I go there when nobody else is open but they really dont know how to fix cars

This is the best place I have ever taking my car. I used to go to brake king in Northampton, ma. But since they closed I just found the one in Chicopee and I couldnt be happier. They are so nice and helpful and dont treat you like an idiot if your a female. Dont listen to what the negative people have to say. Try it out and youll love as much as I do. Next Ill have to try the one in Springfield only because it closer to my house. Everyone should try brake plus

I bring my Jeep here anytime I need work done. They have done a great job every time. Have not had any issues after the problem was fixed. Great pricing as well!

You will get ripped off, and they arent as great as the anonymous reviews claim to be. My advice - find a mechanic you can trust,and stick to them. I seriously regret not going to mine this time. The only upside is that you get your car back the same day but I wont be going back to this place. My only regret is not seeing the reviews before i chose to bring my vehicle there.

I dont recommend this place, anyone is sharing a comment 3 years ago here, they get my car for an alligment and tires balance, told me for 150usd, then told me for 200 usd... When i leave my car on their hands, they call me liyng to me, two tires was broked and the true is than just an only 1 is broked. They try to replace 2 front ball joint for 500 usd per each. In Amazon pair cost just 50 USD . The true is that one ball joint was dead. They give me a bad costumer service, an angry man Its over there. They dont know that im a marketing profesional working with big companies, what a mess they did with the wrong person.

The reviews on here had to be done by management. All these reviews are lies these guys suck. Half of the mechanics are not ase certified. The manager thinks hes a con artist auctioneer when it comes to the prices of service also a liar who overcharges if he thinks your not mechanic savvy. Dont go to this place its just a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Worst place ever do not bring your vehicle in unskilled mechanic s bring at your own risk .I had a clutch Putin there then after job was done still didnt feel right they said oh u need a master cylinder so I put truck in garage did not drive it for a year sat in garage went back had them put master cylinder in day after clutch blew up they said sorry need a new cluth not covered .So I will never ever bring my car to those hacks again .Go there if u want to get ripped off!!!Im bringing my truck to an ase certified mechanic and if they look in my truck and tell they didnt put new cluth and master cylinder in I will bring them to small claims court rip off artists

Forgets to put the oil cap back on, theres oil everywhere, first time I went here they completely forgotten to even change my oil on top of an overpriced alignment

I had an oil change recently and they forgot to put the oil back in the car. It could have been a disaster if I had driven off but I had noticed my oil light on when I got back into the car.
