Jackie is fabulous!! I had her do a short cut with an undercut on the sides and back. She had styled my her one time before and I knew then, when I was ready to make the leap, I wanted the clippers in her hand. I get tons of compliments on my new cut. Everyone, including the residents I care for, is telling me how cute my hair is.

I have gone here to get my hair cut for the last few years and every time I go its always a pleasant experience! The people that work here are kind and positive. I always come away with the haircut I wanted. While they do sell specific products in their salon store, they arent pushy about trying to sell them to you, which is also refreshing. Keep up the great work! Ill be returning again soon.

I have used the massage services at Bravo for years. I’ve always been satisfied. Referring friends. My massage today, as well as my massage 6 weeks ago, with Alyssa, were scheduled for 60 minutes, both were between 45 and 50 each. Today the therapist, PJ stopped the massage for probably a minute on 3 occasions, I was able to see him 2 of the 3 times, he was on his phone. This is not acceptable and very disappointing. I’m done with Bravo.

My 3 y.o. and I have had excellent service. Theyre our new salon. I love how they schedule your next visit before you leave and text reminders when it comes due. Handy for my kid whose bangs grow so fast. Also have a great selection of products!

For me, there is none better than Erika! She knows how to rock my curls, and now that we use a gloss on my hair, I think I will finally, after 2+ years, get used to my natural gray/silver/black hair! Thank you Erika - you are the best!

I have been getting my hair done at Bravo salon and spa for years. My hair stylist, Jessa, is the absolute best. She has done wonders for my hair over the years and has brought it back to life for me! There was no doubt in my mind that I had to have her do my hair for my wedding! My hair for my wedding day was absolutely beautiful! And my curls lasted for 3 days after my wedding! My bridesmaids also had their hair done by different hair stylists at Bravo the day of my wedding and all of their hair turned out beautiful as well! I wouldnt recommend anyone else!

Ive been going to Bravo for a number of years now. COVID came along, and like all salons had to close for a couple of months. I was nervous and skeptical about returning... yesterday, with mask and following the procedures there, I was so delighted with my experience. Waiting outside until appointment time made total sense.... hand sanitizing on entry. Staff and clients with plexi walls between stations... all is masks. Highly responsible reaction to this pandemic. I will not hesitate to return regularly for hair appointments. Thank you Bravo!

My haircut and color were fine. The stylist I had constantly talked about herself. Would try again with a different stylist.

Met with Erika for my first Devacut, and extremely happy with the results! She guided me through her process of styling my hair so I can do it myself at home, as well as what products I would need to use and how to apply them. She has a fun personality and knew how to deal with my hair type (3C curls). Definitely making another appointment with her in 6 months when my hair needs another trim.

Very disappointing. Received a gift card to this salon. Went online to make an appointment for a Mani and pedi. Noted the prices were very steep, but decided to use my gift card and pay whatever additional given the good reviews. I made my appointment online through their website. I received an email and a text reminder for the appointment. When I arrived, however, they said they didnt have an appointment for me anywhere in their system. I explained the confirmation etc. They stated their online reservations dont always work but they could make an appointment for me at another time.....very disappointing. Its out of my way to get there and now theres no appointment. Why have online booking if it doesnt work? I will not be back and will be sure to let people know about inadequate service.

Beth cuts my entire familys hair. Teenage boy, girl, Mom and Dad all love her work! Salon is very clean, unassuming, and superior results for what our friend paid at the mall! It seems like the people who work there want to be there-a very positive environment, which means a lot to me. Schedule well in advance, but worth the effort. Text reminders of appointments very helpful for busy clients.

Very relaxing massage

I had the absolutely best experience at Bravo Salon in Scottsdale AZ!! I was looking for a new summer hairstyle along with a straightening treatment. Trudy at the front desk was friendly & helpful with a wealth of information. She answered all my questions with such expertise. Then Kim was introduced to me & listened very attentively to what I wanted done to my hair. I showed her a photo of a summer haircut that was a chin length bob with super straight hair. My hair is wavy & curly & the length was way longer than my shoulders. This hairstyle I wanted would not work with curly wavy hair. Kim then proceeded to give me the Japanese straightener treatment & explained the procedure very precisely. I felt very comfortable & excited. Kim never took her eyes off of me & my hair. I can not tell you how much that means to me: she was concentrating solely on just me. I loved that. The straightening treatment & haircut took approximately 4 hours & when I was done & looked at myself in the mirror...I was beyond happy. I was thrilled & ecstatic!! It was EXACTLY what I wanted!! So beautiful & sleek & straight & shiny~my hairstyle that I’ve longed for for such a long time. And I finally found the exact right person to make the dream of this hairstyle come true: Kim from Bravo Salon in Scottsdale!! I can not say enough great things about Kim; so professional, so focused on what she’s doing & making her client feel like she is the most important person to her at that time. Thank you so much Kim~I absolutely love my hair, you are fantastic at what you do & I’ll be back for sure!! You are my go-to hair stylist from now on!!

I’ve been going to Bravo on and off for some time for massages. I’ve had several different therapists and all have been fantastic! When you walk in you’re greeted by a friendly staff that is willing to answer any of your questions and assist you.Just recently I’ve been training for a large event which has put a lot of stress on my muscles. To prevent any injury I set up an appt. for a deep tissue massage. I was assigned Bethany as my therapist and I have nothing but great things to say about her!She took her time and took lots of notes as I explained what was going on and what I was training for and how my training was going to increase as the date gets closer. With that being said she has been nothing but amazing as she works her magic (seriously) she also has provided me information on certain stretches I should be doing after my daily training that will be beneficial.With being 12 weeks out from my event I told her last night we are going to become very good friends by the time I’m done. I have scheduled regular appts. with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone especially athletes. She’s absolutely amazing!
