I am a current resident here and I am having an amazing living experience. Just last week I placed a work order and the next day they sent someone to fix it. It was very easy process to submit a work order too. I have very friendly neighbors and everyone is respectful. It’s quite at night and is a safe neighborhood. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon.

I absolutely love this place. Ive lived here for over a year and Im really happy with it. The management really cares about their residents and it shows in the way they take care of things. Alyssa is the best. She literally takes of things I just mention off-hand in passing. For example, I mentioned I had a few ants in a plant and the next day, an exterminator showed up. Its really great to live in a place that takes care of you!

I have lived here about 3 years and when the pandemic hit so many things changed but Alyssa James was by far an angel to me and my family - she’s really empathetic and understanding Lewis is blessed to have her ! As well as ViViana she also was a big help to me and my family … I lovely place to live

So bad ! Literally so bad ! Management honestly has to be the worst I’ve ever seen… you have a problem with your apartment ? Yeah good luck with that they won’t help you at all ! They just want your money.. don’t move in just stay away we are terminating the lease ASAP

This place energy is terrible.The manager is lier. She just wanted money.They are so unfairful with deposit money. I cleaned up completely like when I moved in but she changed me $103.95 for little dust and hair pin which is not mine.I deposit $1200 total but she refund only $142.I cleaned completely and no damage at all.(Where the manager Alyssa got those numbers 103.95.)She is wrapped nicely but thief.They are sneaky with tenants money.They asked me for my pet DNA Test money.Does anybody hear about this?And they charge utility for about 6 months around $126 in the middle of pandemic.I have more stories with this apartment manager Alyssa.

Stolen Amazon package in this neighborhood. Was a good place until this happened I never would’ve thought.

I love living here. It’s so peaceful and very clean. All the neighbors are really friendly. The Maintenance staff are amazing! Any work orders or questions I may have they are more than helpful. And take care of things in a timely manner. Eric has helped me with any little fixes I have needed. He always has a smile on his face when walking around the complex and makes sure to say “Hi” to who ever he passes. It’s pleasant to see. Also Danny seen me having some car trouble and he stopped what he was doing and helped me out. I truly appreciated his time and care to help! Over all living here has been great. The office staff and maintenance workers have made it a pleasure to be living here.

Wonderful place to live at! Groundskeepers always onsite maintaining complex looking presentable and are always on top of everything. Special thanks to Eric who always responds quickly to my maintenance requests and is professional and very responsible whenever I need work done at home. Office staff is very caring and friendly! LOVE Green Valley!!! Definitely recommend!!!

I cant emphasize enough how much i love living here. the staff is amazing and very caring. they take care of any issues i have promptly and do all service with a smile. the complex is clean and i have enjoyed living here. would recommend to anyone!

I have lived in Green Valley Chino Hills for over 8 years now. I will have to say that it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience all through. The office staff has been cooperative and promptly responsive to my calls.The maintenance team (presently Eric and Steven) are very efficient, helpful and well trained. I do recommend the Green Valley Community to those that are seeking a residence at prrsent.

I have lived here for 7 years, if you are looking for a place to call home, you can stop looking. Lewis has many complexes in the Inland empire, but Green Valley is above the rest. The management works with when you have issues, but the maintenance team here is exceptional. I have had issues with my washer off and on and finally got a new one. The maintenance supervisor Eric was great, he kept me informed and when it arrived took the time to explain how it worked (its digital ) and I havent had any problems with it. Also thanks to Steven who help in the removal and setting of the newone.

We moved here a little over 6mo ago from Atlanta. We did everything remotely and the front office staff was AMAZING!! We honestly couldnt have asked for an easier transition! Chelsea had everything ready for us when we arrived. Weve always have great experiences with the office staff. They are extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The apartments are very well kept. Someone is always cleaning and making sure the landscape is well kept. We had our first experience with maintenance, and let me say, I have never had someone handle an issue so promptly! Our issues were minor. We didnt put in any special requests, and HOURS later maintenance was knocking on my door ready to repair our issues. He was friendly and informative and was finished within 15min max! The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is VERY pet friendly. We are walking distance to the elementary school and 2min to the Shoppes. We are certainly blessed to have found this community. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Chino Hills area.

Green Valley is a place I have called home for the last 5 years and in that time I have not had any issues that the staff has not been able to resolve and ensured that the resolution is to my satisfaction. While prior staff was attentive and responsive current Asst Community Dir has taken the service level and kicked it up a notch. Questions are always answered in a courteous, polite and professional manner and she ensures you are satisfied with the response. Family friendly community that works in synergy with a peace and quiet atmosphere. Semi monthly community events are great and provide and opportunity to meet and socialize with your neighbors if socializing is your thing :-)The community has great curb appeal, and grounds are well maintained making you feel proud to live there. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to call home...

This is one of the worst and horrible apartments I have ever experienced in my life and in future life. When I showed my visa and legal documents, they asked me to submit the pay stub working in America. even though they knew I couldnt. And then they requested a cosigner to make a contract. Thats ridiculous. How can a foreigner find a cosigner in the foreign country? I even suggested paying a one-year rents in advance, but they rejected. I never ever recommend this apartment for foreigners. You never get the rent and its a waste of time and energy.

Had a few issues when moved her back in July 2017 with my dog. Got it settled and taken care of right away. Ever since been amazing. Staff is always caring and say hi. Always work on stuff when they say. Good about letting you know for any service to your Unit and scheduling to come do it. Every question, complaint, or anytime I need something, Office staff is always attentive and listen very well. I like to say they do very well at meeting all residents needs. Thanks so much to Christine and Amber and the rest of their amazing stuff for all the care and making my rental home to me and my family.

So far so good. Excellent people at the front office. Walls seem a bit thin, but not to shabby overall. Appliances are excellent in the apartment, and the maintenance people were a pleasure to work with so far. Plug placement in the bedroom seems strange (too far away from where most people would put a nightstand)

Love this place! Very quiet and has all the amenities that you would need. Rental prices are reasonable for what you get! leasign office staff is very friendly and they solve all issues very quickly. they keep various events so all neighbour can stay in touch.

Came in hoping to get information about the floor plans, was greeted by a very kind elderly Asian woman who was just getting ready to leave . She entrusted us to the long blonde hair girl who didn’t give 2 cents about talking to us. She drove the cart like a maniac, I almost fell out and got nauseous . She gave us no info, and didn’t bother to tell us anything more. I had to ask her questions because she didn’t even take the time to sit us down and have a decent talk ... never coming in again .

I been calling on checking up on any available unit, and haven’t got a friendly response or even try to get my info . Very rude, I’ll would of guess according to the area that they will be very passionate of helping people .

Overall a great property. Some of the same gripes as a lot of apartment complexes. Occasional loud noises due to someone above you, etc, etc. That being said, the maintenance staff definitely does a level above and beyond what I have seen, making this one of the best I have stayed at.

I lived here for one year and had a terrible experience . They charge outrageously at move out. They do petscan even if you dont have pets or no pets have ever visited your apartment and say that you have pet urine on carpet and make you pay 700 dollars for full carpet replacement. GOODLUCK RENTING SUCH PLACE WHOSE MANAGEMENT ARE OUTRIGHT LIERS
