I have went to Tim’s tires since they opened. For years they were great customer service, friendly and did great work on your vehicles. In the past year I have been there twice, And I will not return. For some reason their employees have gotten very rude and hard to deal with. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Moderately priced bit hands down best quality and reliable service

By a recommendation of a member of the MOJO Jeep group on Facebook, I sent a message to Tim’s Tires on Facebook messenger with a request for a quote to install a lift kit on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. They responded very quickly and gave me a SUPER reasonable quote compared to other shops in the Central Ohio area. I live in Columbus, but traveled down to Chillicothe for them to install the lift and perform an alignment. It was a great experience from start to finish. Simple and to the point. They’ve definitely earned my business and will bear the hour drive down from Columbus every time I need something! Thanks so much! (In case you are wondering, the top picture is stock without lift, and the bottom picture is the 1.5” lift installed.)

Stopped in today to have a tire checked and they were able to find a very thin nail buried in the tire and were able to plug it and only charged me $10 where other places I called wanted $25 or more. They took me right in and showed me where it was and then also showed me where there is a wear bar on your tire so you know when you need new tires. Didnt know about that.

Dont have much good to say... Made appointment for wifes car aligned, drove 30 minutes for the appointment and dropped car off. Went to ihop to get breakfast and got a call about 15 minutes later saying their alignment machine didnt have the alignment specs in its computer... Total waste of an hour and 15 minutes.Took it to Bee Line in Columbus and no problem. Thats what is wrong with technology sometimes, no one knows what caster/camber/toe is unless they are staring at a computer screen.

Ive had the pleasure of knowing Tim and Pat for a majority of my life..... I didnt even know that they changed oil too!.... Its awesome to have confidence and security that your vehicle is truely being taken care of....... because the shop across the street charged me 80$ and didnt even change the oil.

Recieved a price on 2 compact tractor tires. $250 each ($500) installed. Remove fluid and reinstall after changing the tires. Went to pick them up and they charged me $753. More than 50% over what I was quoted.

My exhaust broke from the pipe to the muffler about a week ago. The guys fixed it in no time. I had a 3:30 appt and was out by 3:50. The repair bill was only $48 and some change....very reasonable. Thanks for the great service!

I took my 2004 Jeep in to have a estimate done and repairs made. We drove the jeep in . She ran good but we we have strut issues or so we thought. I went down a week later to I dont have any idea whats wrong but now it wont run at all. Thanks Tims Tires for absolutely nothing and making a problem even worse! Never ever again!!!!

Decent price for the tires, but all four of my wheels were scratched to complete hell by the techs who changed the tires. On 9/4/2020. will be in touch with their corporate offices about it.

Broke down out on the highway. Towed to Tims. Very helpful and acomodating. Fair and honest guys.

Low tire pressure light came on as the temp. is very cold...was a couple of pounds light in each tire...pulled me right into a bay, got a few pounds in each tire all around, and on my way, no charge, and the light went out. Thanks for the help.

First time I ever went there, I had them take a look at my ag-tractor tire with a leak that was driving me nuts. I pulled up, pulled it out of my truck, they had it off the rim, patched, remounted, and aired up in about 40 mins total... And I think most of THAT time was because they were trying to get someone freed up. SUPER reasonable prices. Ill be back to look at tires for my new-to-me 04 Jeep TJ.

Friendly staff with quality service, depending on time of day kinds hard to get on and off their lot but overall would recommend having your vehicle serviced here. Had a 4 lift kit installed on my Jeep Wrangler and loved the end results!!

Pretty fast when you just need to fix a mower tire. I used to get my oil changed here and sometimes Id be there over an hour.

BE WARNED!!! If you are going to use your credit card here they will charge you 20$ to use it when asked about it they said they do it for everything and wont worn you about this over the phone kinda a large rip off. I would probably suggest going anywhere else to save you some money and time

Sent my mom in for an estimate, and tied to pay for the repair before the work was done and they wouldnt let me. They set up an apt and then called for payment and it was $50 cheaper! Thanks for taking care of my mom.

They put a hitch on my van and it fell off when I pulled in the Columbus Zoo (I might add my husbands handicap scooter was on the lift that was in that hitch!) Went back to Tims Tires for them to fix the hole they bored out, only to be told they could not fix it. Very poor customer service!
