to a drivable state, so, five stars!

This was my first visit to Duncan Hokie Honda to have a recall fixed on my 2014 Honda Accord. The Service team was polite, courteous and answered all of my questions. I needed an additional part replaced and they told me the cost up-front and how long it would take to replace which I appreciated. Very clean waiting room and service area. Coffee and bottled water are provided while you wait. I would definitely recommend Duncan to anyone who needs service on their vehicles.

Refuse to give me the quoted price I got on their website. They’re claiming that the car was sold, but they have the same exact car in stock and they won’t price match it.Glad I found out before my appointment, else I would be there just to waste my time.
Since we have a new pilot, we take it to the dealer for service. Overall, good experience. Helpful service technicians and good service. (The last 2 times I’ve been though, I’ve had to take the car right back for them to reset maintenance buttons.) but, I will keep taking my car there for service. I want genuine Honda parts and the friendly service that I get there.
State inspection done at this Honda dealership has always been quick and fast. Oil change has always been quick as well. Service technicians at the drive-in were had been quick helpful in recommending needed repairs.

Easy in and out. Slightly expensive for an oil change and tire rotate. Mechanic forgot to replace the lug nut key in the glove box. Other wise good service for no appointment.

Past took friends car for oil change. Got in a hurry didnt tighten bolt good.Got wiper blades, gave them info and gave me wrong ones. Not hard to look up simple info. Been different Honda dealers, this is worse Ive been to. People arent nice, incompetent. Go to COLE in WV for parts or service, people there are nice and competent. Or go to another.

They are quick at getting things taken care of. And make sure my van is safe. Weve been searching for a new vehicle and happened to drop by Duncan Honda last Saturday evening. We were met by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales man (Leo Rosales) who allowed us to take the car for a test drive (even though it was late in the evening - close to their closing time). Leo is so friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy (like so many other car salesmen can be). Long story short we purchased the car a couple of days later. We cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating Leo (and Duncan) are. We will definitely refer folks to them in the future and will consider them for future car needs.

I had my car in for recalls and a service.I wanted a oil change and rotation, the tech doing the work deferred not to do the rotation, the car has 5 k miles on it which its due for one. I paid for a service I did not receive by a coupon. I emailed 2 people at Duncan and neither replied to my email. Very poor customer service and the tech are lazy .
Transmission alert came on when I was 4.5 hours away from home and late for a meeting. Jay was able to get me in, inspect the transmission, do the fluid change and get me on my way. Highly professional and accommodating. Very impressive!

I had some official honda part put on so my little black fit as to make the eyes pop. They put in my 2 detail lighting kits and Duncan did not charge me an arm and a leg for their excellent service. BTW, if you have a question or concern, Jay is the main man in the honda service department. No question is to hard for Jay. He gave me the best customer service experience .
