It really doesnt get much better for auto repair. Affordable repairs, helpful staff and friendly to. Back before I was able to purchase new cars I took my cars here quite frequently. They always had good prices and I never waited more then a couple days for a repair. Well worth checking this place out if you need car repair/maintenance.

Excellent service!! Our battery voltage started dropping as we were driving back home after Christmas with family. We were 30 miles from Chippewa Falls and had to get back to Duluth. I called multiple auto repair shops in Chippewa Falls asking if we could stop by to get an alternator looked at. No one gave us the time of day until I called Goulets auto service. I was told to stop on in and they will take a look. Russ and Scott were very helpful and got us on our way. We couldnt be more thankful!!

This place is the worst in the Chippewa Valley that I have been too. They only cared about the money. My boyfriends truck was in there 2 times. First time they charged him an EXTRA $76 because THEY BROKE 2 bolts. NOW they want to charge and EXTRA $46 because they didnt do their job properly; my boyfriend brought in his truck AFTER he got it from them on Wednesday June 5th 2019 and it was leaking AGAIN!. They might be cheap but they dont care about anything BUT MONEY!.

I have been using Goulets for a couple of years, 2 vehicles, and usually get multiple estimates and/or opinions. I have had other places quote ridiculous amounts for the same work and/or adding things that Goulet has told me arent necessary. I have not had any problems with the work done. If it cost less than the estimate then they charge less, labor or materials. I highly recommend these guys.
