After about 30 yrs we’re in the process of moving and cleaning house. Needless to say, in today’s environment of identity theft, we had a lot to shred. Taking a bunch of boxes to the local Staples or Office Depot at ~$1+/lbs is not something we wanted to do. I contacted Shred Nations, they provided a prepaid guarantee and connected us to local “come to your house” shredding company who had an available appointment the following day. The driver dumped all the documents in the bin so we didn’t have to and loaded it into the truck. Although I don’t know the exact weight of our documents (probably 250-300 pounds) we paid less than 50cents/lbs. I would highly recommend Shred Nations for your shredding needs.
