Rick from Trade Show Depot has been great to work with! They have produced two booths for us with a FAST turnaround and great price. Very easy to work with and great customer service!

Craig was amazing in dealing with the graphics that needed to be adjusted, making great suggestions, and delivering on time even when it was my fault for the initial delay. They went above and beyond ! As a photographer, print quality is soooo important and I was amazed to see how beautifully it printed on the stretch fabric, especially the full size 15 foot print! This company is great! Their prices are the best (I did lots of research) and I’m so happy with the product!

First of all Stay away from this company!! Do not do business with these guys! We ordered a booth in Mid July of 2018 paid half balance and have go the run around for 5 months! Emails or phone calls were not returned! Finally got ahold of someone and told booth was being shipped to them and would get by 12/3. Called on 12/6 and told completely different story! They said that company they bought from was going out of business and that we would not be getting a booth! However prior to this these guys were trying to get remaining balance knowing that booth was not done and company they were dealing was out of business! Becareful and avoid these guys!!

DO NOT TRUST MIKE OR THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER!!!! It took me for ever to drag pricing and info out of him, he promised me on several occasions that I would have my stuff on time, and then continually lied to me when it did not arrive. When he knew that he had completely missed my deadline and screwed both me and my customer, he did not even have the decency to answer any of my phone calls or emails, and completely disappeared from site. This is the type of company that makes trusting people and doing business now days so difficult. They only got one star from me, because I had to at least rate them to leave this post.

We recently ordered a background graphic for our tradeshow booth. It never arrived so we went to our tradeshow with an old graphic. I had to call and call and call to get any info out of these guys. They always tell me that they will get back to me and NEVER do. Not once. I finally got them to give me information and it turns out they sent my booth-graphic to a state 1500 miles away. Needless to say, I never received it, nor a call or email of explanation or apology. Be careful especially if you are on a timeline. Our first experience with these guys was similar. We ordered a booth and graphic and it arrived...TWO MONTHS later. I think this is a small two-man team working in a garage because they never follow through and you will be left stuck. I has happened to us twice. Never again.

My company was a subcontractor hired to work on illustrations for Rick over at Showbooth aka Tradeshowdisplaydepot. His company has not paid us for some of our work although we have repeatedly gone out of our way to assist them. I have been using Trade Show Display Depot (TSDD) for several years now and they have been incredibly helpful on every project weve requested. I always seem to have things pop up at the last minute, and Rick at TSDD never fails to accommodate us! He has been extremely helpful with our tight deadlines and small budgets and always, always goes the extra mile. We dont have an internal graphic designer, so Rick goes out of his way to help us make sure our projects look professional. I highly recommend TSDD and will continue to use them for all of my companys trade show and event needs.

Whatever you do, do not do business with this company. This guy rick is completely irresponsible person. The company never return your call or email and you cant never get a hold of them. I would not use this company under any circumstances.
