I cant say enough about Brian. Ive been living in NYC for over 30 years and have used dozens of IT shops for hundreds of repairs, rebuilds, hard drive replacements, recovering deleted applications, emails etc.Brian hands down was the best.I came home to visit with 2 computers and dozens of gigs of data locked and applications corrupted and start time due to background systems running at startup ruining every morning and making it impossible to provide the best service I could to my clients. These guys are great! I called about my daughters Mac air, I pad and XR to help me with her storage issues. All devices full due to videos and photos. They were able to see me the next day and only took a couple hours to complete (which would of taken me days)! Highly recommend!

Brought multiple different computers with multiple different problems over the years to CSS. The service is amazing everytime and very fast. If you ever have any computer issues that you feel are out of your hands I would reccomend taking a trip down to this shop, you wont reget it!

Brian is the main man when it comes to helping his customers and doing his best to provide good service. Came in with a laptop with a LCD problem and he hooked me up with a new display and wire for $100 and hooked me up with a really good high quality Bluetooth speaker for $60. For a little shop I recommend coming here first then going to Best Buy.

My computer was hacked I went in and explained what the issue was.They immediately took my lap top in to replace the hard drive.The computer was ready the next day will all my data transferred.The service was fast and the price was very reasonable.Thank you for the great service !

I brought in my PC which wouldnt turn on for repair, and had it back in 3 days working good as new along with a recommendation to seek warranty for the dead motherboard. Eternally grateful! My MSI gaming laptop is up and running like its brand new after having to get the fans replaced. The whole motherboard had to be removed in order to get at the fans so it was a tricky job but I couldnt be happier with the results. Ive had zero issues with it in the week following. Also, Peanut the cat is adorable and I got to cuddle with her while waiting for the repairs!

Came in with a PC that couldnt get to a boot screen. Came out with a new rig at a fraction of what I thought it would be. Service was fast, friendly, and absolutely worth it!

I was there over Christmas because my computer had issues with connecting to my moms internet. The owner wasnt there right away so I texted him and he texted back right away. He showed up in the time frame he said he would and my computer was fixed within a few hours for a very reasonable price.Turns out my Mom has been going to him for years. I will be back and I will be buying my next computer and tablet through him.I found Brian to be very professional and personable.Please note I did not have an appointment and I was leaving the next day to go home to another state.

Came here around 2PM to have my laptop keys fixed as I spilled something on it and was expecting a professional service to get it done.I was wrong. The said guru inside did not know how to prioritize his time and I actually had to wait till the end of closing which was 6PM to actually come.Even then I could not pick up my own laptop because he already to go to his other job at the time so I was left without my computer.Next day, he was suppose to call me and ended up not ever giving me a call till I actually came there and he didnt do anything to it besides fry my motherboard.Probably the worst computer repair I ever had.If you spent a lot of your computer and cherish it, dont come here.

Went to Walmart to buy a mid-tier gaming pc. Luckily, they were out of stock. I ended up paying less and getting more. I was impressed 3 times during my transaction. The first time, I asked about the pc I was originally going to buy, he knew what I was referring to, pointed out the power supplies were of low quality. Second time was when I asked about the graphics card, he pointed out the fact that the pc I requested did not have said graphics card, but could overnight the part and install. The third and final time this shop went above and Beyond, was the fact the part was running behind... And wouldve delayed me picking it up for a few days. He stayed open for an additional 15 minutes to ensure my product was working as promised. Everything that was promised was delivered, and everything I asked about was answered. Quality, speed, and knowledge.
