This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to in my life!!! My doctor and hygienist are simply amazing. Everyone in the office is so kind and they make you feel comfortable. I love how they educate you on how to keep up on your oral care, especially if you have medical conditions. It was a lot of information I did not have a clue about when it came to my teeth/gums and having diabetes. Im very satisfied 😊

I went for repair of a front tooth. Kate as the assistant listened to my issue and quickly helped me make an appointment., Dr. Khan is an artist with dental work and did a fantastic repair. His other assistant was knowledgeable and caring during the whole process. I am very pleased with an excellent experience at an excellent dental office. I have been going to this practice for many years, and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Khan and the hygienist, Ly, have always provided an excellent experience. They, along with the whole staff, are simply the best.

Dr. Khan is so nice, understanding and patient with people and takes the time to explain what is happening, or about to happen so there is no fear of the unknown. I was there yesterday and the dental assistants Kate and Amber made me feel super comfortable even before the doctor got there! They were attentive to me during my procedure and at the end they very thoroughly explained to me what the next steps were and the aftercare I have to do until my follow up visit. Dr. Khan is an amazing dentist. Very thorough and professional. He did my root canal and crown in 30 mins. I was out of the office within an hour and the visit was painless. The office is very family oriented and not like other commercial dental offices. I like the personal feel in the office.

That’s a thought experience! I visited them twice and it was more then enough! They did an extraction and order a flipper(Which was totally wrong) then send me to the developer(a flipper maker) who had to figure it out, then I drove to him, he found the right flipper but said the tooth on the flipper is too short. Yes, I did pay nothing, because it’s been covered by insurance. After all I’ve decided to solve this problem a diffident way by myself. Be honest I’ve been visiting a dentist since I was 4 years old and by now. In my life, I had visited dentists more then 100 times.... in different countries and cities. I’ve seen anything, but most of the clinics provided a high quality service at the same time, having new equipment. But in this clinic you’ll not see a new equipment, high general professionalism or high quality service. By the way a female-doctor was good. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone, especially those, who don’t like pay a lot of money for a very poor service! Unless they’re gonna highly improve their service in general!

This is the best and cleanest practice I have ever been to. The dentist is amazing and has never hurt me lol and is very friendly. I called about 4 places in severe pain and couldnt get appointments for a week or few days they squeezed me in the next day. Also all the girls are amazing. They are so nice and one talked me thru an anxiety attack i was having. They all work very hard here from the dentist to the assistants to the front desk!!!

After living in Chicopee for three years and making visits to different dentists, when i was finding Dentist in Chicopee MA and i found them on top of searches and after i visit at Church Street dental is by far the best dentist clinic I have seen. The sinfulness of the staff makes treatments very gentle and less stressful. I am very pleased with how my teeth look and feel after a few cavity fillings and fixing a braces in my front tooth. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and professional. Worst experience Ever I was seeing one doctor she told me the cash I paid with the cover fixing my bottom teeth and my top teeth she told me one day that she gave me $1000 credit I believe it was because she was leaving and realized that she had done something wrong I think got a call that my appointment was changed because she had quit or left the practice I went back in and was told that the whole price was just for my bottom teeth not my top complete scam and lies of unprofessional practice on this planet I am consulting with an attorney

Dr Khan and the staff at Church Street Dental are the utmost professional, friendly and compassionate group of medical personnel that I have had the good fortune to encounter. The office is super clean, all the equipment and tools sparkle and shine as if brand new which is very reassuring to the patients that sterilization methods are adhered to and then some.Dr Khan himself has a great bedside manner, he ensures his patients are relaxed and comfortable with none of the arrogance and impatience that, in my experience at least, many other dentists seem to display.In my opinion Church Street Dental is, by far, the very best dental office in the Pioneer Valley.

I must admit I was extremely pleased with the service that I received at the office. I was skeptical about using a new dentist, but they made me feel comfortable and welcome the whole time I was there. Tl/Dr @ bottom...To start, I have a phobia when it comes to the dentist. I live with it and I know at times it seems a bit irrational. I went in earlier in the week due to a tooth ache and Dr. Khan informed me that I had an infection and a tooth had to be extracted. A few days later, I go back and Dr. Khan assures me that he will try to make it as quick and painless as humanely possible. 5-10 minutes later.. All done.. This Dentist is absolutely awesome. They are very patient and understanding (especially when someone goes in and almost has an anxiety attack) to all degrees. I did swear a few times and they understood that it was nerves and we all had a laugh about it. I recommend Church Street Dental to anyone and everyone.Tl/Dr - Im an adult chicken.. I walked in with a lot of pain into Dr Khan’s office and he was more then happy to not only accommodate but took time out to patiently explain the whole ordeal I was going through. I needed to have an extraction, and he made the whole process really smooth and quick without much pain or pressure. The whole experience was great and extremely low stress. Dr. Kahn fixed a problem I’ve been having for over 4 years. I had a FRONT TOOTH crown that was constantly falling out. Him and his team knew how nervous and stressed I was about it. One of his dental assistants took the time to grab my shoulder and reassure me the quality of Dr. Kahn’s work was amazing and that she understood why I was so upset. I don’t have dental Insurance and the secretaries did everything they could to give me information to try to make it as affordable as possible for me. Dr. Kahn took the time to show me everything that was wrong with my original crown and ended up making me one that was a perfect match! (My first crown was too long and the wrong color) He even showed me the certificates of authenticity where my tooth came from. They take extra steps to give you the best quality and care. This team really cares about YOU and making you happy with your smile!

TLDR: this practice is shady, go look somewhere else for dental work.Been seeing a different dentist in CT for over 20 years, but with an insurance change I reached out to a local dentist for my next cleaning. After waiting a few months for an open appointment, I finally got in. I was going to leave as soon as they said they didn’t want/need my dental records, but I didn’t want to be judgmental so I stayed for the appointment. Well first there is no privacy, you are just in a large room with several chairs. Their equipment is also outdated. The assistant was heavy handed & was complaining about her clientele more than getting through with a cleaning. When I made the appointment I was told it would just be a cleaning, but instead they pushed xrays and were generally dismissive the entire appointment. They didn’t even do an oral cancer screening. The dentist then came over, and despite being in a large room he walked through several times, needed me to confirm that they finished the cleaning. Then he went to the xrays, upped the contrast on the image, & told me I had 8 cavities and then used several metaphors to explain how cavities work (to someone who’s gotten fillings before). Guy didn’t even let me sit up during this process, so I’m laying down in the seat as he’s trying to talk over me to convince me into a ton of dental work. Without even seeing my dental records he decided that the work my previous dentist did was garbage and pushed getting work done on them immediately. Front desk also tried several different attempts for me to schedule before I left. Never going back.

Dont be fooled by Dr. Khan! I thought it would be a good idea to try his services since I had been a longtime patient of the dentist before him, this was by far the worst decision!1. For starters Dr.Khan was late! all staff members were there on time except for him.2. I overheard Dr.Khan raising his voice at staff through a close door, complaining about his empty schedule. Wonder why???3. It was too obvious that all he cared about was the money.

Staff very competent. Some confusion with the change in ownership led to changes in appointment times and long wait times. The staff was courteous and apologized for the wait. I hope the confusion with the changes will settle and the office will run on time.

After having a traumatizing event at baystate dental . This dentist got me in and got me the proper treatment i needed after being in pain for 2months from my other dentists sloppy work. Im so thankful to have found a dentist i can trust and rely on .

My previous Dentist, Carol Wilkins, was bought out by Church Street Dental. During the transition they never informed me that they would no longer accept my insurance (or from my wife), but only let us know after our appointment and then charged us full price. The final straw was that I just called to cancel an appointment and they were very rude and then hung up on me.

Havent even stepped foot inside yet, my dentist is retiring, she was fabulous, carol, wilkins, she sent me here, they called to say the appointment she set up was not available they made me a new one, 3 weeks away, two weeks before that I received a call to reschedule, I said someone called and rescheduled is this different again she said no youre all set, the morning of the appointment I realized I had not gotten a reminder call I called the office, they were closed for the day!!!! Not a good start but it will be the end for me.

My dentist, Carol Wilkins, retired and passed all our records on to Church Street Dental. After seeing their reviews, I decided to look for another dentist. I called Church Street to get my records transferred to my new dentist. They said they would email me the authorization form and that it would cost me $25 to get my records (because my dentist made the decision to retire, now I have to pay?). Its been 3 days since my call and I havent gotten an email. Now its Friday and theyre closed and dont open until noon on Monday. Guess they dont have very many patients if they can see them all within 3 1/2 days a week.

Overall great experience, the staffs are friendly and very professional.

I have been coming to this office for over 12 years with Dr Gazda but he has retired and since has sold the practice to a new Doctor name Dr Khon I believe thats what he told me hes name was when I went in for a exam on hes first day of work and I might say he is one unprofessional doctor I was not happy with hes approach and he seems very off as if he had no idea what he was doing. I since then went for a second opinion and was told that I did not need that rootcanal just yet I can get a filling and hope it will last until I can save up for a implant very dissapointed

The worst place on earth!!! Never had a worse experience then I did here! The other Doctor not Gazda was working on the completely wrong tooth and I told him he had just done a filling where he was drilling and he said no he didnt and just kept drilling. He didnt even let me talk or listen to me. I was almost yelling at him. And he spilt Novocain all over my neck and I had to wipe myself. And the tooth I did need work on he said no you dont we didnt see it on the X-rays...well thats your god damn fault! And then hes like oh its almost time for a root canal there...Im like yea and you didnt even see it!! Hes like well who knows when this happened...? Um years ago you a**!!! Hes like no we would have noticed. Just saying dont ever go to this dump.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Had a filling and received a shot of novacaine...9 days later I cant even open my mouth...In so much pain. Called the office at 830am to say how much pain I was still in...secretary said she will leave a message on the doctors desk to call me back...no call back and closed on Fridays...seriously!!!
