Not a false review. My oil has been changed at the Eau Claire location since I started driving. I was very disappointed with the service I received in Chippewa though. Never had a problem with the one in Eau Claire, the guys are always super nice. I was excited to find that when I moved from Eau Claire to Chippewa, I moved pretty close to another one of these locations. Great convenience, or so I thought. However, definitely not going to go back to the one in Chippewa again, as I dont trust them to give my car the best service nor do I trust their judgement. I went in for an oil change and to get my check engine light looked at the other day. They looked at my codes, told me they were gonna clear them out and have me come back if the light turns on again. Which it was pretty obvious from me turning on the car, and from the sounds that the engine was making, that it was gonna turn on again. It was painful to hear them tell me its fine as my engine is sputtering and chirping. The light was very obviously flashing for a reason. As I tried to say. I came back 2-3 minutes later after having it turn back on and start flashing once again, for them to not check what was wrong ~ like they told me they would, if I came back ~ and instead he pumped my breaks and my gas, somehow got the light to turn off, and then told me everything should be fine. I tried to interject about how it would turn on again but was ignored, and rushed out. All for the light to turn on and start flashing almost immediately upon leaving. Ended up taking my business elsewhere to get the problem fixed.

Oil change in ten minutes and a free car wash, but I wanted my brakes done and they advertise no appointment necessary for brakes. However, they wouldnt do mine that day. If they dont follow through on their advertisement can their work be trusted? Lesson learned.

I was in your establishment on 4/4/2020 to get an oil change and the older gentleman proceeded to give me his unsolicited opinion about the quality of my Chevrolet car. I just wanted an oil change not to be told that I should get a Ford because my Chevrolet doesnt measure up to his standards. Keep your opinions to yourself because nobody is interested. They just want their vehicle serviced and not have the service technicians negative opinions about their vehicle ruin the rest of their day.

3 years ago or so I had a full tune up done at a great place brads affordable which I had the fuel filter replaced long story short next oil change is due so my wife stops at wolverine and they tell her she needs a new fuel filter she says ok. I find out and stayed out of that place ever aince until recently I needed a oil change in the worst way so I stop ask for the cheapest rings in close to 50 no biggie well today I go and try and change oil and they have it Seriously way overtightened couldnt get it with a cheater bar so now Ill have to bring it to a friends with a lift so I can hang off my socket to bust it loose.

We took our Ram diesel in to get the oil changed and fuel filter changed. The oring installed was completely wrong and old. We literally lost $40 dollars in fuel, $60 in a new part that had to be delivered because we were stranded an hour from home, and several hours of time that we had appts to get to. The experience was excellent in the store however we were severely let down by the lack of follow up considering they will only refund the cost of the filter. So we get to eat the cost of the fuel for their error. Im very disappointed and will not be returning with any of our vehicles that weve had serviced there for years.

Generally good service. Friendly and efficient. Put your own windshield washer fluid in though. The WW fluid they put in is watered down and freezes. Has happened multiple times on three vehicles. Once burning out the windshield washer pump motor. Still use this service but am a little weary. Where else are they cutting corners?

Got my oil changed in Chippewa falls location, really horrible customer service, the guy I was dealing with was Scott. I tried having the owner contact me, without any success to discuss what happened and they have made no attempts to make it right.** I stand corrected, the employees name was STEVE**

I have never felt the urge to leave a bad review but wow I can’t believe I paid $11 for this car wash. I didn’t realize this old type still existed. The doors to the entrance were closed and I already paid before I saw that it wasn’t touchless. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but not impressed with “the works”.

Called for a quote on an oil change... They wanted $130 😰. Went to marquart 100 yds away got oil change 2 light bulbs replaced and a car wash for $72.30. I shop at the Kwik Trip right next door frequently and see these guys just hanging around not doing any work. Now I know why. They are ripping people off.

Quick and simple oil change. Dont push extra services on you.

If I could give a 0 I would. Our truck ended up breaking down after getting an oil change there due to them putting the oil filter on wrong. Wrecked our whole weekend and cost us a lot of money since we needed to get our truck towed. Dont go there!!
