The person working here had my laptop fixed within 3 hours. It would not turn on at all it was dead. I had all my friends try to fix it and they are good with computers a few even work in IT. He charged me $50, he said something had to be reset on the board? I was so happy and relived, I will never go anywhere else.

My experience with PC Steven was great. I was referred by a friend who also had a good experience with Steven. I had multiple issues needing professional attention on my laptop. My friend gave me Steven’s name on Monday. I called Monday night. Steven was very attentive on the phone, and brief, proving his knowledge and skill right off the bat. I dropped my computer off to get repaired on Tuesday afternoon and I was called by Steven to pick up my repaired laptop early Wednesday morning. The entire process was expedient, pleasant and complete. Steven even went above and beyond what I had asked him to do at no extra charge. I am very pleased and will definitely be using his services again for any of my computer repair needs.

As a gaming enthusiast, a friend of mine went here against my recommendation and paid the price for it. This man charged him something like $180 to install an out of date HDD in his PC. The thing is he didnt even take the 2 seconds to install it properly, meaning just screwing it into the bay. This is something that could have damaged the drive beyond repair, and upon confrontation, Steven, became very rude, even threatening mine and my friends familys. This guy is absolutely absurd and lazy, do the repair yourself for go somewhere that has trust worthy people.

On top of it, he was kind enough to give me a deal on the consultation and even threw in a cable I needed at no extra cost. Highly recommended! I took my external hard drive to Steven because it was broken. I literally had 4 years of my life on it, not backed up. I was in a complete panic. Steven retrieved all of my data and he fixed the hard drive. I also had him fix my lap top computer for a good price. The week before my hard drive crashed I was going to buy a new lap top. Since my last review got deleted somehow, Ill sum up what this guy did. He put in a hardrive in my buddies PC dangling from the motherboard and left the dead one in the hardrive bay. Which caused significant damage to the drive leaving it next to useless. On top of that he didnt stay true to his prices on his website charging over double than promised. Once i wrote my first review he texted me and threatened not only me but my family as well. This man should not be trusted by any means. If you need any PC repairs go somewhere else. Youll end up paying an outrageous amount here for a job that isnt done right. I urge anyone looking for a PC repair shop to stay clear away from this guy.

Where can I even start Steven provides a great service with a great price to boot. He fixed what I thought would be un-fixable laptop while giving support the entire way.
