Horrible company!! Was told 90 min ETA. 7 hours later no pickup. Insurance company canceled the pick up with them because they missed the eta by over 30 mins, insurance called them and no answer. Did they call me to let me know it was canceled? Sure didnt. I had to call them to find that out. What a lack of respect. Theyre incompetent and dont care at all

Michael came to our family’s rescue late on Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. He was friendly, kind, and so very helpful while he towed our truck from the side of a dark and busy highway.

These guys are the utter best, down to earth, and friendly. Being from out of town I had hesitations going in initially but I walked out with a big smile and only positive feelings.I had engine troubles and called Vest for a tow and auto repair. They came to the location within 30 minutes. Nick was friendly and straightforward, the process was seamless and quick.Then Steve and his shop guys took a quick look at the car, performed the services, while continuing to check in with me. I knew what stage the car was in and comfortable through the entire time there. The guys ran their diagnostics and got me out in less than an hour.Going from a vehicle that doesnt move to great running condition without any hiccups is noteworthy especially for someone out of town. I would recommend 100% of the people to go here without a second doubt.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I broke down around 1 pm. Contacted our insurance to get Roadside Assistance. They patched it through to these guys. Well low and behold after 2 hours sitting on the side of the road we gave up and walked home. Our insurance agent repeatedly called them over and over, plus us. They just kept giving us both a go around, “it’ll be half an hour”, “we had another call with higher priority, you guys are next, it’ll be an hour.” Just over and over. Until 7 hours later our insurance lady called them and they told her they didn’t know when their guys would be back so they couldn’t give us an eta. Got dispatched to another towing company. Just ridiculous. Not a good way to run a company.

My experience getting a tow last night was positive. Conant was very professional and respectful. He knew I was scared being stuck on the side of US 23 at midnight and made sure he was responsive and put me at ease. Conant had my tire fixed in no time and made sure to check with me to make sure I was okay and that the path in front of my car was clear before letting me know I could drive away. I appreciated his service and that is why I am writing this review. Thank you Conant!

Broken down in commercial vehicle. Told dispatcher exact model truck and weight. Got a quote with hook up and milage. One hour later called back to find out if they were coming. Different dispatcher..... he increased the price quote by almost 40% and...they had not even left to pick us up yet. Disappointing service to say the least. Never again.

Ive had car issues for the last couple of weeks and needed multiple tows. AAA service, Vest Towing,has come to my rescue each time. Great service and the best drivers! This whole experience has been completely unprofessional. Called in for a tow at 6pm got an eta of no more than an hour. An hour passed and still no sign of anyone. Called to check on it, got told they diverted the tow truck to help someone else instead. Got a new eta of 25-30 min. After 50 min had passed called again and found out the driver was just getting the paperwork for our tow and hadn’t even left for the last eta. Never mind that it had already been 20 min past the max time for that eta. Got a new one of 25-30 min. Called to see why no one showed up by 9:30pm (50 min after the last eta) and was told I needed to find a new driver because no one was coming for me in the first place. Here I am 35 weeks pregnant on the side of 23 northbound waiting on a tow truck for 3 hours that never planned on coming!! Don’t use this service. Always ask your insurance what company is coming for you because if it’s this one you might as well block out the rest of your week waiting! I even called the company directly to see why I was told no one was coming for me after waiting 3 hours and the guy told me if he knew about my pregnancy then he would have made sure someone actually came for me and that he has someone coming for me 20 min away now who 30min later STILL HASNT SHOWN UP!

I locked my keys in a running SUV in a rainstorm at the Jeffersonville outlet. Was totally alone with no cellphone, returning to Louisville from a trip to Baltimore in June. Danny Johnson arrived and worked at night, (stores had closed) in the pouring rain to get me into my SUV. It was not an easy assignment, as it took SEVERAL minutes to get the SUV door open ! I was truly thankful for his patient and consistent assistance that night.

We were in Hocking Hills (just me and my daughter) and got stuck in deep mud. John came and towed us out and i cant tell u how thankful we were!! I thought our vacation was ruined! He was sweet and nice and later made sure we were ok! Thank u Vest for being willing to come help us when apparently other area tow companies declined the job!

AAA customer. My tow truck driver, Buddy, arrived much earlier that the time estimate I was given. He was helpful and friendly, even suggesting the best way back to the highway after taking me to the repair shop. Great service.

If you want them to tow the wrong car give them a call

I have had to use AAA a lot in the last couple of years. Water pump, radiator, and brake failures. My wife blew a tire hitting a pot hole and my son totaled a car. Vest towing was fast, professional, and fair with every encounter. I highly recommend their services.

Vary poor communication. Was assigned to Vest towing through AAA. They never contacted me, before or after they went to pick me up at the wrong address. I started my wait at 5 PM. I was told to expect a pickup before 7PM. At 7, when I hadnt heard anything, I contacted Vest directly. I was told by Kyle Meades, about his travel to the wrong city, although the place of business outside of which I was parked, did not exist there. He told me he would have a new driver out to pick me up, although it would be after 830PM. Between 830 and 9PM, I left messages twice to check on my status. I left my car and got a ride home. Woke up to a message that they were at my car, at 1145PM. Ridiculous, disrespectful and UNSAFE.

Called AAA for a tow at 6:30pm Friday and was assigned to this horrible company. Received a call from Bruce at 6:40 informing me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half because one of their trucks broke down, thats fine. He asks if I can get a ride home, so I do and leave my van where it is (in somebody elses driveway, its to the side, but I leave a note). Two hours pass with no word, so I call. Bruce informs me there were priority calls and that mine was next, 40 minutes, he says. Another hour goes by (its 9:30 now, 3 hrs elapsed time) and I call back, Bruce makes a big show of being sorry had to finish other jobs, he has a driver on the way. Another hour and 15 minutes, I call back, this time a lady answers and seems to not have much info on my call. I tell her its been 4 hours sitting on somebody elses property and that Bruce was feeding me lines about priority calls. She informs me that AAA calls are the priority calls and that Bruce left at 10pm. She says shell get the driver heading that way and that shell call back. She never called. I had to call AAA dispatch numerous times and they called Vest to figure it out. Finally at 1am, SIX AND A HALF HOURS after my roadside request, my car was finally picked up and brought to my shop. The driver informed me that he only heard about the call around 11pm.So BRUCE got me to leave my car where it was so he could proceed to ignore my request until he left for the night. After all this, I looked at their reviews and it turns out, they do this ALL THE TIME! What a joke of a company, terrible service. They should lose their AAA affiliation.

I am writing this review while I still wait for Vest to arrive for my tow. They initially indicated it would take an hour for them to arrive. An hour and 40 minutes later I called for an update and the gentleman said he was sending the driver now and it would be 20 minutes. That was almost an hour ago. The people who answer the phones are extremely rude as well. Unfortunately this was assigned by my 24/7 roadside assistance, they are sending a different tow service. If any one needs a tow, dont call these people; they are rude and provide zero service.Zero stars.

My mother and I had spent the day in Columbus on Monday Oct.15 when heading home to Portsmouth we started having issues so had to pull off in Chillicothe we called for a towe and we were told it would be about an hr. and half before anyone could be there when actually it was about 45 min. The towe guy Shane was nice and funny he went above and beyond his job we rode back to Portsmouth with him and he made us feel comfortable doing so. I would highly recommend Vest to my family and friends Thank You ☺

Was unfortunately assigned by AAA. They kept in communication but keep a close eye on whats going on. The driver overcharged per mile & took the longest route (mileage-wise) from my house to the dealership. I was forced to pay what the driver demanded before he would unload my car. If I hadnt been in a rush to get my car into the dealership shop before it closed, Chillicothe Police would have been involved. I understand they want to make money & AAA calls are a profit loss for them but price-gouging & taking advantage of those in already bad situations proves greed rather than service is the business model for this company. My only consolation is I have already contact AAA concerning their practices & with any luck theyll lose their preferred vendor status.

Absolutely horrible service. Was originally told a 1 hour wait, well after waiting one hour we were told another 20 minutes, then another 30, then another 30, till we get to 3 HOURS later. Then after I was guarenteed there was a driver on the way and he would here 30minutes later for sure, 45 minutes later I called back and was told we could not be given an ETA and it would be better for them if we used another tow truck service. Will never use this company for anything again.

Absolutely terrible service, their dispatcher Jay lied to me multiple times about how long it would take to get my car and provided awful service. Lied repeatedly to avoid taking accountability and couldnt communicate. Vest is truly terrible and left me stranded for over an hour and a half ruining my plans for the day with my family. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Yesterday my husband was traveling south on I71 when his loaded pickup stopped running. Vest Towing came to help. The driver/operator, Bruce was very kind and professional. The company and driver went out of their way to help all they could and towed the truck to the nearest dealership for repairs. Thanks again for your special help!

Waited 3 hrs. Called them 4-6 times they kept making excuses. Had to call my insurance company to have them send out another company. I was an hour from home, it’s a Friday so I guess they didn’t want to work on Friday to help someone. Pretty dirty if you ask me.
