Luisa, the receptionist was very helpful with getting me started and signing in. Miss. Karen, the nurse was very gentle with the Botox injection and very helpful with suggestions on my next filler injections. I was referred here by a friend that told me they are under new management so I should try them out. Both times I have been here they were on time, clean and very knowledgeable. After my 1st treatment of botox I still had a little movement and they were so nice about it and went above and beyond what was expected to make sure I was happy.

My experience at skin suite has been fantastic👍 I did dermal fillers and Botox a couple months ago and have been back for my Botox touch ups and the have always been very helpful with explaining my treatment plan every single time I come in, and have great convos with all the girls in every set of my check in to consult to numbing to treatment. Watch out for this place. All they want is your money and they do shady work. Also, the staff is rude and nasty. I know a great place in Redlands called Health First and Aesthetics. They are not only the cheapest and affordable around IE but the PA’s do fantastic work. Any fillers or laser treatments that I have received have last for 2-3 years.

They are over priced and promise results that you do not get. I went for melasma (over pigmentation of skin) on my face and ended up worse after their very expensive PRP treatments. Go to a REAL dermatologist and avoid this place!

This office is build on fraudulent patient, I visit them to get Botox, RN told me I need 66unit, usually take 45 units from other offices,, soo RN inject me probably about 30 unit not all 66 unit.Then I came home waiting for the Botox to get effect, slowly my left eye start to drip, one eye open the other eye closed, my lines were still obvious, I called the office question what kind Botox is that, no one will answer me about this specific question .they say ohhh just Botox .. I never had this kinda experience with deformed face.. I never ever go back to that office ever again. For patients like me be careful.. ☹️☹️☹️

As with all treatments that claim to reverse the aging process you need to first consider that not all treatments work for everyone. $2250 is a lot of money for me to spend on anything without a guarantee. First I was told that I would only need 3 titan treatments. During the consultation I complained about getting a turkey neck and I thought Titan would take care of it. Later the day I let myself get talked into 6 treatments with botox, voluma and a couple of facials thrown in, a package deal......they are trained salespeople and you have to be firm with what you want or like myself will get talked into something different. The staff is very nice to a degree, when I questioned a couple of things after my second titan treatment, both times the staff I spoke with became condescending, making me feel stupid. Again, you have to be firm. Minutes after the first titan treatment the staff exclaimed how well it was working and tried to show me with a mirror in hand, the difference. I saw no difference but halfheartedly agreed just to quiet them. The trick.....the power of positive thinking. Im sure this works on many people but because I am a skeptic I didnt fall for it. When I said it wasnt doing much for the turkey neck they said it doesnt completely remove that, only surgery could work. Well I guess they werent listening to me at the consultation because that was my main concern. With my second treatment the nurse arrived 25 minutes late and didnt even apologize. Thats bad for business, period. I had a third treatment and now almost 3 months have passed and Im trying to decide if I see any difference. My jaw looks a little more defined, possibly a little less turkey neck. Ill wait the 6 months to see the optimal progression of this treatment. Im not finishing the full package because of unexpected financial problems but I think its for the better. In the future I will ask more questions and take a few days to think it over before I jump into anything. Remember, they are trained to sell you more. Watch out for the package deal, may or may not be worth it, depends on your budget and if you really want all that stuff.
