There was of course a line. It is not like in Akron, OH though... There were only 5 or 6 people in front of me and it moved fairly quick. I had no trouble returning my equipment and paying my bill from Akron here so I was happy.

I have paid for months of high speed internet and have been receiving half the whole time and every time I call it fixes itself and I get told its my router. Clearly this place is a scam artist and the next time I get a voice mail Im going to pursue legal action against said company and gather signatures of other customers with the same problem.

It was very fast for trading old router for new, (probably cuz we were there when everyone else wasnt), took maybe 10 seconds to the max, and then we got this cable offer for 44.95 a month when bundled for a year!!!, Overall in my opinion, great customer service!Also, shouts to Geoff Boytos for sending us offer, or revealing our upgradable offer to us!

After waiting two weeks to get service, technician said he had to contact someone because I am about 500 feet away from the lines. After not hearing anything I went in the store and asked they said I was not able to have service because I’m in a non serviceable area. Not impressed with the turn out when I’m not too far from it they just don’t want to help.

Most incnsistant internet latency I have ever experienced, they cannot seem to figure out the issue, I have found a new service provider and they will be here Sunday. Stay away from these criminals. I will attach to screenshots of speed tests one run at during the day 6am-8pm the 2nd 8pm-6am these are the speeds I consistently receive. Thats right leas than 1mbps at night!!!! Uacceptable2 years later problem persists again...Scheduled tech services and the never showed see attached photo for blinding 200mbs speed

I just moved to a new house. Had a tech come out ( after being 2 and a half hours late) and tell me that I needed to remove brush and small trees, I did that. Today a completely different tech comes out and says that I have to remove branches off one and remove another tree all together, two new trees. Then I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes just for then to tell me they had to schedule another tech because the last one didnt leave any notes. They might have fast internet but im not sure if I will use them after this. Horrible customer service and a horrible experience.

They need to fix there computer so it will allow peoples upgrades. They should not have to put in a ticket for tech support and then the customer never here anything back. We should be able to contact that store directly. I don’t know why they pay the employees if they can’t do there jobs

First they got my adress wrong so no hookup when promised, then when I spent 2 hours getting that figured out and a new hookup time appointment the bill suddenly went up by $9 I dont even have the service and already Im disappointed, I may not let the tech into my home and find another service here in Chillicothe

I went to see if I could get me a cell phone and the guy behind the counter that meets the public he couldnt spell even after you telling it took him four times to five times to understand what you just to him I actually had to go to someone else to get the answers I needed it was a very professional experience I hope you have a better time

If your having issues with speeds there isn’t any problems at all with the service and who ever think that its the problem coming from spectrum think again. It all depends on your networking cards that are onboard for wireless and hardwired Ethernet cord like telephone and if you want the most out the speed please do attach the cord to your device and if you have your tablet please see your manufacturing device in the manual of what type of connection you will have with the device that you own. If you have a tablet that only has a slow connection speed from a tablet then that’s the connection speed your gonna have if you have a pc that is WiFi connect to a 5g vs than your 2.5g that will clear up any problems you may have otherwise whatever your tablet or phone has for a network than that’s what your gonna get.

Paying for 100megs and only getting 1.... have to hook up your own tv, your own internet (thank god our cable was not even in a workable spot to plug in the tv...... and every time i call i get put on hold and then after 30 mins im hung up on. Not happy at all

Service is out regularly, getting technicians to come do repairs takes several days. Calling with an issue means spending at least an hour on the phone. Prices are high. They lie and tell you that youll have all the cartoon channels with the basic service, but you dont have half of them.

Spectrum is absolutely ridiculous. We called to get their services (cable, WiFi and phone). They send all of our devices to us. Then find out that they have to run a brand new line from one pole to another because of our location. To this very day we have received “zero” services because they can’t tell us when the line is going to be ran so they can hook us up. We’ve had the equipment for over a month. Then they start sending us bills when we aren’t even active and not receiving anything. We call them and they give us the runaround. They want us to pay for something that we aren’t using and can clearly see on their end that there is a work order in place but no date to start. We’ve talked to probably six different people in their offices. We are completely disappointed with them and returning everything since they can’t seem to figure it out.

Often I womder if I am the only one that pays for a service that you dont get. Suppose to be the fastest internet, yet you never get what you are suppose to. In a way, I feel these cable companies and internet providers are ripping people off by stating one thing and providing something else. When your bill is due they want their money though. I feel customers should only have to pay for what they get. If you cant provide top speeds, dont charge for them then.

I took my remote control unit in because of buttons not working.There was no waiting & the gentleman at the counter quickly handed me a new remote. No questions, no runaround, no problems.He even asked me what brand of TV I had & he quickly programmed the remote to work with my TV.The total time from entering to leaving the customer service center was approximately one & a half minutes.Thank you.(The only reason for four stars is a recurring problem with some of the channels not working properly.)

On the few occasions I have visited here, always to replace some aging equipment, I have always been satisfied with the service I received. The employees a really competent and friendly, and you get in and out in no time.Deducting one star for TWC in general, which typically has very reliable service, but when something goes wrong - it takes way to long to get a technician out to fix things.

I came in to make a payment today and they only accept payments through their machines with debit/credit cards and cash, but if you use cash you cant get any change back? also, you cannot pay with a person. The service is poor! They tell you service is going to be connected on one day and to find out its not going to be connected until the following day . Maybe the third time is the charm. Nobody is on the same page you get shuffled around from person to person. Then you get disconnected and have to start over . Im beginning to think its time to find another cable service.

Service is out for a 3rd day this week. This is continuously happening ever since I cancelled the cable portion of my service. Never get higher than like 72 on my internet speed. Thought speeds started at 100? Guess not. Doesnt look like a technician is coming out because they said there is an outage. I ordered the internet 2 days ago. They were supposed to hook it up today between 12 and 1pm I work the night shift and I set it up this way so I could still get some sleep anyways they never call or show up. So I get fed up and call them customer service says we will look into it and can you stay up a half hour they will call you. Well I waited until 3pm still no call and still no technician so now I call back and Linda answers granted none of this is Lindas fault but she did leave me on hold for quite awhile and when she did come back she was ready to reschedule well thats fine but Im going to explore other options over the weekend and If I find the right deal Ill drop this spectrum nightmare. I suggest anyone who works last 12 wait until youre off if you choose this company.

Customer service sucks in the office. Had to stop in there 3 different times cause there were lines from hell. Give granted leaving my job to do so. I arrived at 5:58 at the door but door was locked. I could see people inside but they ignored me. So I waited at the door for some Customer service Rep. To let the people out and stand. Infront of me so I could not enter. She says in the rudest voice we close at 6:00 with her chest poked out. She was in my bubble. So I guess I will see you at 9:00 sharp.. I paid 80$ a month for their fastest internet for years. It never did seem right but after calls and tests I just thought that’s how the internet was. We moved and had to switch companies and I was worried about it. With the new company we can’t even get the fastest internet possible and it’s been ONE MILLION times better than spectrum. And not being the fastest of course it’s over half of what we were paying.

Took forever to get service working properly at first, then frequent dropping of streaming TV shows and downloads. They have not provided me anything close to what the internet plan said their speed was, and apparently New York City itself is filing a class action lawsuit against them on behalf of customers.Now my internet speed is not even listed on my plan when I check, because Im presuming they dont want you to know what its supposed to be because the actual speed test will show it is much lower than that.

Spectrum!!!! You are terrible. You induced panic on my elderly neighbor who just had open heart surgery! Calling her and telling her that she has to go and purchase a new box for her TV. Her friend and I go to get the box for her and they wont let us get it for her. She has to call an 800 number...she goes in the state of panic and calls another neighbor to help her because of all the recordings have confused. When we arrive back to her house she is holding her chest and breathing hard. Im worried about calling 911...the other neighbor who assisted her with calling the 800 number says when they called they were told that she DOESNT EVEN NEED A NEW BOX!!!! So how many people are going to there business purchasing boxes that THEY DONT EVEN NEED??? So WHY do you call customers and induce panic?? The elderly and the disabled among those???? WHY??

The wifi connection itself is poor, most often the customer service representatives( Mobile and/or in person-office based.) are rude, impersonal, ignorant to necessary general technological knowledge, and are taught to constantly push to sell you these so called packages and upgrades by any means possible. I also constantly get e-mails and mail trying to scam sell me these deals as well. I do not recommend using this company as your provider. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I imagine that the other companies might use the same tactics...I hope not. I am switching today hoping for a more positive experience.

AWFUL, I’ve never had internet at my house. So they had a third party come in and put the line in underground. They came out last week and only put half of it underground, left the other half lay on top of the grass to where my dogs can get to it. then I call today, and what do you know on their end it says it done, and they obviously don’t believe me, well after an hour and 30 minutes and talking to 5 different people, the issue still isn’t fixed.oh and on top of that they just canceled my installment yesterday for I have no clue when.. If this doesn’t get fixed today, I will be taking the line up myself and putting it out by the road for them.

Spectrum is the worst. Power saver mode set to on or off turns cable off randomly all the time. The internet is so unreliable, its a joke. I have a bundle that just expired and now lucky me, I have been put in a new bundle that is forty dollars higher now paying 183.00. If I cut out extras, I lose the bundle price and would end up paying even more for even less service. What a racket.

The local office is like a Wal-Mart, three registers and only one cashier on duty. The line was backed out to the door. I just wanted to drop off a check. The cashier said she had to issue a receipt if I paid in person. I told her it was a check and I didnt need a receipt. She claimed it didnt make any difference. Well, it made a difference to me. I wasnt about to stand in line for a half hour to hand her a check. Thats ridiculous.

It had taken 3 days . To hook up cable at mom mothers house . With 3 different workers . First one set in his truck for 3 hours. Then got out . Placed latter against poll . Sit back down for another Hour . The whole time he was watching the neighbors kids play on latter. Him and the neighbors got in a argumentThe second guy came the next day .Said his scrudriver went dead . That he will go get one and will return soon.Next day I called for my mother . Its to hard for her to breathe.They apologized. Set up another apt .for the following week .This time it was a young guy. He was there 11 hours . Said they gave him wrong receiver. He was on and off the phone . Till his manager called him .We could hear him Crus at young man over the phone .then my mother got her first bill. It was $395.98She was so up set . Over bill .I had to call yet again .They said it was for all 3 set ups . And charges.So I had taken my mother down to atat . Got her set up with new cell . Home phone and direct tv .Ill never deal with spectrum again.

If I had a better option Id take it. The only other ISP is even less pleasant.Had to call three times in three weeks to get a new cable installed after a septic company snapped mine. Installer did NOT bury the cable, but said theyd be back in a few days to bury it.Many calls later, its still not buried.My internet package is advertised as 100-200mbps but actual speeds, even in the middle of the night are around 30mbpsModem is supposed to be included in price, but I keep getting a rental charge that I have to call in about.If Google fiber were in my state, Id use them in a heartbeat.
