My wife made an appointment here for a hitch and wiring, when we arrived we were told they do not have the parts and can’t get them.... terrible customer service. Way to call us before we come to let us know and deny us to opportunity to go elsewhere in the meantime.... would not recommend, not professional

I asked them for a price on a trailer hitch for my new vehicle. they told me I could not get a quote from them without them having my name address and phone number. I decided to go elsewhere.

Nice and quick service..its trailer was well maintained and clean

The female at the counter was so rude and slow to help me. Started having a conversation with her coworker and the person behind me in line. She wrapped up the list of bad work ethics by talking badly about me to her coworker behind the desk, thinking I couldn’t hear her which I clearly did. The good part about this was the big guy who helped put the trailer on outside was super nice and helpful.

Made a reservation drove 2 and a 1/2 hours for the storage. That dont have my reservation that I made with a live person there people suck.

Very friendly staff, Jaron is awesome. As always, extremely pleased with Uhaul. They really care about their customers more than anything else.We had an issue on our trip and got stuck on the side of the road. When we called Uhaul customer service, the first thing they asked was are you and your passengers safe?. That is what they are about. Turned out it was our budget truck that was the issue (AGAIN). We will never ever use budget again. We made the huge mistake of renting a budget van and then added a uhaul box trailer to expand capacity. That was the first and last time we will ever use budget. Horrid customer service (we got a completely unsafe vehicle which we found out the hard way and are lucky nothing horrible happened to us because of that!).Uhaul is THE BEST in all aspects. This location was wonderful. They also had a huge selection of rentable vehicles/trailers. Very clean store, well stocked with additional items for moving needs. Would absolutely recommend them to family and friends and will stick with them from here on out, no more experiments with other moving companies ever again.

I waited 10 minutes and 5hen had to go into the garage area to inform an employee that people were in the showroom waiting. The when I returned the truck I waited another 25 minutes for my receipt cause the guy that check in the vehicles was check and filling oil and washer fluid on trucks that people werent even waiting for instead of taking care of mine and getting me out of there . I will not be returning there for a uhaul again. Ignorant employees
