Put 2k into my Hyundai and was told it was in good shape (although burning 1q of oil each month “cars with 100k on them do this …” I was told). My fault for believing them. Took to another shop a few months later because it felt like it was losing power, so they told me to call Hyundai because this model possiblyhad an engine recall on it before junking it. Low and behold it was running on 3 cylinders, the engine was completely shot but due to the recall, and engine was replaced. I guess Sonnys really needed my 2k. I was really disappointed with Sonnys because they were recommended by family. Will never take my car there again…

New to the Chicopee area and went to Sonnys at a friend referral. Easy enough to find on Memorial Dr. In Chicopee, across from Peoples Bank. Clean and neat property. Professional competent staff. Good customer service. We will be back.
