I purchased a property with Samuel Park two month ago. He was the dual agent. Escrow was closed on April 22, but till today, I still haven’t gotten the property physically nor received rent. He sent me an email on May 29 saying that the sellers still needed a few weeks to move out and would pay me rent. After I replied this email on May 30, he never responded. Then he disappeared.I asked Samuel Park why the sellers wanted to sell the property before I made my offer in February. He told me because the sellers wanted to relocate. He told me many times that the sellers were so nice and kind. I have emails and messages to be evidence. But now my attorney find out that the sellers owed their lender about $23k before. We have evidence too. The sellers hadn’t paid their mortgage and property tax for a long time before Samuel Park sold this property to me. Everything was a trap. The sellers never wanted to move out from the property or pay anything. Samuel Park cheated on me and assisted the sellers to defraud money from me and my lender to earn his commission.I’m conducting a lawsuit against Samuel Park and the sellers. Be careful everyone, if you use Samuel Park as your real estate agent, your nightmare is starting. You would not only lose time and money, but also be suffering to deal with all the fraud and traps.

Please reconsider if you trying to have Samuel Park who can’t even keep his word as your agent. I experienced myself for buying home. First, I found a new builder by myself and asked him to be my agent and showed up first day of selling. Samuel Park told me that he would help me on some of his commission as a gift, that is why I had him to be my agent. For the whole process of buying this house, he just shows up first day and never saw him again. During escrow, he never called or kept me an update until final walk through, as a buyer agent, he should have helped me some suggestions or inspections with me, but again nothing. No call, no text for any updates, even I called or texted him, it took so long to answer or never. And a builder agent told me Samuel call many times asking for when was closing. Finally, closing escrow, I called and asked for gift as he told me until now it’s Nothing and no answer. I keep texting him until he answer that “ my office sent you cash $500”. That such a lie BS make up. I still don’t receive anything at all. And just curious who would sent cash in mail, it not that safe. I asked him for proof of sending, and still no answer. Again Samuel Park is the man who can’t even keep his word. For all his clients, if your house closed smoothly, you were lucky. But other, if Samuel Park give you a word or any promise, please have it in writing and have him sign. For doing business with breaking your word or promises, you can’t gain your clients trust, then you will loose them all one day Samuel.

Was referred to Samuel by a mutual friend in the Chino Hills Community. Our family was finally ready to purchase our first home after living in Chino Hills for two years and also working in the community.Initial contact with Samuel was very professional, we knew going into the home buying process during the pandemic could be tricky but also the right time to buy. We scheduled a zoom call for our first “meet”. I know that my sister and I were really all over the place on what we were looking for in a home. At first, we wanted to be under the $530k range, no HOA, no Mello roos but also wanted 4-5brs, 3 baths. Not realizing that this wasn’t exactly realistic but Samuel really did his best to find us homes to see with the criteria we stated. Not once did he tell us what we were looking for wasn’t realistic to our budget. I definitely don’t like being told “no” so allowing us as clients feel like we were in control of the process really helped us understand that we needed to be realistic about our needs and wants to our budget so that we could actually be happy with the homes Samuel was presenting to us.After seeing our first home, that had everything we asked for but was shock at how small the bedrooms where and the updates that needed to be done to an older home. We decided, we want a newer home with all upgrades and willing to pay for HOA + Mello roos. We really liked the second house we saw in Chino and put an offer in right away.As first time home buyers, we didn’t know what to expect during the process. Samuel was very informative and able to help guide us through the process even when there was fuss from our sellers stand point, Samuel was able to assure us that we just needed to trust the process and we are so happy we did because now we own a beautiful home that’s big enough for our family and offers all the upgrades and more that we wanted!There were some very frustrating moments for us due to our sellers and their realtor but Samuel was always able to resolve any concerns we had. The one thing I did appreciate about working with Samuel was he never made it feel like strictly business. Pro tip: Interview your real estate agents because its a massive purchase and you need to make sure you are working with the right people. After meeting 11 real estate agents in the area, we decided that Samuel Park was the best person to help us find our house. He was more professional, super responsive, detail oriented, and prioritizes our needs over his own. He goes above and beyond every other real estate agent we worked with. Examples: Went to a property viewing on our behalf via FaceTime since we were traveling and it was 120 degrees outside, he could have easily said no but the property was highly sought after so he did this for us and suffered the hot weather. He answers questions within 24 hours - usually instantly. (Other agents we spoke to took weeks, another real estate agent took months) He keeps his cool and stays highly professional when there were escalated situations during property showings. He guided us on the right neighborhoods because it would have better investment value over time instead of suggesting all houses that dont meet our needs like other agents did. He addressed small questions (like whats the water/trash bill for the area) with professionalism and took them seriously as a part of our due diligence for our budget. Samuel is the real deal, I hope people read this because we seriously met with a lot of real estate agents and he was by far the best.
