Also lied to by door to door sales man. Services sold to me for Direct tv plan were inaccurate at best. When I reached out to the company, to rectify the situation. I was told to resolve my issues with AT&T. Further attempts to contact the company are unanswered. Still trying to resolve w AT&T after 6 calls and two months.This is a sales scheme operation and is not dirctly backed by AT&T so has no accountability once the package is sold.Pretty disgusting that people choose to make a living doing this.

Lied to our faces and made empty promises to make us switch our TV service. This also cost us nearly $300 in cancelation fees from AT&T even though we were only canceling the TV. They spread misinformation about them phasing out uverse, which may be true within the next two years or more, but definitely not now. They were saying directv bought out ATT which also doesnt seem to be the way that one went, funny. They quoted us for lower TV and Internet bills, but neglected to include the cost of the movie channels in the quote. We got the smallest possible directv boxes with the worst little remotes that dont even work half the time, without any sort of auxiliary controls or anything.Were talking with others whove gone through similar experiences and will likely be taking legal action.
