If I could give zero starts I would. Came all the way from South Bloomfield to get a hair because everywhere else was closed. I called before coming up and the lady said they stop taking haircuts at 6:30 but she would take my name down so that I would be able to get it cut. Got there at 6:20, stood at the front desk for 10 mins just for the lady to tell me there done taking people for the day. I explained how I called ahead and that the women took my name down so I would be able to get it cut, and she said that it doesn’t matter they’re done taking people for the day in a very rude tone. They are very very very unprofessional. I drove 35/40 mins up there for nothing. And to make it even better there was only one person in there getting there hair cut. She was very rude and didn’t care one bit. I will never ever come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

I took a picture in of the haircut I wanted and it didnt even come close to what I showed her. I am going to have to go somewhere else and try to have it fixed.I dont even know if she left enough hair to fix. I am very disappointed.

The manager is horrible. Her name is debra and she cant cut hair and shes very rude.

Horrible to say the least. Stylist did not listen to what I wanted. My hair looked awfull afterwards. I will never go there again.
