The auto repair I am referring to for this review is on the corner of Schaeffer and Central and is called Chino Automotive Repair and the owner is Harry. I have been taking my cars to Harry since his shop was in Pomona. He fixed the AC on my kids MB several years ago and the AC is still working perfectly. I think he is professional and knows what he is doing. His prices are fair and he does not nickle and dime you like other places. I have taken our old MB and Ford Focus to him to correct the poor work that other mechanics did on the Focus and also for his reasonable prices. I live in east Highland and whenever possible, I drive all the way to Chino for Harry to fix my cars because he fixes them well. No complaints at all. If you want your car repair done well, take it to him.

Horrible ! Completely ruined my Mercedes, replaced with wrong radiator and hose, water splashed everywhere, caused my engine to breakdown and electrical problems. I would never ever get near this wanna be mechanic . I am currently filing a lawsuit against Harry at Chino Automotive .

I will never ever take my car back to this shop. I don’t know who owns this place but I dealt with a guy named Harry who says he’s the owner. I have a classic car that he said he could work on. I took a list of things requesting to be checked. After he supposedly inspected my car he called me and gave me an estimate. After we agreed to repairs and a dollar amount he said he would have my car completed within a week. I informed him that I needed my car ready for a car show that weekend. He assured me my car would be ready 110% in his words. Well needless to say it was not ready and I missed the show. He again assured me it would be ready the following week and again not ready. So needless to say after five weeks and a bunch of lies my car is home and in worst shape then when I took it to him. As I was there upset and explaining to him that I was very disappointed and if he did not have my car finished as promised that I was taking him to court and suing for my money back. This after I paid 3200 for repairs that until this day are incomplete.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP NOR WILL I EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS REPAIR FACILITY.PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP.

They fixed my Honda Odyssey Van, 2003 from having an engine light on, TCS light flashing andy van flashing all the doors were opened while I would be driving home in the morning.

Be careful with this swindler he pretends to be friendly but he gives checks without funds. He has a new story everyday but he just does not want to pay. Be careful to all the shops cash only.

I came in for an oil change, brake change and tire rotation for my 2016 BMW without an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to be taken care of so quickly, very professional people and they knew exactly what to do, the pricing was very fair and friendly staff, I would highly recommend this place.

Jose and staff do honest work on cars here. They are all about family and what is fair. I have gone from one end of the spectrum to the other. This reminds me of where Anikin Skywalker fixed this vs when Obiwan found him. Dont come here for price as much as its good. Get here because you are supporting family.
