I will use Penske anytime over the other guys. They did me right. They offered a Military discount and when my equipment was not available when I needed it they upgraded me at no charge and threw in a bunch of moving blankets. That is going above and beyond. True Customer earners for life!

I can say is get everything in writing and read all the fine print. They will try and squeeze a few extra bucks out of you. I get it that they need to make money but they try to be sly and not tell you things. I’m sure all places are the same so just be careful.
