Amazing staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is cute and clean and they always have free snacks in the waiting room. I got my first Botox treatment here and I’m very pleased with the results. I am a younger patient so they were able to set me up with information on touch ups, results, and side effects. Staff was great, facilities nice a clean. But a huge waste of money. I did a cool Sculpting. I could not get out of bed for 2 days due to the pain. I forced my self to the gym. Then realized I got my first hernia in my stomach area. Never going back waste of money. It was extremely painful

This place is awesome! My neck tattoo has faded so much since coming here. The technology they have is a lot better than Dr.Tattoff had. I started coming here when they went out of business. I love this place. Its comfortable. Its friendly. My botox last about 5 months and is always great. Ive never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.. their schedule runs smooth. Taniel and crystal are sweethearts... and treat you like family. I Cant see any decent human being having a problem with these ladies.

Went in for Botox for some deep lines in my forehead, the Botox application was painless and the results were absolutely amazing within days, they treated me like VIP and would recommend them to friend and family.

I began doing laser treatments here in early April of this year. I went to So Cal Body Institute with hopes that I will be able to have my tattoo removed. After doing a series of five laser tattoo removal sessions + 1 Botox treatment, I was not seeing any results (it wasn’t even faded one bit, it looked exactly as the first day I arrived). The Botox was horribly done, my eyes looked droopy after the 3rd day. I started to get concern that I was paying so much money and had seen NO results. I spoke with Chrystal and advised her that I was not happy with the progress, which is when she then offered to bring in a different laser machine before the end of the year, since she had also agreed that I was not getting any results. She also indicated she was not sure if the new machine would even work as well. On top of that, I also mentioned the problem I had with the Botox treatment and she then said, I needed to get more Botox to ensure its balanced properly. Well isn’t her job to tell me how much I need from the beginning and ensure its being applied it properly? Well I told them that I was very dissatisfied with their service and requested my money back, but they refused.I then filed a complaint with the BBB regarding their service. Chrystal and Tanielle are not easy to work with and will not under any circumstances refund ANYTHING. They do not care if you are unhappy as a customer. They argue with you over every detail, even the simplest of things. It has been very difficult to work with them, as other reviewers have also noted. Good customer service is the foundation for a companys success, so I cant imagine this business will last or have many happy clients. I dont know what type of service you are looking for, but I would highly advise AGAINST this place. I was willing to pay for all of the services I received. However, due to the lack of customer service, Not seeing any results, and the receptionist arguing with me, I do not feel comfortable referring anyone to this business. I asked for a full refund on the balance of my account and they refused. I feel like I have been ripped off. Once they get your money, they do not care about you at all. The girls clearly dont care about any of my concerns and only care about charging me and selling me other products such as extra laser treatments and additional Botox. This place is a joke. I have yet to see the manager or owner of this place.

I scheduled an appointment with SoCal Body Institute to see this laser removal witchery. The building and hallway are a bit unassuming, but then I opened the door to their clinic, I must say I was somewhat blown away. Its like an oasis of décor in a desert of; well, of the IE. I was greeted by Tanielle at the front desk, and made to feel very comfortable and as at home as one could be when they are in a medical office. Seriously, just from walking in the door, I felt like this was a top-notch, professional practice; comfortable seats to lounge in, snacks on the shelf, television on the wall and magazines on the table. Its practically my living room, without orange juice/ sweet tea stains on the carpet. After a short wait and some paperwork, Tanielle called me up, and I met with the staff Physicians Assistant, Crystal. She has great bedside-manner. I went to the back to have photographs done. I assume most places just take a picture of you and your offending blemish in the room, but this place has a picture room. Im thinking this office goes above and beyond in not just presenting, but embodying, a professional atmosphere....i know at the beginning i was very impatient and just wanted to get the treatments over with as soon as possible, but Tanielle and Crystal suggested i give it 12-weeks or so between treatments. im glad i listened to them. after seven treatments my tattoo is basically gone. i honestly could not be happier with the results. its like a friggin christmas miracle, it is. in the long run, yielding my opinion in favor of their professional experience saved me time, money and the pain of that darn laser... seriously, though, needles and lasers, why do they hurt? why must my pain threshold be so low... thank Jesus im not a woman, cause labor would probably kill me... but i digress... at the end of the day, pain or not, if i had to do my treatment over again, there is no place i would rather go, and there is no place other than SoCalBody that i recommend to all my friends and family... the process has been well worth the drive in from south-central... OC, enduring traffic and everything that goes along with it... i have over 16 years working in the medical industry, from multi-specialty clinics to pharmacy, and i believe Crystal and Tanielle exemplify the professionalism and patient/client care that is sorely missing in this day and age; when most doctors, not to mention med-spas, treat patients more like cattle than people... SoCalBody is really an oasis, not just in the IE, but in the medical profession. (ps - i failed to mention i had a small star covered up under the jesus tatt, and they didnt even hold it against me... what a great office to work with... seriously)

This review is for the Coolsculpting procedure I had at So Cal Body Institute:Tanielle and Crystal have a lot of experience when it comes to Coolsculpting treatments. The consultation process was great, they examined my abdomen and told me how many applicators it would take and how much it would cost to achieve the end result that I wanted. After the consultation, we set up an appointment to come back and have my treatment done. The treatment experience was fantastic. The adjustable chair is very comfortable and they have a TV set up with Netflix. They pushed a table up to my chair so that I could work on my laptop. They placed a handheld fan (sometimes it gets hot with machines running), water and a little snack bowl on the table. Tanielle and Crystal checked on how I was doing multiple times during my treatment. They also had an additional device that is supposed to enhance my treatment results and make the process more comfortable. They are the only office in the area to offer this enhanced treatment called Coolsculpting Boost. The addition of Coolsculpting Boost made my treatment significantly more comfortable and I am looking forward to seeing my results sooner.Overall, my experience with So Cal Body institute was very positive. Tanielle and Crystal are very knowledgeable, their prices are competitive and they do everything they can to ensure that you have a good experience.
