If youre a fan of edging youll be a big fan of Trinity Escrow. My borrowers wire went out days ago but we just cant quite fund. Trinity Escrow has done a great job of bringing us nearly to close but never letting us finish. They are quite the tease. The fact that they never pick up the phone and will only respond via email maybe once every 8 hours adds a lot of anticipation and mystery to the transaction. I think it will make for an extra powerful climax to this transaction when/if we ever finally fund.

Months and months they sat with our money- could not get a loan approved by loan company who kept changing up the goal posts and clearly it was not going to happen, we were messed around and finally decided to call it a day and then discovered that Trinity charged us $250 CANCELLATION fees - Wheres the integrity !?

I am in real estate and I can say that Trinity Escrow is the best escrow company in the area. I try to use them on every transaction. When I am forced to use another company something always goes wrong. In addition, the people at Trinity are always polite and professional. This is not only my opinion; most people in the business agree with me. I give them my highest recommendation.

This place is horrible. They do not have sufficient staffing for their office and will not be available to receive overnight packages when they are delivered. This basically makes trying to rush anything with them pointless and they make it clear that they do not care. I tried everything humanly possible to make my escrow close in a timely manner. Do not do business with these people if you want to have your escrow close on time! I would not recommend them to anyone!
