Our first experience with Jiffy Lube in Chillicothe was amazing.We drove approximately 40 miles just to get an oil change due to our reg auto service center being short handed and unable to get us in for 2 weeks.We were greeted with a very friendly and professional staff which explained in details each step they were making.There was definitely a few no’s that we encountered.NO delays, NO hidden costs and NO getting out of our car.Again thank’s to the staff, William, Robert and Jeffrey at the Chillicothe Jiffy Lube.

Got in and out with a complete oil & filter change in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service. Professional and friendly. I normally change my own oil and filter, but these guys are so reasonably priced and so fast, Im perfectly happy to have them do it. I can see why my wife likes to come here.

The techs were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I went in for a oil change and when they was doing the inspection of everything else they also tested the battery and when they done that they loosened the negative terminal and left it that way and so a few hours later it shorted out a cell in my battery and cost me well over $200 for them not doing their job correctly. I will not go back to any Jiffy Lube and you should not go to one either.

My experience for some reason didnt show up so Im re-writing it.Im extremely pleased by the employees professionalism as well as maintaining standards due to covid 19. During these times its hard to have great experiences but this one was different. One person that stuck out was a gentleman named Bill. Any question I had, he was able to provide an answer, and had great suggestions for my future visits. My wifes vehicle has been in the garage this winter and it was nice to be brought up to speed on recommendations for it. I work too much to have time to do it myself so leaving my wifes vehicle that transports my 3 kids in someone elses hands worried me, however I left with a positive mindset. I appreciate all the staff at Jiffy Lube for the experience. Will be returning to continue enjoying the services.

A couple of young guys there at about 3pm on 8/16/2020 did an outstanding job. Informative and respectful, without overselling or being pushy or rude. Im a car guy and have a lift at home, usually doing my own maintainence... But Id let these 2 work on my cars anytime👍

The techs at the Western Ave Jiffy Lube were respectful and informative. Service was fast and friendly, and as a grad student who has to watch her pennies, I really appreciated the 20% student discount. I also appreciated that they told me about issues of concern with my vehicle without making me feel bad for driving a beater. Theyre a great crew, and my favorite place in town for simple routine maintenance.

This was my first time and I will for sure be back! I didnt wait more than 10 min. In and out within 30 min. Had oil change and air filter change. Customer service was great. And i could just sit in my vehicle and watch. The crew worked great together too! Best all around for a Mom of 2 that needs quick and reliable!

They were done in about 10 minutes, the guys hooked it up, fix my oil light, I had to tip them out not a whole lot but something!! Next time Im going to Jiffy Lube because no waiting, no line & no drama.

Staff super friendly, but they ran a battery test and claimed I needed a new battery. Told them it is just a month old. I went across to Auto Zone and they tested the battery-it was fine. Nice guys but always trying to sell ya something there. Coffee was hot though!

Had my oil changed today. I had to wait about an hour but that is understandable as they were super busy and only had a couple guys working. Employees are very nice and took time to explain everything to me that I needed to know. Price was a little more than I could have done it myself for but it was worth it to not have to deal with it. I liked that they topped off all the fluids and that they even vacuumed the car a little bit. The radio in the waiting area was loud and made it hard to hear when they were talking to me while I was paying.

Just here to share my few experiences. Every time I have stopped in it has been a pleasure. The entire staff, manager to guy in the pit, literally top to bottom, have been courteous, respectful and just nice guys. Pretty quick turn around and thorough in their explanations. A bit pricey but thats the way it is sometimes. Keep up the good work everyone and Ill keep coming back....

I was driving from Columbus to Chillicothe for a meeting when my oil light came on. Someone in the meeting recommend the Midas on Bridge Street. I called and they told me to come in. They changed my oil and had me back on my way home in no time. Very friendly and professional.
